This has become my favourite place to go. I am renovating a cargo trailer and right from day one they had what I needed in stock and were keen to help out. I needed windows they had them in stock. I was unable to open my tailgate with the hitch I had on and they were able to replace it. I needed e track to tie down my quads and they were able to install it. These guys are awesome!

I had fantastic service from Tow Tek. They insulated and refinished the interior and built cabinets to custom order. It looks great and they were always ready to adapt and get creative to meet my needs.

Ron…Tony… what can I say. You and your team really helped me out of a pinch.
I had recently had my 7x14 cargo trailer stolen from my shop which we use on a regular basis. When I explained my situation to Ron I was immediately pushed to the top of the list to have a replacement built for me. They understood the importance of someone running a small business and trying to make living. I decided to go with a 7x18 as a replacement (bigger is always better). They use nothing but top notch materials and their welders are second to none. From the time I ordered it, it took about 2 1/2 weeks (yes weeks) start to finish. I know my situation was a bit different than most and a regular order will probably take longer.
With them being in my hometown it only made sense to buy local too. Keep my dollars in the community.
As a side note I just took it on a trip to Florida and it pulled beautiful with 3 full size motorcycles and gear in it. There and back without a problem. The tow vehicle was a 2022 Ford lariat with a v6 eco boost.
Thank you for building a top quality trailer and getting me back in business in a short amount of time. Five Stars!

Ordered the trailer from Ron in Decemeber 2022. We needed it ready for a trip we were taking end of January 2023. Ron had the trailer ready Mid January as promised. The fit and finish on these trailers will be hard to beat. I have owned many trailers over the years and can attest to Tow Teks quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend that you do the research on their manufacturing. You won't be disappointed. By Tow Tek!

Bought an Aluminum Utility Trailer in 2021. Ron at Tow Tek beat everyone’s price by a long shot and they’ve stood behind this trailer from anything to the axle needing service to welding up some welds that had a hairline split. After about 80,000km on this trailer I can easily say it’s the best service I’ve ever seen from a manufacturer.

It was a pleasure dealing with Ron and his staff on my latest trailer purchase. A painless experience of parting with money (Especially being Scottish) for a superb quality product. Would definitely recommend them to others

Great Company to deal with even after the purchase. Had a warranty issue with my trailer. They told me to stop by anytime without appt.and they'll take care of it. 30 minutes later my trailer was ready and they even installed some tie downs.buying Canadian made and They're customer service n products!

I regret buying from Tow Tek. Never again.

Tow Tek was contacted about providing a trailer that could transport my hobby farm tractor between local farms. They were given the specs of the tractor and recommended an aluminum 7x14 with tandem axel but told me they would need to beef up the tailgate for an additional fee to make it suitable.

In less than one year, this tractor weighing less than 4000lbs plus a scoop of gravel broke the 3 supports at the front.

I went back to Tow Tek, showed them photos and offered to pay for repair.

They agreed, but once they had it in their possession, confiscated it and told me they initiated MTO action against me. After contacting the MTO I found out that was false.

When I asked for my trailer back they refused and said it was being held indefinitely. I told them that was illegal and that I was calling to report it. They then said they needed 5 min to call their lawyer.

Within 5 min they called me back promising to have it back the following day on the advise of their lawyer.

I took it to a reputable trailer manufacture who told me the material they used wasn’t substantial enough for the weight rating and repaired it with the proper tubing.

After speaking about the ordeal dealing with a very aggressive and condescending Ron and Tony, found out they have had multiple law suits against their company for catastrophic failures.

Does this company sound like they’re worth the risk to deal with?

They sold me an inferior product and then tried to get me in legal trouble when it failed.

Dealing with Ron on my recent car hauler purchase was a pleasure. Ron took the time to give me a shop tour, answered any questions I had, and offered suggestions based on what I might haul.
