Pool suddenly stopped working.on a whim, called Total Tech on a weekend and although no technicians were available, I was told to email in pics and videos of the issue so Monday morning it could be looked at.
Technicians were able to come out the next week - They diagnosed the problem, and although they didn't have the part - they went into town, found it at another store- and came and installed in that afternoon! Tyler was great Thanks so much!

Total Tech have installed a liner in our above ground pool at a half the cost than what ShelIn pool quoted us.
I've always been treated nicely by their staff when I visit the store, which is not the case in other conpetitors (Aqua Bay sucks).

They just care about the money. They ignore the needs of their customers. The worst experience. I wish I could give 0 star as they do not deserve even a single one

I would not recommend their service to anyone. Either their techician or receptionist lies, and you would be blamed for their poor service

They were going to clean the pool of the house I would use for the holiday. The pool is unusable because they did not keep their promise.and my kids and i were very disappointed. I had to cancel my vacation. My family will never forget this suffering. Since there is no competitor company in kingston, this company always sees itself at the top. I definitely do not recommend. Advertise on kijiji and do your work with local repairmen.

Total Tech has been very helpful to us as first time pool owners. They closed our pool in the fall and were very supportive as we learned how to open the pool on our own this spring. They take the time to be friendly and informative without upselling. We don't hesitate recommending Total Tech for your pool needs.

My partner John and I always went to total tech for help and everything they said was very helpful. This year I went in May 11 and placed a work order, was told they would come in 2weeks. They never came, placed the order again same thing no show. Too busy not enough help, now it is into June. I guess should have made a work order before May!

Came here looking for a complete pool opening kit as my usual one from Lakeside pools which at the time was unable to be purchased. I was reassured after asking multiple times whether the kit was comparable and they confirmed it was. After four days of waiting for my pool to clear up with no change, I came back and was told that the kit was not for a "dirty" pool (Which I told the employee working, my pool had algae and was just being opened) and that many other chemicals were needed; something I was not told when purchasing the original opening kit.
Lakeside pool kits can clear up a pool within several days - not to mention it is even cheaper. I am surprised and disappointed by this, and I feel mislead. Not only is my pool not clear after being reassured it would be by now, but the surprise of needing to spend a lot more on chemicals I needed is disappointing to say the least. The only solution they found was -not to refund me for the kit they sold me, nor offer me any sort of compensation for their employee who sold me this kit with misinformation, but a simple piece of paper of the list of chemicals I would now need to purchase to complete the opening, despite the employee suggesting the box I purchased was more than sufficient on it's own. I won't mention which employee dealt with me this morning, but overall I am disappointed with the customer service.
In my opinion Lakeside pools has always been honest and straightforward and will not sell you what you probably won’t need.
This is not the first time I have been misled or misinformed by this company, but it will be the last. Big disappointment and poor customer service.

Our family is VERY happy with this company. We’ve had so many repair men and pool people come through here and charge SO much and still not have it fixed.
These guys had the job done in 2 days and our pool is FINALLY working. He was very nice.
My only criticism is more communication would be appreciated. Other than that we’re happy.
Thank you! We will be using these guys as our forever pool people.

I wanted a Saber BBQ for Christmas and was unable to pick it up till the 23rd of December. Unfortunately they were closed. I explained to the owner that it was a Christmas gift, and without hesitation said “No problem, I’ll open the store for you”
I won’t say it’s “over and above” service because there is no such thing in my opinion in business; but exceptional would be a word I would use to describe this company. I was quite impressed with this level of service. As a business owner, this is what a business model looks like. Do everything you can for your customer.
I would like to describe to you the Saber BBQ I purchased. It has a proprietary heat distribution system that saves around 30% propane. It’s unlike any BBQ I’ve seen.
It has 4 dials to adjust heat in 4 separate cooking areas. Sear a steak at 450 degrees in one area and then right beside it grille vegetables at 300. Saber is a superior BBQ and is highly recommended to take a look at it before purchasing another brand.
They have an assortment of outdoor items. Complete pool product as well a service company. They have patio furniture, fire tables, BBQs, Smokers, thousands of parts and accessories etc. They, unsurprising to me, have numerous awards.
It was a pleasure doing business with Total Tech.

Mike Blake is the most dishonest untrustworthy business owner I have ever dealt with. I would never give this dishonest company any business. If you do make sure you get everything in writing. Would give zero stars if the option presented itself.

Great pool service company. They recently replaced our pool liner and heater; bit completed with excellent quality and competitively priced. Their store also has fantastic customer service with knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Thank you to the total tech team for a great 2019 season (our first full season as pool owners)! Mike and Jason were a huge help organizing our liner replacement in the spring. Tyler and the other young fella in the store were so helpful keeping our water balanced all season, they are both very knowledgeable and they were always able to answer any questions we had. Tyler was a HUGE help with all our pool closing questions. Thank you to the whole team for always providing excellent customer service!

We have enjoyed the service from Total Tech in Kingston for years. A recent reason why is our pool pump stopped working 2 days before the Canada Day weekend. Within 24 hours Total Tech had a new pump installed despite an already full work schedule. Price was very competitive and installation by Devin and Nik was excellent. Thanks also to Alex for coordinating the installation and to Mike for making it happen! I highly recommend Total Tech to my friends and neighbours.enjoy your swims and your summer!

My parents had the most horrible experience with this business. Manager is rude and arrogant, so many efforts to work things out but they got completely ripped off by this awful place. I see lots of negative reviews everywhere on this dump, surprise! Lol Kingston has lots of pool companies, don’t go here, worst company in Kingston!

Bruta mangement skills.this owner has a very cocky attitude and feels based on the fact he’s so “busy” his company doesn’t need to give a warning or a courtesy notification when entered someone’s back yard. He also feels he doesn’t need to state what work he plans to complete or do as he feels as the home owner u should just know.
In short his excuse for any of his work done or should I say not done is all on the home owner and not on him or his workers.as he’s just so busy.
As well was told though it’s my responsibility to notify them of any pool issues in past that they have worked on again because they are just to busy to recall all these differnt pools. And I guess just to busy to maybe make a file on repeat customers and note issues and work with pools in past.
All and all terrible customer service or I guess I should say a lack of customer service And to add when expressing these concerns the owner hung up the phone.guess he was to busy to listen to customer.
