On June 10th, 2023 I took my grandson to the store to pick a toy of his choice. When we got to the counter I ask the guy if he can open the box as I wanted to ensure the items is working. He said he cannot do that and I can return the item if it does not work. (I have shop there many times and the other sales person actually open the box to show me the item works). That being said I decided to let my grandson choose a different item which was in a clear package. We proceeded to the counter to pay and the guy pretended to be doing something under the counter. I stood there for a few minutes and he did not attempt to help us. I left the store and my grandson who is 4 years old ask why we could my purchase the item he choose. I told him we will go to a store that provides good customer service. (he was upset because he like the toy he choose) We actually went to home hardware and purchase a nice toy for him. Going forward I will not support this store because of my experience today.
He lost a sale and a customer.
