Hi, I'm actually here to ask a question, Basic fun made an announcement that lps are available at toys r us in Canada, I was wondering if your store has it? So sorry for the inconvenience if not

Was looking for select items in a very large store & an employee named Sterling came & assisted me with them all! He was patient and thorough & genuinely cared to help. He also took the items to the front register. Thank you!

As one of the cusyomer experience on this location. I complained bout the same issue before as Deffinitely an employee or employees are haording rhe most desired collectibles from a set or set leaving only the bad ones for customera or collectors. Not only this lication but 2 locations i go to. Never tries ro waste to even try to ho there anymore becaise of this. Not alwats true on customers satisfaction area thats for sure.

I would say store and staff is really good but sad thing is that I stopped going to this store as I realised that one of the staff employee takes all good stuff for him and don’t put it on store for sale. I usually collect hotwheels and many a times there are some good cars and treasure hunt which people like to buy and collect, collecting hotwheels is a hobby, excitement’s and fun for collectors. If employees takes for themselves then people would loose interest so I would like to request store manager to take strict action against those employees who are doing it. I am pretty much sure that store is aware of this and they already know the employee who is doing such activities and I don’t want to take his name. Me and many of friend’s have already complained several times in past but no action was taken. I hope senior management would look into this matter. Thanks

Employee takes all the hot wheels to the back and puts them aside for himself while on the clock and doesn’t let customers purchase them instead, he just takes them all for himself and is rude when you ask him about them. Very dismissive. Older guy with beard. Customers should be able to purchase and give your store sales. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS

Last experience was disappointing to say the least I was going to cheak out & the man in front of me inquired about a current deal that he qualified for but since it was already rung through the staff refused to give him the item he was entitled to after spending over 150$ so after about 5 minutes of both of us arguing with the staff who had no idea about there department & should not be working there I put my items on the counter & said if this is what your doing imagine how you’d treat a kid on they’re special day so I won’t be making a purchase today and walked out I will not be going back to this location or recommending it

Staff are all super nice. The store is super clean and organized. Sometimes they even have a giraffe character walking around playing with the kids which is super cute. Prices are a little high. Sometimes I can find the stuff at Walmart or Amazon cheaper. But over all great location. Great selection. Great job team!

It's a nice store, however didn't have pokemon cards.my girlfriend was not impressed: (

They have alot of other things tho great for Christmas shopping or birthdays

The prices of the toys are not attractive same as mrp and Amazon.and the arrangement of a single set of toys is at different locations.

A lot of toys for all ages from 0 to 99+ years, also a big maternity section and kids-oriented books, good prices.

Please stock more of the hotwheels everytime i go there its the same cars or the pegs are empty.

It's a typical toysrus. Nothing outstanding one way or another. If it's video games you are after though, you should likely look elsewhere.

Amazing customer service! One time my friend and I came and we didn't have enough money for a water gun but almost so the cashier took what we had and we got the product!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED my experience at BabiesRus had Great help from babies Associate named Claudia she helped me find everything i need and more always positive i am also 8 months pregnant so instead of having me follow her getting my items she asked if i would like to have a seat and asked which items i was looking for and came and interacted with me as she found the items. Also i am in Love with the new FOOTIES and the new brand you carry 1000 Stars keep up the good work

Nice store but a little messy. It feels like walmart after black friday - ransacked by little kids. Overall good place but just the messiness ruined the feeling.

Excellent online/curb side pickup, have shopped here several times recently and was such a smooth process

The staff were very friendly and helpful in their advice for a toy I was purchasing for my cousin's young children.

I realize that today is the last day before Christmas that people can go in store to make purchases due to the lcokdown but after being on hold for over 20 mins just to ask a question someone answered only to put me on hold again and forget me. So much for customer service. This was the Dufferin mall location.

Shelly did a great job of helping my wife and I find the right products and ensuring that we had excellent service. It was really helpful as we have so many other things to worry about with the new baby that this was a God send.

SHADY STAFF taking Product off the shelves for themselves before customers have a chance to see/purchase it.

If you're coming here to find some unique and hard to find collectible toys, don't bother. If it's rare or can be sold for more than retail on secondary markets, some staff will take the items for themselves and you will never know it ever arrived there (unless you do a SKN/UPC check).

Complaining about this to TRU head office is of no effect. Most of the staff are great. It's the one or two who are taking advantage of their position that makes this location one to be avoided!

Sadly, I use to also come in regularly to buy toys to spoil my nieces and nephews. I'm taking all my business (which use to be with this location) elsewhere!

I’ve shopped at this location a couple times and each time going there I get wonderful service. The staff is extremely attentive and willing to help. So far I’ve never been disappointed.

Awesome service. An employee named Owen went above and beyond to not only help me find my request but also ended up finding a price match for me that saved me $40! Would definitely recommend

So glad that Toys R Us didn't get closed down, especially here! I used to come here with my mom 29 years ago and now I bring my 3 sons here. I got all my baby stuff here. The prices are good and the quality is awesome. The staffs are very helpful. So glad you guys stayed!

This Toys R Us is probably the one with the least amount of stock out of all of the ones in the GTA. They rarely fill their shelves up and restock can take weeks upon months. Compared to the Dufferin and Victoria Park locations this one is the most bare.

The employees however at this location are much more friendly. They don't mind helping out and even checking the back for more stock. Cashing out at this location is also a breeze. They actually have cashiers on duty and they aren't huddled at customer service chatting it up with each other.

Although there's no parking and it's out of the way, I enjoy coming to this TRU location.

I come here every time i need to by a gift for my nephews. The staff are friendly and amazing, and are always glad to help pick me out a gift. Most recently I came to get a birthday gift for one of my nephews, they had a vast amount of different gift ideas to select from. They had a nice batman mask that talks with a batman's voice. The gift was perfect, and the nephew loved it.

Went to the dufferin mall toys r us cuz I needed a stroller travel system. And was blown away at the amazing service there. The person that helped me was Maria I think she was a manager she was amazing she was so knowledgeable with all the travel system. She helped me and my boyfriend find the perfect stroller. She found one that fit our life style and budget. Definitely recommend future parents that need any baby items or strollers or if u just want to test out the strollers ahead of time come to the toys r us location there service there is spectacular.

Nice local place to find some last minute gifts for kids. Fully stocked with the kind of stuff they'd want.

Today i was there with my kids. Great experience. Alot of new stuff. Staff is very friendly with kids.

One of the worst Toys r Us in toronto.its a mess in there and the employees do not know what they are talking about.try to avoid this location in specific as best as you can

2nd time we went to this store and the staff are amazing (not all though) but I do like the Assistant Manager Shelly, she is nice and very approachable. She's very helpful too. We will go back there again and buy more stuff of my baby's needs

My advice:
Avoid this place!
Ignore the advice of its stuffs, although they are not helpful!

I wanted to bye "Little Tikes - 4-in-1 Trike" because it was on sale.the stuff gave me the wrong advice and I had to go there another day! At the end, I couldn't buy the color that I wanted (pink)!
After these, I found that Amazon already has it in the same price (free shipping!) without saying there is a discount on it!

Bad customer service. Put me on hold for like 10 minutes just to transfer me to another representative who wasn't briefed about what I was looking for.

Was here for my little nephews birthday gift and I have to say if you are looking for presents or toys, this is definitely the spot to go! They have a vast amount of things to select from, I was specifically looking for Pepe pig and then had a nice little section of that product. Had a nice chat with the employees as well, I asked why these operations are discontinued, she kindly replied it was only for the states. I have to rate it 4 stars for the price though, other than that it’s amazing!

Really big store, it was very disorganized when we came, but maybe it’s coz of Hollidays. Customer service takes for ever.

Sure it is a little pricey but i can't show up to another family christmas empty handed.the staff are extremely helpful in helping you find the perfect gifts to ensure you regain the respect of your siblings who have all married and had kids while you spent yet another year working a dead end job.love this place!

If you have to return or exchange a product. There customer service is lacking and they take forever.

Great selection and prices. Large baby selection with everything from bottles to strollers. Nice service and friendly staff.
