TP Tea (Midland)

The girl at cash didn’t tell me my drink didn’t come with tapioca or ask if I wanted toppings added in. When I realized, I asked if I could pay for tapioca and they told me they already finished making my drink when they didn’t even pour it into the cup yet. They could’ve just put the tapioca in another cup and I would’ve just added it in myself. Terrible customer service.

Owner was kind enough to give us a sample for the new ice cream menu, but I've been going here for weeks now prior. Goes to show they care about their customer base.

The mango pomelo sago with tea jelly is always great here. Prices are a bit higher than other bbt places but taste is great.

Always get the 3Q TP Milk Tea as it has all the toppings I enjoy (maybe can do without 1). The tearistas were closing up so it took a while for our drinks to be made. Be warned: prices are extremely high for bubble tea compared to other shops in the plaza. 2 large drinks were close to $20 after tax!

While delicious, this has got to be one of the most expensive bubbletea places I have been to.

The Mango and Pomelo Sago Tea was good. On the sweet side even with a reduced sugar level. The quantity came out to about just under 2 1/2 cups. And for a drink costing $9.25 + tax, I was shocked!

They were kind and let me use the washroom so in truth I felt obligated to buy something.

I can't say I wouldnt go here again. It was a rather delicious tea and their quality of bubbletea is top notch. I can see why it's a little pricey. I would be interested in trying their green tea foam cheese bubbletea and possibly others.

Personally my favorite bubble tea because of their Pearl Milk tea has a strong eta flavor which is usually very light and artificial taste in other bubble tea places.

I got a couple drinks. Staff was cordial and the drinks were consistent to what I expect from TP tea. I got the tp tea, less sweet with coffee jelly. They nailed it.

Many options for drinks. Definitely too sweet and too much ice if you don't request for less sugar and light ice

We love this team so much. They are super friendly and professional with the way they treat the customers, which make us to come to this location anytime we think about bubble tea. Cheer and merry Christmas to all. See you very soon team?

Disappointed that they closed 10 minutes before scheduled closing time today. Stores like this have to stop misleading customers with their hours (including keeping the open sign on when they in fact are not).

Employee does not even know the differences between the sugar levels. I ordered a drink with 30% sugar and got a drink with "less sugar" instead which is 70%; I double checked with the cashier who took the order and she confirmed that it is 30% sugar. But I tried it and it was definitely 70%; it was terribly sweet compared to the same drink I've had from the other locations.

I am a big fan of TP Tea! I love mango pomelo and A1. I come to this location if I am in the area. It was my third or fourth visit today. I wanted to take the advantage of their October promo, 2 or more drinks QQ jelly topping for free.

As usual I ordered my two fav drinks. Cashier refused to add QQ jelly on A1 he said it already had 3 toppings. Okay? What if I enjoy more toppings? ! Your promo did not specify a drink with 3 toppings does not qualify. Whatever, I didn’t bother. Both drinks I ordered 30% sugar, unfortunately they tasted like regular sugar to me. I am a regular to TP Tea I know what 30% sugar should taste like.

If you want to run promotions do it more sincerely or simply just don’t offer it.

I will try other bbt in the same plaza as there are so many other choices. This location isn’t the best.

I like TP Tea's 3Q TP Milk Tea, which has QQ noodles, coffee jelly, and pearls; sometimes, they run out of the QQ noodles, and it's just not the same without it! I personally like 50% sugar so it's not too sweet. Unfortunately, it only comes in the L size. This location wasn't too busy today (also likely because the plaza is full of other different bubble tea options), so service was efficient and the drink was made well. Parking is ample, though the lot gets busy with the various other eateries and bbtea joints.

Got the Mango Pomelo. Couldn't get a smaller size which was a bummer since we ate at a hotpot place nearby. Lots of jelly more than what I expected but felt it over powered the taste of the drink overall.

Love the drinks offered here. Flavours of the drink are good and not artificial tasting, great tea flavour. My only gripe is that some drinks aren’t that customizable. I would give a higher rating but there seems to be some quality control issues at this location. Some of my drinks didn’t come out like they should’ve.

As with the other TP Tea locations, they're great with providing friendly service and high quality drinks as top priorities.

Recently, they've been doing different combinations of their signature "pink salt cheese crema" drinks and they're pretty comparable to the mulberry one (which continues to be my favourite). Just be mindful that the strawberry one picture for example, is noticeably sweeter even at 0% sugar.

As well, parking in this plaza can often be a nightmare during busy hours, so plan ahead accordingly!

Very good customer service! My experience was lovely, your employees were very kind and seemed hard-working. I received my order very quickly, and the deals in this place are also cherish-able. I would go there again. The tea is pretty good. I'd give it above a 4 if I could, but not just a 5. Keep up the good work!

Honestly when I need a my bubble tea fix, TP Tea is the only place I go to. The Grapefruit Aloe Drink is a so so so good! Service is always quick and fantastic!

Ordered the Honey Lemon with Aloe & Agar with no changes to original drink. It was pretty good and tasted like real tea. Some places you feel like your drinking straight sugar. Will def come back.

We asked for a taro drink and since they were out we decided to go to another place that had it available, but on the way out they started laughing about something (assuming it's about us) and when we turned around they poker faced and tried to play it off like nothing happened.

The TP milk tea was really good! Make sure to mention that you want toppings in it because it doesn't come with any.

My top favourite bubble tea in the GTA. The quality of their teas and toppings are always fresh. I love how they use sugar cane for sweetening whereas the rest of other bubble tea stores in the gta use white sugars. Staff are very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable with their products.

Definitely a must visit

Quick service and all the specialty teas are fresh and delicious. Can taste the actual fruit flavour and bits instead of just sugar

My cousin has been raving bubble tea franchise that opened in the GTA this year! Check their IG as the last week of June will be a good special.

I came one week early to try out their boba as I was in the area. You can definitely taste the tea flavour and it’s expertly blended well with the milk. Expect it to not be cheap as it’s a premium product compared to other BBT shops.

A 30 minutes wait here is still faster than lining up at cha time jokes aside the workers here were great and the drinks were great. Will be back often

Soft opening was supper busy, but the drinks are still tasty! Love the cheese cream and strong tea falvour! Definitely will go again and try the other drinks!

One of the bbt chains with a stronger tea flavour in their drinks, a nice change from other franchises that have gotten watery. Staff are nice and working out the kinks during the soft opening. Will be back again.

First day of soft opening, super busy already. Got a chance to try their 3Q TP Tea, tastes ready good, love the strong tea flavor and a lot of toppings.

Great bubble tea shop. The staff is very friendly and the drinks taste great. I love their Pink salt Cheese Crema strawberry tea, it’s so good!

This new location is a nice addition to the midland plaza, great selection drinks with some high quality ingredients. Their 3 topping milk tea is unique because of the coffee jelly, i recommend it

This is one of the better bubble tea places. There’s a massive selection and right now there’s special mango and strawberry milk tea drinks exclusive to this location of TP. Definitely recommended.

During a time where most tea shops are starting to water down their milk tea, TP tea was a refreshing experience. Definitely try out their TP milk tea. It has a strong tea flavor and an amazing buttery finish!
