I have been working with this location of TPH for many years in regards to event marketing material. I have used them for a variety of requests for large scale events where we needed specialized materials for 400+ or signage for an onsite event.

Working with many vendors in the corporate world, Mark and his team all ways deliver with services and a friendly approach. This is why I have used them as I have moved in my career within various companies.

I was having issues printing documents earlier and was running out of time and stopped by TPH to ask for any assistance. Adam was so kind and resolved the issue immediately. Thanks again!

I usually get prints online but I found Toronto Printing House while walking somewhere and they’re much more affordable than where I was getting prints from. They’re equally fast as I needed to drop off prints urgently for a show and they gave me the prints the next day itself.

Outstanding service! The word lifesaver comes to mind. Did a signage/banner/name tag order for a global conference I was managing and they pulled it together in record time.

One of the best experiences in terms of people and punctuality.
Went to print 5 research posters. Corey was our point of contact and explained everything in details, shower samples of the printouts, and expected deadlines based on when the material was sent. And as said the delivery of corefoam posters were on time.

+1 for the wrapping especially the corner brackets (in the picture). The posters held well on a 3 hour car ride and the print quality was phenomenal.

They wouldn’t print three pages upon walk in via email. Go to Staples for public; for lawyers, the Great Library.

Unfortunately, when we go to Hamish and his team it's usually in the eleventh hour and we still demand the same expectations in quality and service. Not once have we ever been disappointed.

In addition, Hamish and his stellar team compliment our designers work in every way. They know their stuff and have been a tremendous help to our organization through-and-through.

Don't be afraid to bounce ideas off TPH - they have a great arsenal of innovative tricks and tips to help you succeed.

TPH provided me with timely and high-quality service, printing my poster in less than 24-hours and verifying that it met my request beforehand. Lucas was extremely responsive, kind, and accommodating- I would definitely recommend this service!

This is the worst place for students! If you done something a bit wrong, they gonna call their “designer”, that lady will put your work in “her hour”, it costs 100 bucks. And she said “this is why she paid for going to graphic design school! ” to me. And she also humiliated me about how come I don’t know such easy thing as a student.

I printed 2 A2 sized black and white on regular paper, and was charged with $20 dollars by the front desk lady over email. When I went to check out in person why it's so expansive, the front desk lady left the office at 5pm (even though the closing time is 6pm), and I realized she didn't bother to tell me about the minimum service charge of $15 when I first ordered. The nice worker at the back apologized for the negligence and promised it would be refunded when the front desk lady come to work the next day. However, when I went in the next day morning to ask, the front desk lady said there's no refund b/c it's already printed (even though when I ordered she told it it would not be ready until mid-day next day), and that since it was written on the website, she was not responsible for telling her customer there was a minimum charge. So I rechecked the website, in case I missed something. There's NO MENTIONING OF MINIMUM PRINTING PRICE on your entire website, either it's in really invisible corner or it's just not there.

This is my first trial of printing architectural drawings in Toronto, as I was looking for a place to work with regularly for my firm. Way to go to lose a regular customer. Terrible customer care and dishonest. This print shop seem to have many locations. Is there really a need for you to misinform new customer to get any business you can, even if it's only $20, and when being followed up on, essentially lie to cover up the negligence on customer care?

I'm usually late with deadlines and Eliza is able to turn around excellent material. Need help with design and print? TPH at 505 is the way to go.the team is always willing to go above and beyone. Will not go elsewhere!
