Went to Toys R Us with my son and granddaughter. We got the most AMAZING service. Sheila was wonderful, kind and helpful. Aiden was FANTASTIC! Helpful, positive and made our experience so wonderful. A huge thank you to everyone who assisted us. We will definitely be back soon! Awesome

This place is packed! Lots of toys on sale and it has toys from toddlers to the big boys! Clean washroom and easily accessible from the main entrance. Amazing cashiers!

The family and I were looking for a nose declogger for our little guy. While looking for a nose solution we came across these portable high chairs. Too many to choose from and not sure which one would suit our needs. We were rescued by Catriona who work in the kids section at this time. Super friendly and knowledgeable. She shared a customer story about this particular model who runs a daycare she loves and swears by it. How can you argue with that. We thanked Catriona and went on our way. This Toy's R us has always had a great selection of toys and baby products such as (clothes, cribs, car seats, sheets, soaps lotions, even breast pumps got momma). This was one of our main stores getting things for our little guy. Toys R Us you have any amazing employee named Catriona. We need more Catrionas in this world. Thanks again guys for a great shopping experience.

Super great time at toys r us, the staff is amazing there. They let me play with legos for so long i forgot i wasn't a legoman myself. Also bought a paw patrol toy and it was too cool. Also played with some trains and it made me sad to think about all the lonely trains in the world. Also behind the toys r us i found some crack and i smoked it and it made me feel so good after i was sad about the trains.

I lost my baby and I saw a giant hex bug consume it.first it mauled its head open until it split into 2.second it discombobulated and consumed it, just like my wife.third, it called me slurs.

5 star experience, do recommend.

It doesn't feel set up for fun and playing. You can buy babies books though like ' woke baby' that teaches them about unions and how to be be a good little socialist. Or 'A is for activist' for babies to be indoctrinated politically from the youngest possible age. They should have a play area with toys unboxed so you can get a sense of what young kids might want. Alas it's a place to sell plastic things that make money is the overall atmosphere. Staff are very pleasant though. Can't fault the staff.just the lack of imagination from the head office. I doubt they'd be selling baby books like ' baby conservative '

I love Toys R Us. I always have. The staff are always fun to talk with, and helpful when needed.
Prices are a bit higher than needed on some things, on others it's a good deal. Just depends what you're looking for.

Just bought a brand new game for my 6 year old
2 days ago, my daughter has a hard time playing it wants a different game

THE PERSON AT THE FRONT DESK WHEN SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY SAID I COULD RETURN IF IT WASNT WHAT SHE WANTED JUST KEEP A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT.

apparently they dont take returns with 72 of purchase due to the fact that they have no way to see if it works BS.in there returns and exchanges policy it states that if it is in a resaleable condition.some conditions may apply. I guess some conditions are whatever they want no wonder big box stores are becoming useless and shutting down.

This Toys R Us is well stocked and clean. They have a public washroom. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Who puts out toys with a price then says I can't sell this yet? Pretty nasty thing to do to children.

Lost my gift card balance due to a billing address issue, told 7 days for them to fix the issue.

Customer service at the Belleville store is amazing! Tracey is above and beyond, other team members I've dealt with during my holiday shopping were exceptional. Some price points were awesome which brought me to the store but the staff made my experience so much more!
(Online shopping at toys r us site was horrible experience.money in and out of my account, products not shipped, no reply to my emails.terrible experience. Belleville store staff saved this customer for your company)

I called for my toy and they made me wait until they answered some one else's call and I called first and when they hung up on the other customer they didn't care that I called

I am absolutely disgusted with the staff of this store. I cannot believe a human could be so dusturbing and revolting, let alone a manager of a children's toy store. My friend went to purchase a Nintendo Switch for his son's birthday. He was using price match from a Walmart price. Everything seemed good, the cashier said she would honor it, then took a phone call. Upon returning she refused to honor the price check. He then asked to speak to a manager. Tammy the manager came out and rudely asked what did he want. He explained that the cashier wouldn't honor the price check because Walmart no longer had a Switch in stock. He explained that when he got there that there was a switch in stock and if the cashier hadn't left it would have been a non issue. Tammy rudely said they would not honor the price check and he told her that it was a present for his autistic son. She snapped, "what does that have to do with this". Then proceeded to say more negative comments that were utterly shocking before kicking him out of the store. I cannot describe the utter boiling rage that this makes me feel towards this employee. I will never step into another Toy's r us.
