Customer service is great here! I was here to print a return label. Since they only do $15 minimum services, Ryan printed the label for free. He also helped package and tape my box up. Will be back for their other services!

This place has been along the path of multiple campaigns in my career as an entrepreneur, marketer, art fan & music show booker. Great people, perfect timing, great prints on quality paper and overall great vibe.

Out the the gate: the staff here is wonderful, kind, and exactly who you want to work with. On top of that: the service was super speedy and the set-up they have is incredibly safe for the times we're in. Could not recommend them any higher.

Kevin and his team are truly second to none. I have worked with them for years and can't image using another printer! They do a beautiful job, are fantastic at communication, turn things around quickly, are very fair with their pricing, and are lovely people to work with. I emailed the team at 4PM the day before enquiring about printing some maps to hang on the wall and I picked them up (contactless) at midday the next day! Super happy with the quality and the service, I'm never disappointed when I use TPH!

Excellent customer service! Prompt, friendly and have always accommodated my last minute requests when I am in a bind. I travel often and know when I am in Toronto for business or convention activity, I have used TPH several times over the years and they have always come through. Highly recommend!

First time customer and could not be happier with the service I received. I just needed a handful of art prints but I got first class treatment. They give me a couple of extras copies and the manager also gave me a free sample printed on textured paper as he thought it would suit the piece. Definitely above and beyond.

Kevin at the TPH on York Street is amazing! I was desperately looking for somewhere to print very important documents since my own printer is broken and I did not want to email the documents to the concierge in my building due to privacy concerns. Kevin went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute request, while maintaining confidentiality and he did it all with good cheer, professionalism and a smile. Highly recommended!

I had forgotten to keep my resume for an interview. Thankfully I came across The Printing House at PwC tower. Not only did they help me get a print out in no time but also didn't charge me a penny since I was running late. Loved their staff and service.

TPH is always at the top of their game. The company is family run and their employees are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I use them on a regular and have been happy with their work everytime.

Total disappointment.

Their website clearly state that they can help to print documents in a rush with no minimum quantity. But turns out it required me wait for an hour at first and there's minimum $15 charge for just a few pages.

Not recommended for anyone who needs to print in a rush.

The friendliest staff of any store in Toronto! High quality and fast. Going above and beyond to help. Very happy with the experience.
