Total Quartz - Can Auto Care

They’re good overall. It was just frustrating to get an oil change today. I mentioned I need to get back to work, which was acknowledged. I was told an additional 15 mins for the oil change after I waited the 30 min inspection. After waiting 45 more minutes I followed up and the staff member clearly realized that my car has been ready for some time. I’m not sure why I wasn’t told my car was ready for so long. It seems inconsiderate to the customer as it only takes a moment to scan the room to check if someone’s service is complete.

Lesson learned, will follow up frequently going forward.

Fantastic, honest and affordable car care. I have taken my truck to all 3 TQ locations in K/W and have never been disappointed, they have the best price on oil changes and always friendly + knowledgeable staff.

This place is garbage. So unorganized, low staffed, it’s ridiculous. They refuse to make appointments and tell you it’s first come first serve but then want to make you wait all day for oil change or half a day to even look at your car. The service quality has definitely dropped off recently.

First time here, just got Oil change, was quick and at very good priced. Excellent customer service. Gentlemen at the front desk was very helpful and profesional informative. Gave me lots of suggestions regarding maintenance of my baby car. Highly recommend this place. See you soon, Thank You guys.

I have had my brake pads & rotors, oil change, and tire change as well. They are now my first consideration, when my vehicle needs repair/maintenance. I really like that it is walk in service. I needed my brakes changed ASAP, as I was driving out of the country; everywhere else was giving me 2wk appointments, with Quartz I was able to go in same day for service. These guys are trustworthy, timely, they do great work, their prices are reasonable, they don't try to force anything on you, they will tell you if your vehicle needs something/needs to be replaced/topped up soon, and they are clean. Definitely recommend.

I’ve gone a couple times for regular maintenance and was helped by Shubha and Terry. Both times they’ve been super helpful and knowledgeable. They explain everything they’re doing thoroughly and go over the cost before to make sure I’m okay with it. They don’t pressure and they’re happy to answer any questions I have. Got my manual window fixed and it works perfectly.they were really noce and did a good job explaining everything to me (im not a car knowing person) so this is perfect for me.i would completely recommend.

This is favourite place to go for my car service. It’s a first come first serve basis so the earliest you drop your car they will service it quickly. A big Thank you always to Terry and Shubha who always are quick and helpful. They are friendly and diagnose the issue with your car quickly. I just love the service here they give a discount on your oil change too. The prices are always reasonable and they give discounts for regular customers. The also do a great job on your car and are always efficient and friendly. I would recommend getting your car serviced here you will never be disappointed.

Had a few of my cars their for service and they were pretty good had a couple issues years ago but they seem to be doing better just picked up my car from getting the Exhaust done and they had that done in just over an hr great work boys

Got my air in my tires checked and filled AND my heat shield fixed for free! Angels. All of them!

I go for oli change all the time. But Sept 6 2023 I went in horn was not working washer fluid would not come out they worked hard to find what was happening and kept the price as low as they could. Found out it was a wire. Thank you again Terry.

Had my suspension fixed and new shocks all around all in a couple of hours. The team at Total Quartz on Westmount Rd were super knowledgable and very friendly staff even the Manager Terry offered to the kids free suckers and water
. Cant get better service anywhere, plus the total cost of everything bests any competitor out there. If you need anything done I highly suggest to look nowhere else but Total Quartz on Westmount Rd in Kitchener and as for Terry.
