Do not buy gift certificates for this tour! My daughters spent $200 on gift certificates for me as a birthday gift in March. My wife's knee went out requiring surgery. She couldn't walk. They didn't care and kept the money. No refund clause. Should be illegal. My opinion it's theft!

Tour de Vine is a great option for your upcoming wine and bike trip, in my opinion. Our large party chose the guided tour, and we had a great time with it. Throughout the trip, John proved to be very courteous and guided us to all the available wineries along the route. In addition, Tour de Vine provides a selection of colorful bicycles, some of which have baskets for storing items and phone holders for added convenience. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience.

The tour staff and owners were very accommodating and understanding. The weather looked bad for us the day of our tour and the staff helped us make adjustments. Miraculously the weather cleared and we got to bike. Bikes were in good condition and the wineries chosen for us offered unique experience at each winery. Again, the choice of wineries was amazing, each offered a range of flavors unique to the vineyard.

So much fun for our whole family. Bikes were fun and in good shape- stops were all fun with great hosts.

My cousin and I booked with them for the beginning of August, and even though it was just the two of us that day, they still followed through and took us for our wine tour. We had the most amazing, memorable day and were very happy with the two gentlemen from the company. Their price is also very competitive, and I would recommend booking with them. This was our second year and so enjoyable. Beautiful cycling the bike paths through fall foliage, scenic vineyards on relatively flat roads. Sturdy well functioning bikes, great variety of drinks and scenery. We loved the special delivery when John picked up the bottles we ordered.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time doing this tour. This was our first time doing a wine tasting tour especially in Niagara. We got the ultimate self guided package and it was four amazing places and a hidden location! We were day tipsy and riding with many laughs!

We have rented bikes from here twice now and absolutely loved it both times. People working were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend the ebikes!

This was my second time on the self guided wine tour using the bikes and we had another great day out touring around on a hot day! This was a Monday in Aug so would recommend if you want to ride when there’s less traffic including at the vineyards I would recommend you book on a weekday. The boys were super friendly and knowledgeable about local facts and got you set up on a bike. Got service right away everywhere we stopped at. The boys pick up your purchases which was great! The only thing I would change is to have the lunch sooner, maybe as a second stop as I lost a lot of steam and energy after drinking at three vineyards then dragging my peddles for the long stretch back to the limited distillery which was right next to tdv for the drop off. Overall I would recommend this your to anyone who wish to ride and drink in fresh air!

What an amazing experience! I would say this is the best way to experience cider and/or wine tasting in the beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake. My husband and I personally loved the fact that there was an option to tour different breweries instead of just wineries. That’s more our flavour! The self-guided tour was great because you didn’t feel like you’re in a time crunch and can actually enjoy the tour. Their bikes were in excellent condition and very easy to use. The fact that they offer complimentary pick up at a specific location is great! We did the Taste The Flavours self guided tour and definitely enjoyed the fritters on the lake! The hosts were very friendly and helpful as well! Definitely will do this again!

This was a FANTASTIC experience and a MUST DO if you are going to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Each of the stops was great in their own way and the Tour de Vine employee was friendly and stopped to pick up all of the alcohol we purchased along the way. The distance biking was not too bad and you can't beat the price for everything that was included. 10/10 RECOMMEND!

It had been over 10 years since I last rode a bike. I got all the help I needed to learn the ropes again and when I fell, they patched me up! The best service and best people you’ll find around!

This unique one of a kind experience is something my wife and I will remember for our lifetime. From cycling to each vineyard while taking in the sights, testing the hidden gems of wines exclusive to each wine maker and getting to bring some bottles home with us to remember our time out there with every sip, I wish I could give 10 stars.

Steve is an outstanding host, knowledgeable and made sure our route was clearly navigated for us and also made sure our bikes were the right fit for us. John was very helpful and informative about the history of the vineyards. We enjoyed it so much that we bought 2 bikes for ourselves to take home!

Steve and John are very patient and kind in helping us pick and load our bikes, with troubleshooting and making sure we got the most out of our trip. Wonderful staff and convenient location. We took an Uber from the St. Catherine’s go train station to their location. We rented e-bikes that were an amazing experience and the staff gave us a training on using them. Additionally, they gave us great recommendations on things to do and wineries to visit. Look no further than Tour de Vine when you visit NOTL.

Awesome! We completed the “taste the flavours-self guided tour” yesterday. We had a fabulous time. Tour de vine had a wonderful set up. Everything was very well organized. The e-bikes were such a blast! We enjoyed fabulous beers/ciders and the Fritters were delicious! The sandwiches were great too, we were very pleased.
We did see the staff of tour de vine collecting peoples purchases as we stopped at different breweries.they were so polite and made such a great effort to say hello and chat. We will book again! Thank you!

Did the "ultimate self-guided" bike tour. Very easy to book and great customer service! Everything was well organized and mapped out for us, we just went at our own pace! The places choosen for the tastings were very good! Everyone was super friendly and inviting, no pressure to buy anything. We definitely enjoyed and bought lots, and our bottles were picked up for us! The bikes were in great condition and rode well. Lunch was perfect! Overall, an amazing experience! Great experience renting 4 bikes with Tour de Vine. The guys were super helpful and accommodating with our group and gave us plenty of good suggestions to check out the wineries in the area.

We did the ultimate self guided tour on a very nice summer day. We were greeted by Steve who helped us select our bikes and gave us a clear explanation of where we were going and what we'd be doing.

The bikes were very nice for touring around the country side, my only complaint would be the seat after ~20km it gets pretty uncomfortable.

As for the tour itself, the first winery was absolutely amazing. Great wine, great service and it was very informative.

The lunch was also very pleasant and refreshing.

At this point we honestly had already felt satisfied with our purchase.

The Brewery experience wasn't horrible but I must state that this is really only for people who truly enjoy artisanal beer. The beers are very unique and aren't for everyone.

The Cider tasting was closed on that day but we still got to visit the field and we were offered a tasting at a distillery right next to the tour de Vine launch to make up for it.

We then went to another winery which was pretty good, 3 wines to taste from and the abilitity to walk around their complex.

We then ended with a distillery. After a day of tasting I must say this one is the most intense. Similarly to the Brewery, these are very unique flavors and tastes and it might not be suited for everyone. I highly suggest ordering food or bringing something of your own for this tasting as it's very intense on the stomach.

Overall I still give this tour a 5 as the value for what I pay is very much worth it and the whole tour de Vine crew is very nice.

Great group activity! Very comfortable cruiser bikes, easy to follow directions were provided. Scenic bike route through beautiful Niagara on the lake. Tour included a good mix of winery, brewery and cider House. Friendly staff! Very well organized.

If you are thinking about renting bikes in Niagara-on-the-lake, Tour de Vine is by far the best place to go! Based on my experience, there's quite a few factors that distinguish this business compared to the others:

The beautiful bikes:
To start, the bikes are really unique, comfy and there's a huge selection (there's beautiful colours to pick from and they are European style which make for great photos)!

The wide range of tour selections:
There's also a wide range of different tours that you can pick from (self-guided or guided by staff). I am a repeat customer and have done both self-guided tours and tours with a guide and both experiences are always exceptional. You also have the option of selecting shorter tours or longer tours with more stops integrated into your experience. No matter what you select, there's quite the range of top-notch wineries/breweries/cideries incorporated into self guided/staff guided tours. All of the packages are exceptional so you can't go wrong with any tour/package that you select although my favourite has to be the ultimate tour - it's a great deal and one that you will want to take advantage of!

The exceptional staff/customer service:
The staff here is phenomenal. People always say that customer service doesn't existence anymore but Steve and his team are the reason that I still believe in solid customer service. They are professional, kind, caring and go above and beyond to make your experience memorable and enjoyable. They will even go to the wineries to pick up your wine for you if you purchase any so that you don't have to bring the bottles with you on your bike.

Overall, I highly recommend Tour de Vine - it's the best bike/wine tour company in Niagara-on-the-lake. I always have a great experience and will continue to support this business!

My wife and I had a great time with Tour De Vine, our tour guide was fantastic, she even took the time to stop along the way multiple times to take pictures for us which my wife loved. The bikes looked brand new and were a cool style for the tour. All of the wineries were great. The only thing better than getting a great tour is knowing you are giving your money to cool down to earth people, will definitely be returning.

We were deciding whether to take the guided tour or self-guided, I am glad we chose the first one, as we would definitely get lost. Lunch was great as well!

We had an amazing time on our bike tour. The bikes were so cute and super comfortable.

Stephen was amazing from booking the tour to also being our guide.

He took our group of 4 to four lovely wineries, and also took us to the lakefront park which was beautiful. He took us on an extra stop to a patio and ordered us a flight of beer. That was so nice.

The route we took was so beautiful and we had a really good time.

The tour was very laid back and there was no rush to get from one place to the next.

The lunch at harvest barn was great! You got a choice of a sandwich, salad, and desert item (or fruit). It also came with a bottle of water and banana. The lunch was delicious. We sat on picnic tables outside at harvest barn facing a vineyard. It was great.

Overall we had a really great day!
We have done the bike wine tour with other companies in NOTL and loved this one the most.

We will definitely be back again!

Absolutely LOVED Tour de Vine when my friends and I visited Niagara last month. We had such an amazing time and our guide was so sweet and had great recommendations for places to eat after our tour. Our group really wanted to do a wine tour in Niagara but weren't familiar with any local wineries so we definitely needed a tour guide. My girlfriends and I had an amazing and unforgettable experience this past weekend with Tour de Vine! I would definitely recommend Tour de Vine Bike Wine Tours to anyone! We had a company of 6 girls and I was the one who was on a bike for the first time! And guess what, I learned how to ride a bike with 0 accidents (Thank you Frank for your guidance and never ending patience on this matter!).

Frank, our tour guide, was super friendly, humble and professional at the same time. Frank has a powerful skill of being able to give his attention to absolutely everyone on his tour, making 1000 of pictures and videos of tipsy girls, adjusting our bikes and yet, remaining calm, friendly and super professional! Kudos to you Frank for your patience and professionalism! It was a great pleasure having you as our bike guide!

I cannot reccomend this company enough! Every single part of my experience was professional, pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. My friend and I opted for the self guided Lakeshore tour and we cannot wait to go back! The bikes are very cute AND handy since they had baskets on them, the wineries offered a nice variety, and the self guided element allowed for us to stop off at other locations along the way that were not already included in the package. Steve was knowledgeable and helpful from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, honestly went above and beyond! Amazing birthday, experience and service all around! We selected the self guided tour and visited 3 wineries. I thought it was going to be difficult reserving tastings for a group of 8 but Steve was there to help us out! Steve was very patient and organized with my group.

The bikes are the nicest in my opinion! They are Euro styled with a variety of colours to choose from.

Also, they offer FREE wine pick up! You don’t have to worry about carrying around your bottles throughout the day. All you have to do is update Steve when you make a purchase and he will have everything back at the launch location at the end of the day. Such a special addition!
