I recently had them come over to my unit condo to replace a washer dryer valve for my tenant. The hourly rate is reasonable, however, the parts is super expensive ($300) and they charge me for gas ($40), so the total comes to over $528 and I was shocked to hear the price. I think the parts is over charged and I would shop around. For this, I would only give a one star.

Toilet bowl of my condo bathroom was leaking water. The mgmt.office referred me to this company who called me right away as Eddie was working there. He came to my unit the next day and repaired the faulty water supply line. No more leaks. Their price is reasonable as compared to other plumber. I will certainly call them again next time I have a plumbing problem. Thanks

These guys are the best. My condo called them in to unclog a nasty deep grease blockage and they spent all day (6+ hours) unclogging the drain on two separate floors and didn’t leave until it was done. They also cleaned up after themselves even though we said it was fine.

They sent Kevin? (50+ years of experience!) and another fine gentleman (I wish I got his name). They made sure the job was done.

My condo is Casa 3 for reference. I hope those gentlemen are paid well because they deserve it!

Thank you for the quick fix for the kitchen sink. I had another plumber try and fix it before he came and they messed it up even more. Nicholas was very professional and did a great job. Thanks!

The plumber did a good job replacing faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, but he had to remove and reinstall the sink in the bathroom, and in the process it was chipped and repositioned slightly off center which left dirty silicone sealer visible and impossible to clean.
2nd service call lasted 40 min, I understand that minimum is 1 and 1/2 hr, but we were also charged $30 "vehicle fee", I'm not sure why. We paid the full invoice less the $30, but we got a letter from the condo board that Total Plumbing wants the condo to charge the full amount of $479.12 on top of the $445.22 which we already paid. Even though the sink is still chipped and the dirty silicone is still there.

Amadeo has done a great job changing the bathroom valve. I really like that he finished really fast. He cleaned everything after he finished the job. He was knowledgable and explained everything, and answer all my questions. I can definitely recommend himself, and his company to other people. Also, the price was more than reasonable, comparing with other plumbing companies.

Amedeo the technician, cleaned up the blockage in my washer and removed tones of hair from my bathtub drainer. Made some valuable suggestions. Something that I really appreciated. He was amazing. This is the 2nd time I am using Total Plumbing. This company is reliable. The technicians know their jobs well and there is no any short-cut during the process. If there is any issue, they come back and deal with it without any extra charge. From their office staff up to their technicians, there is a smooth operation.

Amedeo and Dom are really nice guys who know what they’re doing. Thorough and attentive with good problem solving skills.
