So grateful a friend recommended TPH to me! I needed an ID badge for a last minute Halloween costume and was struggling to find any place that could print it on time but when I called this TPH location they immediately were like, “Yup, no problem, we can do that. ” And it was way cheaper than any of the other options I tried looking into! Also it was ready like an hour after I ordered it— so fast. All around excellent experience and would highly recommend.

Great responsiveness. I called a few printing places in the area prior to visiting TPH. TPH responded and provided great guidance making me want to come and check them out. And luckily I did. My design was completed the same day, and next day in the morning the project was sent to print. I picked up my order the same day! I was very pleasantly surprised. Great quality, design and service! This place made me feel like customer service is antiquated and draconian. Useless employees that initiated zero, offered less than and felt like I was pulling teeth with the absolute, most basic, task. Couldn't offer a price and I felt incredibly unwelcome.

I have been using this branch for all of my printing needs for the past 18 years and have never been dissatisfied. Pavel and the entire team have always been professional, courteous and very accommodating with my last-minute requests.their prices are extremely competitive, and their work is exceptional. I have suggested them to many friends and colleagues and have only received raving reviews.

I ordered custom Christmas cards online on Friday morning and they were ready by Friday evening. Customer service was very quick to reply to my questions via email. The quality of the cards were amazing - I couldn't be happier. Overall, great experience - I'll be using them again soon!
