I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Julie's dental office, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience. I had been experiencing excruciating pain in my tooth and was desperately seeking immediate relief. Despite having a fully booked schedule, Dr. Julie and her wonderful staff went out of their way to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment, and for that, I am incredibly grateful.

In addition to the exceptional dental care, I found the entire office environment to be clean, organized, and well-maintained. The attention to detail and commitment to a high standard of hygiene were evident throughout. The office staff also efficiently handled the insurance process, making it hassle-free for me.

Arrived on time, but was put aside waiting for 30+ minutes without good explanation. Feeling not respected.

My daughter went there for a regular/the simplest teeth cleaning last week and got an astonishing bill, $380+. In which $170 is for teeth cleaning and the rest is for some weird checks that my daughter never asked for, and she was not told about these MANDATORY checks before the teeth cleaning. BTW, she complained that the teeth cleaning hurts her gum so badly and she still feels painful one week later.

I’ve lived in the neighbourhood for years and wish I had started seeing Dr Julie and her amazing team earlier! I had missed routine check ups and cleanings during Covid. Everything went so smoothly and was communicated expertly, with warmth and humour. Dr Julie’s team helps make a dentist visit as good as can be! Thank you
