Very unprofessional clinic and unorganized time my wife went there today 10am to see the doctor and she came back 3 pm and clinic wasn’t busy just reception send the people she like inside the office I rather go to far clinics and don’t visit agin

This is the worst clinic. Waited 2 1/2 hours for a 2 minute check up. What a waste of time. Dr on duty was not friendly at all. No hi how are you doing, nothing.
I would not recommend this place. Dr Doad was cold and rude. Books to many appointments.

This is very very bad clinic, I called at 11: 06 am they told me wait time is 15min I came in at 11: 15 am the receptionist told me wait time is 1 hour and 25 min. She said many people came in last 10 min. It took 2: 45 min to see a doctor for 2 min. The doctor sees a patient for 2 min and take a break for 30 before calling other patients

It says opening time is 10: 00am. I went here earlier wanting to have early access. But I have been waiting for more than 1.5 hours and the doctor still not show up.

Lots of patients are waiting and it is a waste of our time without knowing why the doctor is running late.

And it is not the first time. If the doctor can not be punctual, they should change the opening hour to 12: 00am instead of 10: 00am!

Such a bad experience and a waste of time.

The doctor gave my daughter the ointment which made her symptoms worsened instead of improving. We took her to our family doctor, who informed us that the ointment was not suppose to treat the symptoms.

Called at 9.39am and got straight to a voice mail and heard the "we are closed" message. You opem today at 9.30am and it shows your staff does not care about your timings. If i were the owner I would fire the staff, carefully interview new people who are serious about their jobs.

I LOVE Dr. Doad! I am new to Richmond Hill and new to this office and had such an amazing experience today. So good in fact, that I am writing my first ever review because after seeing the poor reviews here, I feel it’s important to share my experience.
When I called, the receptionist answered the phone and was professional and friendly, and she answered all of my many questions.
I made sure to go in the middle of the afternoon on Tuesday knowing that it’ll likely be less busy at that time. There was only two patients ahead of me. The receptionist “Joveline” (I think) was awesome —friendly and helpful!
Dr. Doad was VERY kind, compassionate and patient with me. I had a few things to discuss and she didn’t rush me, instead she kindly answered all my questions and provided me with so much help and the resources I need.
I’m soooooo happy that I found her!

Literally closed today on Saturday at 11am when it says it’s open. Way to show your patients you care. I can’t even go to another pharmacy to get my meds because Its a controlled substance. Can’t even make an appointment because the receptionist never answers. Mailbox always full. Doesn’t answer emails. Don’t waste your time going here.

The front reception is the most important aspect of the practice.
When you call, the voicemail is usually full and you have to keep calling to actually get through.
In two to three days you may be lucky enough to actually get the receptionist.
This suggests that patient care is secondary in this practice.
A reliable experienced front end receptionist is needed. One who can organize how to avoid full voicemail boxes.

Waste of time and energy. They triage so slow. Dr went to another walking patients who came after me. Takes 20 min per patient. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

The absolute best and smartest veterinarian you can get! Some people complain because they have to run a test. Guess what? GET HEALTH INSURANCE FOR YOUR PETS. THEY ARE NOT COVERED UNDER OHIP!
This vet is the absolute best you can get… HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
if your one of those people that didn’t bother getting health insurance your probably and didn’t want to go to the vet until it your Animal is a practically dead. That’s the kind of person who would leave a negative review.he has all equipment on site and you can’t get better!

I highly recommend Dr Doad. No Family Physician accepted new patients at that time we need a doctor But she kindly accepted us as new patients. She spends lots of time with hey patients and answers every questions you have very patiently.

Through out the pandemic she has been working by herself, dr and receptionist, because of this her timing is off. But her care and time with her patient is worth it. I've been with her for 5years.

Worst doctor in the world. Doesn’t listen to you just does whatever she wants. I dont know why or how she got a medical license, she just throws regulated medicine like amoxicillin at you, regardless of your medical condidition. Don’t come to this clinic. Is this what Canada has come to?

Dr. Doad is kind, caring and knowledgeable.
Appointments are never rushed and questions are always answered.
It is best to make an appointment if you are a patient of hers.

Awful customer service. Waited over 25 minutes to check in and eventually gave up and left. The receptionist is also the one completing people's blood work and does so even with a line of people waiting to check in. They need additional staff. The receptionist should not be the one taking blood samples.

Long wait times to get prescriptions but they are quick to diagnose the issue. Relatively effortless process if you haven't been here before.

Our Family now is being looked after by Dr. Doad and so far we are happy with her and her staff.

My visit was great! I went to the receptionist desk and she sent me straight to the waiting room. That's not always going to happen of course but anyway, she was so kind and in a good mood. The doctor was also really nice and the guy who gave me my prescriptions. Maybe they fired the rude people, give them another chance:)

I’ve never had an issue here. The secretaries are very nice! I’ve only seen Dr. Doad. She’s amazing! Caring! And patient!

I came in for a blood test and was not aware that they only take requisite forms signed by doctors in this clinic. I came a week prior (on a day when the lab was closed) and the receptionist failed to mention anything about the forms being signed by a doctor out of the clinic. I was rudely told by the receptionist that they are not a “public blood lab” as she tried to boot me out of the clinic. Okay no need to be rude. I had to wait another 40 minutes to get the same form with the clinic doctor’s signature on it even though it’s still going to be mailed to my actual family doctor. So I literally waited 40 minutes for a signature. That makes no sense. You either properly explain to patients that you don’t take requisite forms signed by others doctors (put up a sign) or let me get a blood test and stop wasting my time. A note on your website saying you only “take your patients” doesn’t mean anything to me. I assumed I was your patient since I’ve been to the clinic before. A patient who came in after me ended up seeing the doctor before me. So the receptionist cannot keep track of the 2 people who are in line to see the doctor. The doctor at the clinic gives me anxiety because she’s mixed up my prescriptions before and doesn’t instil any confidence in me that she actually knows what she’s doing. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the blood lab doctor was extremely nice and professional. I felt super comfortable during the whole process even though blood tests are my worst nightmare. I would definitely not come here for anything other than a prescription refill or blood test form. If you’ve got actual health problems see another doctor. This place ain’t it unfortunately.

Absolute worst medical centre / walk-in-clinic I have ever come across.
I'm not sure why they decided to take a kid ahead of everybody else who was waiting. The child ended up crying and screaming for the next 45 minutes while no one closed the door for the rest of us not to hear anything. People complained and started leaving 1 by 1 as the Quoted time was 30 minutes.
I'm not sure why it took 45 minutes for the child to get a flu shot.but there was a 30 minute wait after that for the next patient to go in.
At this point I've been waiting for almost 3 hours, being sick myself I left.
All I got was.sorry for that.
Don't be sorry; take patients as they come in and dont let someone else go ahead as we ARE ALL SICK and adults have to get back to the working force, so we need the medicine more.

Not recommended.i got early just before they open (9am) but i was already the second one in the line. However Dr. Didnt seem to show up at all. The first patient got upset around 9: 45am and left the clinic. I still waited to see the the doctor as i really needed to. The Dr. Showed up at 10: 15 am. I was the first patient the dr. Is seeing. When i got out there were about 15 patient waiting. Dont go there.

WORST MEDICAL CENTRE EVER! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND THE DOCTORS YAWNS DURING APPOINTMENTS. OPENING AND CLOSING TIME ARE ALWAYS RANDOM! TOWER HILL WASTED SO MUCH OF MY VALUABLE TIME, MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO TAKE NOTICE BEFORE YOU GUYS GET SHUT DOWN BY THE COMMUNITY! A LOT OF NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS FROM THE PARTICULAR CLINIC.

Unbelievable. Very rude unprofessional indian receptionist who can't even speak english right. Never ever going back to this place again. If you are looking for a friendly place with people who are respectful do not go here. Please let that receptionist go!

I use to see Dr Ricky Sheth but he has moved out and opened his own walk in clinic and Family practice on 10 John Birchall Rd, Richmond hill near Leslie and Elgin mills

Dr Sheth is an amazing knowledgeable doctor so I followed him

Went on a Saturday at 11 they were closed. Open 4 to 8 on a saturday. Went back at 4, there was a 10 person line up. Left around 4: 15 as no one opened the doors. People were still lined up. They randomly closed this saturday and all they put was a paper sign saying they were closed. They need to be more specific as people waited until 430. Unprofessional establishment.

Dr. Ajinder Doad is great. Knowledgeable, kind and I would consider her for a family doctor for me and my family. What I was not impressed by is the reception/administrative process. An employer has asked me to get a check up for a travel job within Canada and when I mentioned this I was charged a $120 fee for a "Driver's Medical Examination Form". There was no form for the Dr.to fill out and I received no documentation for the visit. The charge seemed random and was on top of my OHIP coverage and when I questioned it, I was told to pay it or to go somewhere else and not to hold up the line. There was one person behind me. I felt that this was an administrative liberty the secretary took upon herself and I felt treated rudely and abrasively when questioning the charge which definitely made my visit at the Tower Hill Medical Centre a negative experience.

Extremely rude and unprofessional secretaries who cause patients unnecessary problems. What happened to the concept of customer service? I went here once had a horrible experience, tried it again and the other secretary was even more nasty and disrespectful.

Its so unfortunate that an accredited practice with a skilled doctor has to suffer and have their reputation tarnished by secretaries who treat people with attitude as if they have some sort of superiority complex when they arnt the ones who earned the medical degree.

I absolutely recommend this clinic. I have been to this clinic several times and really appreciate the caring attitude. I love this clinic because of the nice, kind and polite staffs who are working there epecially the front desk. Tina was the receptionist the days I went. She was so helpful, caring and kind. She always gives me an estimated wait time which was accurate. Her smile makes you feel better. She is amazing! The doctor is so supportive and is a good listener. She is also extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work! Thank you!

Dr Dabidiyan is amazing, he has skills to deal with baby, also very knowledgeable. Explained my little one's condition in details which comforted me a lot. Big thanks to him and the receptionist.

Awfull awfull awfull unorgnized! Been waiting almost an hour and half and still there is people in the room waiting almost 30 min to be seen by doctor!
Plus the doctor didnt know anything she told me I have acid reflux and the next day I go to my family doctor and I realize I have a cold virus! WOW im not even sure if ive been seen by a real doctor!
