I am very happy with Tower Animal Clinic. They are very professional and their rates are pretty reasonable.

The vet is professional and caring. The receptionist Grazyna is knowledgeable. They help us with traveling rabis test to Taiwan and overall health of our pets. We will sure miss them.

I have been a client of Tower Drive Animal clinic for 16 years. Dr. Jurek and his staff have helped me with different health issues I experienced with my cats throughout all these years. As a pet owner I always get professional and practical guidance, especially on any long term treatment requiring my attention and involvement (I have had cats with diabetes and hyperthyroidism). Dr. Jurek always looks for the best solution which benefits your pet. The clinic keeps me up to date with any food and supplements available to the pet owners which can improve pets' well being.
I also get very precious tips regarding improving certain behavioral issues. Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend this clinic to anybody who is looking for a caring and knowledgeable vet.

Our family is very appreciative of the attentive and knowledgeable care we get for our little Rex here. The doctor and his team are reliable, compassionate, and we definitely appreciate that they are multilingual. Thank you for keeping our furry friends happy and healthy!

I don’t recommend this vet clinic at all. I had been taking my cat to this vet for years - definitely not anymore. My cat was really sick and puking 2-3 times a day. I took her to this vet and I was charged over 400 dollars for some medication and blood test (as he recommended it). After finishing all medications and changing her diet 3 times, my cat is still sick. Every time I tried reasoning with him and speaking to him on the phone, he would blame it on the food my cat was eating. If that’s the case, why did I spend 400+ on blood test and medication? Please avoid at all costs. I’d rather pay a little bit more but have a peace of mind. PS: when I called him for the final time and let him know my cat was still sick, he said “you sound like you’re upset”? I mean yeah, my cat is my daughter and she’s still puking. If I could give 0 stars, I would! I also went into the clinic and asked for a follow up but of course no one called me back.

This vet is not a trustworthy place. All they care about is money - no concern for your pet. Take your pet elsewhere! They just keep suggesting different services that your pet does not need. I would give 0 stars if I could

I brought my cat here because she was sick. After medication and blood test, my cat is still sick. The vet didn’t seem too concerned and kept recommending different brands of food. Please avoid at all costs. Take your pet elsewhere!

Avoid this guy at all costs! My daughter brought her cat in for a checkup and ended being bullied and berated by this vet when she refused all the 'extras' he kept throwing at her. He then scared her by claiming the cat needed to be anesthetized so he could clean its teeth because they were, "rotting out of his head" (the cat is less than 4 years old), causing my daughter to burst into tears. We are considering laying a complaint with the CVO.

So far the best Vet Clinic. Darcy ("Misiu") doesn't like to go to the Veterinary Clinic, but this time, thanks to the Clinic's Staff, he was so happy to be there. I appreciate the way they treated and cared for my dog. Dr. Rostkowski's attentiveness to my questions and willingness to take whatever time needed to answer my questions is greatly appreciated.

I don’t review / share my personal experience unless I notice there are similar negative issues as mine!

I was looking for a new vet for my dog due to obvious reason which many pet parents in Canada are well aware of!

There is no standard how much vets can charge! The vet industry in this country is like Old Wild Wild West!

Certain vets in Toronto area charge different amount based on their own logics; client drives a fancy car, how much he / she loves their pets and etc etc.

Back to review, this clinic has no presence on Internet! Not even a single page which costs a few dollars per month!

They don’t communicate via emails - only phone or a “paid visit”.

They use Canada Post to send reminders to pet parents!

So, I guess they could say; hey, we pass the savings to our customers - which is kind of true.

Those with puppies or young dogs don’t get charged much because there is not much issues to charge for! Except some annual shots and maybe some quick blood work.

Once they become senior, then things are gonna add up and this doctor loves it.

He doesn’t care how healthy dog is - if your pup is over 6 years old, in his view, he is considered senior, so be prepared to open up your wallets for unnecessary medicines, tests and etc!

He ignores the fact that there are dogs who are as healthy as a young pup because of quality diets & lots of activities + LOVE!

I have seen dogs as old as15+ years who run around parks like a puppy, happy and healthy!

And, if you deny those unnecessary pills and tests, Doctor Vet becomes upset and accuses you as cheap and not so caring pet parent.

Let me remind you that this is not a problem with this clinic only - personally I have yet to meet a vet without flashing $$ sign in their eyes when they see dogs / cats! The older they are, more $$ for vets!

Vet industry is worse than car shops.

Do I recommend this clinic? NO!

Terrible place! Brought my cat there for a urinary track infection and ended up with a cat on Prozac. I didn’t understand much about it at the time so I did what the doctor recommended. My loving cuddly cat then became very lethargic I wouldn’t come near us. He’s in contracted a urinary track infection again and this time surgery was recommended.my husband and I knowing that surgery doesn’t Work for a cat that has had multiple urinary infections so close together made the decision to euthanize as medication‘s were not working. This doctor decided not to euthanize and tried to push us into having surgery. I told the doctor we did not want the surgery unless he could 100% guarantee that it would fix the issue. He could not do better than 50% guarantee. So we advised that we wanted to euthanize. He would not do so and kept pushing us to have the surgery which then left us with a very sick cat who was in pain. I called numerous vets to try and get the situation addressed as quickly as possible however my cat suffered terribly because of the money hungry vet. To this day I still cry over the suffering my cat went through because of this vet. I will never recommend this vet to anyone. If you Love your animal then please stay away from this clinic.

Great clinic with caring staff. Dr. Rotkowski has been wonderful in taking care of our three cats. You can tell he truly cares about their well-being and helps us make the right decisions to keep them healthy and happy.

Update: Dr. Rotkowski has been such a blessing in helping us care for one of our cats with kidney disease. Under his care, 15-year old Tsuki (the black kitty in the pic) is thriving and defying the odds by living his best life.
