From Booking to check-out, excellent service, friendly staff.comfortable mattress and quite place to stay.we stayed for two days and it feel like to stay more at this place. Clean rooms. Good quality breakfast in morning!

Beds were uncomfortable. Heat wasn't on in the room the first night. Basic place to sleep, nothing else

Dishonest owner. Cancelled a booking, yet still charged. Avoid. Absolutely no accountability. Called again and was told there would be a follow up. Nothing. Did not phone back. As a last resort you could stay there, but I was cheated out of $100s. There are many better places to stay in Parry Sound.

Nice king size bed and fairly clean. Motel is a basic motel with no frills inside. However it is clean and comfortable. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the room. Patio with communal bbq and picnic tables and patio swing. Nice friendly staff. Works perfect for a night stopover. Earplugs thought may be helpful or close the windows. Trains start running 4am every two hours and loud (er) neighbours are easily heard. The continental breakfast is more of a bonus snack box.

Best experience we have had at a motel! Clean rooms, spacious. Nothing fancy but has everything that you need. The owner was fantastic and accommodating. Helped us with parking our boat and made sure we had our little breakfast box in the morning before we left. Won’t be staying anywhere else next time we visit!

Good beds but noisy room. Very tight for a wheelchair. Especially bothered by passing and honking trains. Room is very light, so we didn't sleep well.

Very friendly staff. The rooms are not clean. Layers of dust on the toilet paper roll dispenser, the kleenex dispenser, the blinds, and electric plugs. The sheets smelled clean but had stains. My husband took a shower and while drying off was saturated in long black hair all over his towel. The blinds are missing sections and i had to drape a sheet over them so the people from the parking lot couldn't see in.

Looks very clean but I ended up with several.bed bug bites which means the place is infested with bed bugs! Gross! Do not recommend this place at all. Not sure where the good reviews came from.

Our room was clean had recent updates done and the beds were comfortable. Owner very friendly. Great place to stop for an economical night's sleep. Would stay again

Bed bugs here!

I usually don’t post bad reviews but this time I had to, unfortunately so that people are aware. My wife and I stayed here for two nights. The room seemed clean on the exterior until we turned the sheets around to find stains on the bed. And on the the second night’s stay - my wife found a bed bug crawling on her which she somehow managed to get rid of. And the next morning, both of us had bed bug bites all over the body. When I went to the owner to complain about this, she barely understood what I was saying. And after I could finally make her understand, she said there are no bed bugs here in spite of me showing a huge bed bug bite on my face…and we just left and now we are just worried we might have got a few along to our place!

On another note, these guys advertise that they serve continental breakfast. A pack of two cookies and two muffins is all you get.

Great prices, at least for winter season. Much lower than the last time I was there. Good central location.

We stayed from December 20 to December 25. The price point was fair for a queen bedroom (69 per night) with no major frills. Room was a little dusty and there were a few questionable stains but I understand that I get what I paid for. The one issue that I had (and for me, this is a big one) is that I requested privacy and to not be bothered during our stay. Unfortunately, they did not heed our simple ask, and barged into our rooms several times for housekeeping. When I went to go complain, there was no apology or resolution. I most likely won't be coming back to this motel on my next stay in Parry Sound.

One of the best places to live in this small town.so cozy and comfy. Also the owners are sweet and helpful which makes the place worth staying

Tad run down. No plug to have bath. No light over mirror. It was only a night stay so sucked it up. Also, tad pricey for room.
