Town & Country Animal Hospital

We just got a puppy and have visited T&C twice now for vaccinations and checkups. The staff have been great and follow up with us after our visit to see how Cooper is doing. Shows they care.

We've been grateful for the wonderful care our aging cat has received from this amazing group of vets and staff.

Just loved my experience here as a first timer. My 14 year old domestic kitty had some problem nails and Dr. Adrienne, Brianna and Tatianna did such a great job with her and me I must say being a bit nervous. Open on Saturdays is so great too! I never write reviews! But this one I had too. I took my cat Jack to Town & Country for the first time to see Dr. Jessica. In all my years owning pets, she was hands down the best vet I have ever had. In a rushed crazy world, it's nice to have someone who is extremely patient, understanding, knowledgeable and truly cares about your fur-baby. She took the time to explain everything and made Jack feel very comfortable. Town & Country will definitely be my new vet moving forward. Thanks to Dr. Jessica and all the staff who work at T&C!

Crisis averted! My cat carrier broke in the parking lot as I was taking my two cats and dog in for an appointment. One cat bolted and hid under one of the cars. He's an indoor cat and has never been outside before. The staff was very quick to act and within minutes there were 5 or 6 staff members around the car with blankets and towels. They quickly corralled him into a blanket and took him safely into the vet office. I'm so grateful to the staff at Town & Country and the kind and caring response. Once we were all in the office, Dr Jessica and the vet tech (I think it was Maddie?) took great care of our pets and carefully explained all of the procedures and recommendations. It's the best vet experience I've ever had! I highly recommend Town & Country.

This is an incredible veterinary clinic that is accommodating, friendly, thorough and helpful. I have 2 dogs who have visited here for 13 & 3 years and they both look forward to their visits.

Our two dogs were spayed at the Town & Country Animal Hospital. The procedure was well explained, we were given three options. Our girls were treated very well and there was follow up the next day to see how they were doing. All the staff are very caring and concerned for the well being of their patients.

My dog, unfortunately was in her first fight at 6 years old and did not do too well. Dr. Melissa and her team were able to see her right away, clean the cut and prescribed antibiotics. She is doing great.thanks for all your help!

Town & Country Animal Hospital is by far the best Veterinary team I have ever experienced. Everyone is kindhearted, compassionate and knowledgeable; they all truly care about the well being of our pets. Information is explained in an unhurried and professional manner. Dr Pinto is amazing; my skittish male tabby was at ease with Dr Pinto’s calm demeanour and very gentle touch. She even gave him treats after his vaccination! I cannot imagine taking my pets anywhere else. I would rate you higher than 5 stars if available.

I have been a pet owner for over 20 years. This clinic is by far the best I’ve dealt with. They provide an incredible level of service that is unparalleled in my experience. If you are looking for a vet that will address the needs of both you and your pet, Town and Country is the best!

During my most recent visit to Town and Country, I felt welcome. My pets experienced thorough and caring examinations. There was follow-up as well, which I greatly appreciated. I would not take my pets anywhere else and am grateful to have access to such excellent care for my animals.

Dr Pinto is caring and always explains everything throughly. My dog recently went in for a dental cleaning. The dr called me to explain what was happening and made me feel comfortable with the whole process as I was super nervous for my dog. Highly recommend Dr Pinto

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr. Jessica was very attentive, companionate, and patient. The front staff and technicians were all super friendly, professional, and efficient. This clinic has one of the best communication processes I’ve ever seen with any business. They confirm, follow up, and follow through. You know you will not get lost in the shuffle and that you’re in good hands. I 100% recommend!

Compassion, care, consideration - Town and Country has provided my pets with outstanding service over many years. Thanks to everyone at T&C for your dedication.

So far it's been a fantastic experience. I recently started coming here due to my frustrations with previous local vet clinic. I left previous vet due to poor communication and poor customer service at front desk. Town and Country has been such a blessing with the extensive communication-exceeding my expectations. Also coming here I found that they do not order unnecessary tests and I was impressed when Dr Brian randomly chipped tarter off my cats teeth without charging me. I didn't come for this reason. My previous vet mentioned tarter issue and just said we can't do anything and sent me a highly expensive quote for another vet that could deal with it. I realize my cat may need more than what Dr Brian was able to do that day but the fact that he even did it showed me that they stand out from others. This clinic is slightly more money for regular consults but at least you are not charged for unnecessary things so that balances out.

Excellent service and care by all staff and veterinarians. Always so accommodating and answers all my questions.

We are SO HAPPY that we switched our doberman puppy to this wonderful Animal Hospital. All the staffs and the vets are very friendly and very helpful. They know what they are doing and their services are AMAZING and that does not stop at their office but they are always following up on my puppy’s appointments or always happy in assisting me in any concerns or clarification via text. This is the BEST Animal clinic you can take your pet to and you and your pet both will be extremely content with their services.

Been looking to change vets for a while. Glad I finely did! Marshall loved his visit. The appointment was onetime, and the Vet was so good with Marshall. Didn't feel pressured into any additional services like I did in other places.
