Great Brazilian steakhouse, great service.

Steaks are very tasty but are a hit or miss in terms of doneness (Some may be red and perfect and some maybe cooked well done)

Lunch has a small selection of sides but enjoyed the Mac and cheese and chimichurri sauce.

Do NOT skip the pineapple, it’s an absolute treat.

Overall we really enjoyed our experience and feel that the lunch price is reasonable.

Great place for dinner, with family and friends for gathering! Very good atmosphere, bit noise and need to make booking before go esp.at weekend!
They offer a buffer food bar (salad, nachos, lasagna, some meats.etc) waiters walking around to the tables and hold a lot of different kind of bbq meats, with cheese, from different cooking method.etc.there are so many choices, you can't even try twice of the same choice as you would feel very full before 2nd around! Its a place great for big eater! As they offer so many food and bbq meats, when you walk into the restaurant, you could feel the floor is quite a bit greasy, be careful to walk and don't slide down!

We celebrated my nice’s birthday at Touro Brazilian Steakhouse with the family and it was frustrating. The food was great, but unfortunately our server wasn’t great. Rude attitude, didn’t serve our entry and asking us to leave the table because of another reservation since we were still rating the desert and drinks on the table. I expected a better service for a restaurant like that.

Location is fairly easy to get to. Parking is free but very limited being surrounded by many large restaurants.
The decor is very nice and upscale. Open concept so not intimate dining.
The staff is very presentable and professional.

Starter bar is limited but items are good.
The meat selection is good with nice variety. I did not find the cuts too Salty.

Service was very attentive.

Overall a very good experience and I look forward to going again.

Good but not great. I came with a large party and the service was very spotty. Drinks and salads were forgotten several times. It's never good when several members of a party are left without food or drink while others are eating or drinking. The servers came around for one full round of meat then stopped coming until we requested their service. They didn't follow their own green light, red light system for meat service which was inconvenient. Some of the meat was great but most was lack luster. There are better all you can eat Brazilian steakhouses which have more consistent service and better tasting meat.

Tour is an amazing steakhouse, with a large variety of meats and salads. I enjoyed my time at Touro, and especially liked the fried pineapple. Shout out to Mastul Hossein for being such a great waiter!

Everything was amazing especially the grilled pineapple. Staff were kind and pleasant, enjoyed my experience. 10/10 would recommend. Also, shoutout to Masrul Hussain, our waiter, because he was amazing and super kind.

I have gone to other places in the same way in Mexico, Brazil, the USA, now here in Canada, and the flavor, service and atmosphere with its characteristics of the region give that perfect touch

Food was alright, not as good as Copa in my opinion. Server was pretty good, attentive. Atmosphere was nice and relaxed.

Very good food, just a lot. Im not a huge eater so getting my $65 worth was hard. Staff and service was on point for sure. Would go back when im ready to eat!

We had our Thanksgiving dinner here. Great experience! Love the varieties of meats. The cinnamon pineapple is a nice touch to finish the dinner.

If you're looking for copacabana flavors it's not here. The food could have definitely been better, not sure what the hype is about. Service was Very good though, the servers were very polite and helpful.

You get to choose from a variety of options in the course menu so, the lack of a salad bar due to Covid does not bother me.

Service: we had a great waitress who was attentive and pleasant at the beginning. But as the tables started getting filled, it became harder to get her attention.

Start: Bread basket had a nice variety (cornmeal, cheese filled, garlic with cheese) and fried banana appetizer was delicious.

Salads: LOVED the beet salad and the mango avocado shrimp salad.

Meat: there were 15 different types of meats, we were only able to sample maybe 7-8 items before getting full. Best meats were the lamb, chicken leg, and slices of top sirloin. Other meats were rather salty and tough. The Gauchos moved around and worked quickly making the atmosphere less relaxed and rushed.

Third course: "made to order" dishes were not very good. The mussel dish appeared like they simply poured a can of tomato sauce over boiled mussels was a disappointment. The Paella with mussels and shrimp was bland and unappetizing. The seafood stew was actually good, with slight hint of coconut (I think). Overall, we had a pricey but very good experience.

The food was great, the service was great, and the price was in line with these type of restaurants. The serving model is slightly different than what you are used to for a Brazilian stake house due to the pandemic. The self-serve salad and hot sides bar is gone, replaced with a hybrid (individual/to-share) served course menu. Meat cuts were fantastic especially for those looking to get their protein fix! Would recommend.

Great place and the meat just kept coming only reason I'm not giving it. 5 star is because every now and then a piece was a littler under/over cooked but as you can pace yourself and pick your cuts it wasn't much of a problem overall great place would go again for special occasions

They do dress up sirloin as other cuts of meat, so it can be quite misleading (such as the sirloin shaped to look like prime rib). Quite expensive given their one cut of meat. Service was hit and miss.

The meat was tough, hardly chewed, ordered the sides, some missing never came, our table server only showed up at the beginning, disappeared during our dinner time.until the end, we had to ask some other waiter to look for him for the bill, not really enjoyable for the dinner.

Low quality meat, very slow service, no heater in patio and full of fruit fly inside.

Incredibly unreliable phone booking system for large parties. I had previously had good experiences dining here (great food and service) so I wanted to take my friends here to celebrate my birthday. They do not accept online reservations for parties larger than 8, so I called over a week in advance to make a reservation. I even confirmed over the phone that my name was in their system and we were celebrating a birthday. When we came in, they could not find my reservation. They suggested I called the wrong Touro location until I showed them my phone’s call log that I called the right number. They offered to have the manager speak with me and tried to find room to accommodate our large party but they were full. There was nothing we could do except leave, and in the end the manager did not even speak to me. Honestly ruined my birthday. I am very disappointed by their mistake and how it was handled.

Went here with a group of 13 for a birthday party- have been here before a while ago and enjoyed it.this time was not the case.
We were told we'd have 1.5 hours to dine. It is impossible to give a good experience to a large group of people within 1.5 hours.

Our party was split into two tables which was fine, only one table got the beef stroganoff and rice course - we had to ask for that for the other table,
We didn't even have time to finish that course before they were hounding us with the meats off the skewers, No one came to take our dirty plates from previous courses, so our table was crowded and the waiters with the meat, barely had a place to put their skewers down to serve us.
Our drinks that we ordered during the appetizer course, came during the meat course - super delayed, not to mention the bottle of white wine was served without a chiller. With 2 waiters on the party and bussing staff, you'd think they'd be able to at least clean dirty plates or provide decent service.

But as soon as the meat service slowed down - then all the bussers appeared and came to clear all of our plates, cleared our FULL water glasses, because they wanted us out. We didn't even have plates for when the pineapple came around, and we had to ask to be set up again.
Then we wanted to have dessert and coffee and were told we can't have coffee and certain desserts because we had to be out in 20 minutes and it would take too long. So we had to settle for the "quick" options for Dessert. As soon as the desserts came out, the bills came with them, and with a nice 18% gratuity added for a very sh*tty experience. There were plenty of open tables they could have used if they did have another party to seat, they didn't have to use our exact tables.

As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I know how things operate. If you are going to charge gratuity, you better make sure your service is up to par, and you shouldn't be rushing people out of establishments. I am well aware that time limits exist because of this COVID world we are living in, but as I said - 1.5 hours is impossible to do for a large party. Maybe you should up the time limit for larger parties so you don't give these types of experiences to future guests.

Just an awesome experience! Brought my entire family to celebrate my 46th birthday, and the service.the food.the atmosphere. Oh the food. Spectacular!
Key Point- Most of the cuts of meat are medium, medium rare, and full of awesomeness! Chicken has so much flavour, cooked through and through. The pineapple. (mind blowing goodness!) They do have cuts more near well done. Very impressed!

Okay lets get the good stuff out the way; service was great, Grilled Pineapple was phenomenal, bread course was delicious, salads were good. Now comes the bad part:

the meat: My mouth was caked in salt after the first few cuts of steaks, chicken, lamb and pork. The lamb was boiled in the middle and had a raw taste of lamb and of course salt! I kept drinking water to wash the salt from my mouth after every bite which was really off putting and could not enjoy anymore.

SIDES: Rice was undercooked, grilled veggies were okay, the beans left a really bad taste in my mouth. The beef stroganoff was sub par although I don't know why its even offered in a Brazilian steak house.

Ambience: very uninviting, I don't know too many people that dine listening to Eminem and other top 40 rap. I would have liked some Brazilian music or dinner jazz since the setting is posh upscale dining. The music was very loud and unappealing and would definitely not recommend date night there.

Went here with my boyfriend for dinner.the service was good.friendly staff and large quantities in the sides. Some meats were a bit salty but overall they were good. The picanha only came out very late and was overdone so wasn't great and less meats were served than indicated. I believe there were two meats that did not came around.overall I would give them another try as maybe it was just an off night.

From the moment you arrive in that place the personel give you an enjoyable feeling. Very hospitable hosts, it is a friendly restaurant to hang out with friends or with your date. Excellent cooking, experienced chef, competitive cost and generous service. Highly recommended.

Food amazing! Staff was great and was filling our plates and cups the whole meal. It wasn't too busy so that was good too.

Ive been here before and after all the covid restrictions and policies. Though the process is slightly different (mainly sides) the overall stars of the show (obviously the meat) are the same!

The quality is still amazing and the servers are extremely polite as usual. The new macaroni and cheese and seafood stew is very welcomed as well!

Great food. ABYSMAL service! I honestly don't think I've felt so unwanted as a guest at any restaurant before. Right from the start it was clear the server didn't know what he was doing. When we asked if there was a house wine, he said, "Yeah we have two. One's the best seller, the other. Doesn't sell so well. " Gee, thanks. Like, I don't expect the server to be a professional sommelier, but for goodness sakes at least tell me if the wine is red or white. He was unable to describe any of the side dishes, but then needed to know which ones we wanted.

We were seated 10 minutes late, and didn't have any service until 10 minutes after that. 40 minutes later our server informed us that there was a 90 minute dining limit, we had been there for an hour already, and we only had 30 minutes left. Not a great way to make your guests feel welcome when a time limit wasn't mentioned at all up front.

At the 90 minute mark, the server came and told us that we needed to go, as another reservation was coming in soon. I told him that by all means, he could seat that at any of the 20+ empty tables I was staring at right then and there. He didn't even answer, just left.

Do yourself a favour, spend the extra drive time, and go to the Brazilian steakhouses in Toronto or Niagara. This place made me feel like they couldn't wait to get our money fast enough and kick us out. I invited my family here, and honestly ended up embarrassed. What a way to treat your guests.

Food is very good and the decor is good too. They have changed up a bit from before covid, but you still get tons of food and lots of meat options. Don't eat all day before you go, otherwise it is hard to get your money's worth.

The Brazilian couple we were with gave it a vote of authenticity. The portions were ample and the meats, we'll phenomenal is all I can say.

I took my husband out to dinner tonight for his birthday to the Richmond Hill location and I just have to say the food was fantastic, I'm sad that I couldn't eat more it was wonderful! But even better than that was the service. I think the staff was incredible, right from when we entered to when we left. We constantly had people coming by to offer different types of food, and our waiter, Justin, was just a great guy! I have to say it was a wonderful night!

The first time I ever went here I had mediocre service the meats were overcooked and it was lack lustre for a steak house.

But this time our server Justin made sure our experience was an amazing one. Prompt service, consistently checking on the table and making sure the cuts of meat and preferred doneness of the meats were always to taste. Food was great. I went from never wanting to giving this another chance to wanting to book another reservation in the next 2 weeks. His service was above excellent and made this experience a complete 180.

They offer a nice variety of fresh food. I like eating here. Staff members are always very friendly, rates are affordable and the place is always neat.

I would like to review your food truck. Yesterday I went there and tried “Brazilian Experience” menu. Fries were perfect. Sausage is the better sausage I ever had in Toronto. The attendance was 10 starts. But the meat definitely wasn’t “Picanha”. You guys are representing “Touro” where I can have legit Picanha. But on your food truck, you guys are selling “Alcatra”. Prices are higher the average, but I would not complain about the price if they were serving the Legit Brazilian Picanha. Fix this and you will absolutely have one of the more tasty plates in Toronto.

I have made an order from uber EATS during this pandemi, and we were amazed with the quality of food that got delivered.price range and amount of food was definitely worth it. We ordered the meal for 3 with picanha which i love and it came with sausages, chicken, ribs.everything in 4 portions. SO MUCH FOOD:)

it actually fed us all weekend.so if you are looking into have a great cooked meal, healthy and tasty, consider this option!

Visited this place for Xmas lunch. The service was average. Meats no selection just beef that is very low “A”level. They were mostly over cooked and rubbery. They only serve chicken drumsticks that are very cheap. As for the salad bar not worth the money. If you order cappuccino you can expect a cold one. It is not hot but lukewarm so don’t waste your time. At the end the waiter told us we had to leave because the table was booked for others. I suggest you spend you money somewhere else, they are a joke.

It was OK but nothing compared to Copacabana. Was looking forward to having cornbread but they didn't have any. Price was Overpriced for what you get. Meat was ok but not spectacular.

We're not there for the salad bar. If you are, go to the other chain of Brazilian steak houses. If you're in it for the meat, this is the place to go:) Not as salty, and the taste + grilling of the meat is way better! I'd also like to mention that they are not over crowded. Another bonus is that we brought my tree nut allergic child there without a problem (and the servers made sure to speak to me personally about food safety).

Our team went for a Christmas Lunch - and let me tell you this place was packed! The decor was beautiful, I especially appreciated all the wine bottles and the tree "growing" out of the floor. The meat selection was delicious, but in the end not all 8 cuts of meat made it to our table - my recommendation is the chicken leg - great flavour profile. From the fantasy salad bar I recommend the mussels and eggplant. Servers were very nice. I'd recommend going there during a quieter time.

First experience with Portuguese food. The food was ok and price is ok but the staff are rude and unhelpful to newbies! I'm not sure if it was an off day given all the good reviews but the cashier was especially miserable towards us, as if we were bothering her when we were telling her our take-out order. We told her it was our first time there and asked if she had any recommendations. She just shrugged her shoulders and said no. Ok that's fine. So we just starting naming things to order for our group. Asked for the quails but she said they didn't have that. Same with the squid. Then we asked her, "ok what do you have available to order? " She then rolled her eyes and said, "we have all those items but it will take 30 mins". We then responded and said "that's fine". We didn't say this to her but of course we (as customers) understand things take time to cook! When she processed the fact that we didn't mind the wait, she rolled her eyes again and proceeded to reluctantly put our order in.

The chicken was dry but the piri piri sauce is good - keep in mind if you order a whole chicken, it only comes with a little tiny sauce so you will want to buy a bigger sauce. Or you can get the sauce mixed in with the chicken but our party likes controlling the sauce intake. The hot piri piri sauce is better than the mild one, in our opinion. Roasted potatoes are good (especially with the sauce), squid was cooked well (not rubbery so cooked right), chicken had good seasoning but was quite dry without a heavy dipping into the piri piri sauce, quails were flavourless without the sauce, Greek salad was nothing special (the dressing had no acidity, it tasted just like oil?), rice ok.

We ordered over $120 of food for our group who wanted to try different things so you would think they would appreciate our first-time business. Another take out customer asked if he could sit at a table while waiting for his take-out (because they said it would take 25 mins). They rudely told him "no" to which he pointed to all the empty tables behind him (except for one table all were open). They then told him that the restaurant was fully reserved so he couldn't sit (yet in that time, no one came so it was confusing why they wouldn't let a paying customer use a chair and ask him to get up if the table reservations came in? !?). They have two chairs outside the washrooms that (I assume) you can sit to wait for your food but it's quite tight in that space as it's literally right outside the door of the washroom. We just went to the Tim Hortons right next door and waited for the food to be ready.

Haven't tried any other Portuguese restaurants so can't compare to any but this experience was under par and their service is inexcusable for newbies (even if it was an off day).

I like to say the food is great, the facilities are clean and it feels like an upper class restaurant.

The negative why I'm not giving 5 stars or the full amount of gratitude cause of the service from a waitress. That night I was celebrating a friend's birthday this waitress I had was an Asian server/waitress (btw I'm Asian too). We start off by getting water she asked sparkling water or flat water, I asked for flat she asked rudely which we wanted, I replied tap water to be specific. I didn't liked her attitude, I feel like she thinking we're one of those customers that put in poor tips which I'm here to celebrate a friend's birthday. The waitress was selective whom to serve, the next table got asked four times how was there food, It took us 15 minutes to get the cake which she was trying to impress the other tables. At the end we had to wait for the bill for another 10 mimutes from her. But again the food servers and manager were great and nice. But the first experience here was the best I put down full tips and extra, but after the second visit the service and experience from this waitress was like why ruin my friends birthday? ! I also forgot my hat, I contacted the restaurant they said they'll hold it. After two weeks I came back to the front desk couldn't find it. Lucky I didn't left my phone or wallet!

I came here for my birthday over the weekend and I absolutely loved it! Before this place I only ever went to Copacabana near Yonge and Eglinton and that was my only experience with a churrascarira. However, my wife and my friends came here and the service was excellent and the food was better. I'm always a fan of beef ribs and garlic steak but I wish I was able to eat more. Can't wait to make another visit!

It was great day to celebrate my birthday at Touro I had a wonderful time my only disappointment is that our waitress was really really really busy and it took us a while to get a lot of attention from her she was pleasant and knowing that it was our first experience going there on the buffet I wish there was more food there was a lot of carbs there should be more variety the meats were great that came around at the tables and when I asked about the dancers they said they only come in once a month on a Saturday which is something that I didn't expect I thought they would have that each night or something I kind of was pumped up and going there and what he wanted to have that excitement especially on my birthday I was celebrating my birthday with my family.

I also found that when they sang Happy Birthday to me it was only the waitress and they didn't have more staff come over to sing Happy Birthday to really make me feel like they appreciated my celebration.

I will go back it may be on a weekend I want to feel that exciting Vibe when I go.

Decent food, but the flavour is a bit too salty for my tastes. The servers that cut the meat seems to be in a rush so their attitude is a bit impatient and bossy. Decor is nice. Waiters (not the servers) are helpful and friendly. 2hr time limit for eating and they'll usher you out. Overall, I find it about $15-20 too expensive for the value.

Great place I though the price was a bit high but after all the meat I ate I thought it was more than fair.
I went with a party of 8 and we all loved it.

Very stylish place. Clean and modern. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious with many options included in "appetizer island". They appeared so very quickly when I turned my card to green with so many food options delivered and carved right at the table. They even gave me options how the food was cooked (rare, medium, well). Everyone was super friendly and quick. I will definitely be back!

Food was great. Love the slabs of freshly roasted meats the waiters bring around and slice into your plate. If you love the grill - this is an excellent place to have dinner with friends.

This was my 4th visit to Touro and I've always had a wonderful experience; I've even recommended it to many friends and family, however, after my experience last night I won't be going back.

I was there to celebrate my dad's birthday and while we did enjoy the food (no complaints about that), our waitress forgot to give us our medallions. At one point food servers were coming to our table a lot and then there was a period of 13 minutes where there was nothing and I had to ask our server what was up. She then looked at me and asked where our medallions were and had the nerve to roll her eyes when I pointed out that we hadn't received them. By that point we were basically finished our meal. We tolerated the poor service and even gave our waitress a very good tip. After paying for our meal my brother ordered a coffee which he had every intention of paying for. Our waitress then came to the table and basically told us that we had to leave because a large party was coming in at 8pm. I looked around and saw at least EIGHT empty tables. She then told my brother she would pay for his coffee and walked away. Very rude and unprofessional. Won't be going back.

Good food and great service but pricey if you can't eat a lot. Reservation is highly recommended and come earlier to find a parking spot as well.
Must try menus are garlic beef and cinnamon pineapple.

We were a group of Ten people that went to dinner on Monday night this week. It was our first visit to this Restaurant. After reading several positive reviews we thought of giving it a try. The food wasn't that good, nor was their picanha, & the pineapple that everyone raves about wasn't good either, the Meats were not tasty at all, however the pork with parmesan and the chicken wrapped with bacon was delicious. The sausage wasn't good either but the salad was good. The service was good & that is why we tipped over 20% however we won't be back unfortunately. The ambience was pleasant & the some of the staff were polite, especially the coat check.

Service and presentation are great, as expected. The food that comes to the table is delicious. The buffet is the weak point, but it's not the main thing so it's passable. As with any other restaurant in this plaza, parking is scarce.

Food was good. Service was somewhat suspect. Hostess forgot to give us our medallions for accepting and rejecting food which made for an annoying experience with the waiters interrupting you every 2 minutes. Then; even though we were a party of 4 trying enjoy everything they had to offer they advised us that there was another party at 8pm that need the table. (We sat down at 6: 45pm). A $235 bill later and our experience was over. Not very impressed.
