UNETHICAL. Seriously. A scam I have contacted my attorney and will be seeking justice. These people just can’t be for real. I could sit here and list out all of the lies but I’ll spare the readers their time. Please, go with another company.

So many damages. They charged a decent rate to pack up my mom's house and store her contents until she found a home. It took 2 months for them to book a time to move her contents to another province (after promoting that they were would move nationally). They had no problem automatically charging my credit card the $640 per month for storage while they found another company to move her belongings. She has been sending them photos of all the damaged furniture and has not heard anything back. Even a box with files in regards to her house sale was found damp and moldy. I heard that all the contents we stored as if they were tossed in a box. I'm frustrated for my mom and wish she was better taken care of. We're still looking for missing items as well!

Sketchy company doesn't stop spamming me. I contacted them to get a quote for a move a month ago and they don't stop spamming me. I get phone calls, voicemails, texts and emails everyday. What kind of shady company is this? I requested moving quote from many companies and none of them acted like this. Whatever you do don't give them your info, they will sell it and spam you.

They are very good at communication when it comes to booking the move but a complete disaster when it comes to the move or after.

- Late
- Broken furniture
- Broken TV
- They drag the hourly time - don't expect them to finish as promised
- They are terrible at respond once the job is done and disappear fast

Do yourself a favor and book with another company unless you want to deal with a scam

Our move went so smoothly and quiet, without any issues other than having to wait for access to the new place. Neio and Jahlani arrived on time, they were both very professional, hard working and very kind and patient. They packed and moved all of our items with care and nothing was damaged. From booking right to move day, Matt was very helpful and provided a lot of information to ensure our day was stress free! We will highly recommend Tower Moving to our family and friends. There’s guys walked around on their phones while we paid them hourly. Then they made us pay for extra hours. They threw stuff around, put boxes in the wrong rooms and just did an awful job. Will never use them again and would not recommend.

With the stresses of moving cities (Toronto to Niagara), Ryan and his teams came through for us to make our move any easy one. Working through the logistics we came across a problem in our last couple of weeks with another company who was storing some of our contents in two storage pods at their facility and did not mention they do not deliver outside of the GTA. Scrambling to find a solution, Ryan suggested we deliver the two pods to their yard warehouse location and they will have them unloaded for us and loaded on a Tower Moving truck then delivered to us in Niagara. We were so happy with the service and professionalism the two teams of movers, 1st load (Neil, Hamza, Ola, Andrew and Dan) and 2nd load (Andrew, Ola and Issac) who were all very quick and efficient. Thank you all so much!

I am so happy to be writing this review. It's not often that people move and have a great experience. Right from the get go from the online estimate to the booking and the move & final payment. Great company, Ryan in the office responded to my requests in the evening & on the weekends.the movers, Neil, Ola and crew were super friendly and very efficient. We sat back & let them do it all. They work so well together no disruptions or disagreements among them and they treated our possessions with care. Can't say enough good stuff about this crew and this moving company in general. We are a small office in central Toronto and recently moved with Tower Moving. The movers were polite, efficient and went the extra mile to take apart a difficult piece (and then reassembled it in the new space). I would highly recommend them!

Tower made the experience of moving which can be stressful go smoothly. The kitchen packers and the movers at both locations were very congenial yet professional and skilled. We had many fragile things to move and nothing was damaged. The cost was very competitive. It was an excellent experience from the first call for an estimate through the entire process. Tower Moving moved us from Oakville to Grey Highlands. They sent 6 young men and 2 trucks. The experience was really pleasant and without any complications. They were polite, efficient, and fast. They completed the move in the estimated time and my bill was exactly what my estimate was. No up charges or hidden fees! I highly recommend Tower Moving for your relocation needs.

These people are very dishonest and ruined my entire move. They showed up about 3 hours late and my condo had strict rules about booking the elevator. They said sorry but kinda shrugged like "what can ya do. We can start now though". You could only have that moving elevator for 4 hours and have to book in advance, but my booking was almost over by the time they showed up! So they left me completely abandoned and the only chance I had left was to find another company for a couple days later and now I needed another moving elevator booking. Since they had a lot of other bookings, I had to beg somebody to cancel. The date was only the day before we had to be out, no time in between. This was all because of Tower Moving and their screwing up my original moving date. I believe the bad reviews, this company lacks professionalism and tries to grab as much money as it can by touting itself as a high end moving service which it couldn't be further from. AVOID TOWER MOVING!

Outstanding experience with Tower Moving! Moved from a 1 bedroom to two bedroom in the downtown core at the end of December. The team was very professional, friendly and came fully prepared for our move. All of our stuff was handled with the best of care. They were on time for arrival, were efficient during the move and finished with time to spare from the original quote (saving us money from what I expected). Provided competitive rates/pricing with no hidden fees. The quote gives you a full and accurate breakdown. Highly recommend these guys!
