I received excellent service from Total Vac, before, during and following my service call.

Bought the first Beam central vac unit from this store 23 years ago and replaced it with a newer model about 5 years ago. We are very happy about the quality and performance of the product. So when I was thinking about installing a central vac system for the new house there was no question in my mind where to go and what to buy. The friendly service, the wealth of information and installation tips from the store owner were exceptional.

Fantastic service and price. I was told by Vac Works that my central vac power head could not be fixed and if I could find the part online it would be $200.00 for them to install it. Not only was it fixed in less than 24 hours but all in it was under $100.00 It's the only place I will go!

I needed a compact size steam vacuum that can really do the job to clean our place and because we have a dog and a cat. You can image how fast things can get dirty pretty fast. We looked everywhere but all we found were big and rediculously expensive steam vacuum. My friend recommended us to the Totalvac Store The staff and owner was extremely knowlegeble and friendly. They knew exactly what we were looking for and after only a few days, we got our steam vacuum and OMG, it is the most easy to use, compact but a very powerful vaccum and the price was very reasonable. We are very satisfied with it and will definitely return to A Store to purchase our next vaccum. Thank you very much! We highly recommended to go there!

Save time and money worst place to repair your vacuum. Gave them my central vac hose to repair with floor piece and carpet power head. Changed the piece that goes into the wall still didn't work. Told me it was my cord on the power brush. After already paying $80 for repair. Floor piece was not mine gave me a scratched up one. Cord wasn't mine had electrical tape. Handle on my hose was swapped. Wanted to charge me more for the power brush cord. Argued for my original pieces. I know what is mine. I've had it for years. Went over to Vac works repaired for $10.
