Terrible. No one answers phones or returns messages. I have no faith in them.

I been trying for 2 weeks to call, I also knocked on their office door no answer.possibility the company is shut down

Have tried numerous phone numbers and cannot get through to anyone, very horrible experience

It is only the head office, not a retail store. Their branch on Finch and Leslie was permanently closed
