Just visited the TPH next to College station and was thrilled with their service! I urgently needed a form printed and the TPH staff were so considerate that they printed it for me for free, only asking for a donation instead. Their service was quick and awesome. Highly recommend this TPH location!

II wish I can give them 1M stars!
I went in to print a legal document, and when I asked about the price their answer was: it’s free! Since not many people use that paper size, yet I can give a donation instead, I honestly thought it’s a trick, how can anything be free in Toronto!? !? !?
But guess what, that was not all, I asked for an envelope (finding a way to pay them) and they gave me the envelope for FREE!
That made my day, and of course I made a donation, because I could not believe how nice the owners/ employees are!
Thank you for making a difference in people’s life.

They are an amazing team, I went to print my resume and I guess it was the owner who gave me three free copies of my resume, he was always similitud and very kind person.

From quick responses to helpful assistance, Joe has been an absolute gem to work with. I placed two orders in December and Joe took the time to go over any questions and adjustments I had with a high-level of professionalism, patience and went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased with the final results!

Robbie and crew are the best! Stayed late on a Friday to help me print everything my boss needed the next day and could not have been more patient and helpful. Quality printing as well. Thank you guys!

I had to do a project for my grandson’s birthday, went to TPH college park and spoke to Joe, what an amazing professional, caring and thorough person. My experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend them and especially Joe.

Joe did a great job on custom notepads for my kitchen. I love the pen hole in the upper corner!

Special thank you and shout out to Joe! Our office had to print 3 copies of a 235-page book (spirally bound). We initially asked for a quote and got a response the same day. There was a delay on the approval of the quote on our part, but Joe was persistent but gentle in reminding us about it. He also made sure that the books were delivered within the initial deadline that we have proposed. The books were approved, printed, bound and delivered on the same day. Lightning fast service! Everything was smoothly and professionally handled through online communications. Highly recommended branch!

I went to them to have documents printed for clients and was advised that if it was under $15 they wouldn't provide a receipt. So as I needed to be reimbursed I couldn't get the documents printed. This is a very poor business practice, they obviously don't care about either their patrons or for getting any business.
You'd think that especially in these difficult (covid) times they would be more helpful and understanding. What's the big deal about writing or -PRINTING a receipt! He was just sitting there, it seemed like he wasn't doing anything.

My response to your response is:

I did have this explained to me beforehand, however I think it is VERY POOR business practice to only supply a receipt for $15 and above and also ONLY accepting cash for any service costing less than $15 (especially in Covid times).
I have never come across this practice before and it is certainly not helpful to customers. It seems to me that it would only serve to turn people off from doing business with you. I will never do business with this company again and have told others about this as well. Very shortsighted of the management of TPH!

I came here in a hurry not having printing facilities at home but needing to print out some documents for work and Frank was a huuuuge help with getting me what I needed in a short amount of time. Such a life saver!

Frank was amazing and helped me out in a crunch with scanning, enlargement and printing up family photos for a Christmas present.my dad passed this year so i wanted to surprise my mom with some old photos from their wedding day and from the 70s. With the lock down i couldn't find a photo place to do the enlargements. Thanks for saving Christmas Frank!

Honestly, the best TPH in the area. Frank is really amazing and kind and SO accomodating. This place is convienent and they always do their best to ensure you leave happy and satisfied. Thank you so much, Frank. You made this tasks on my list of things for this move so much easier and I am SO appreciative!

Hi, I would highly recommend going there. Frank was such a great assistance at the store, I had needed a few more documents for Service Ontario right across from the store and as soon as I had asked for his assistance, he did not shy away and was very quick to help. He printed for me about 50 pages if not more, and was keen on helping me get my documents correct. I have used their service several times now, and each time a representative had assisted they did not disappoint! 5 stars overall with the experience, did not give me a wait time for paper print and was very hands on each time! I used to live in the area, not anymore but whenever I needed to print something and was heading downtown, I would stop there just to get papers needed!

The behavior and attitude of the owner was really unprofessional. I sent him the documents and though he was overcharging, it was fine. I needed a document urgently and he asked me for cash. For which, I asked around and could not get it. That's why I said I will come back and then order. I NEVER asked him to print until I come back. So, when I was leaving he rudely said - " for sure you are coming back" and tore the documents with arrogance. NOT A GOOD PRACTICE, mate! Also, learn some empathy and customer service.

I highly recommend going there. I sent an email to Frank from home regarding all the documents I needed to be printed, My documents were ready in few minutes. Frank is very professional and was such a great assistance at the store.

One of the employees there was very rude to me. I didn’t see their email at first, then I came closer to the front desk and asked the employee. Somehow he thought I was trying to came into the shop, so he first closed the glass door on my side, then he answered me rudely.

This location right across Service Ontario takes advantage of the fact that people who need documents printed will pay money for the convenience. They charged us $5 service charge for printing 4 black and white pages. I'd rather they say we don't print that few documents than charge so high. And worst of all, they asked for cash only and don't give a receipt which is very deceitful. So untraced money right in their pockets right across a government office. The audacity - just wow! What a difference with Reprodux in North York where the owner was super kind and helpful - charged us for per page printing AND even offered us color for the price of black and white AND provided a receipt. Learnt our lesson and will prepare ahead and give my business elsewhere.

I really commend Frank for his fantastic service! I appreciate his personable demeanor, not to mention him helping me out last minute! I recommend using this Printing House location.

I have used this printing house twice. First time the employee would helped me was rude towards me but the job was done completely and satisfactory. I went to use them a second time and had my partner email them what I wanted done. Recieved a confirmation number and no phone call or email about it not being able to be done. I had a feeling (due to the customer service of the last time) that we should call and make sure that the job was going to be completed in time. Basically we were told "I have no idea what you're talking about" and when given a confirmation number was told "we don't print pictures" even though I had had it done there previously. When my partner pressed a little further we were told to take them elsewhere as it would be easier and cheaper. Not thrilled, but okay. Then we recieve an email from the manager that they had printed them and we were a no show so they will no longer print for us. Terrible customer service, horrible communication

Waited 15 minutes while the 2 men working there discussed in the background without attempting to talk to me at the counter. Oh and its 5$ to print one page! Masks were also off by one of the men working there. Not sure they could so much worse.

I needed to print 8 pages of a standard document printing for Service Ontario, they directed me to the place. I asked them guy at the location about that prices and process. I was told to email them the document. He told me the cost would be $5 but cannot give me a receipt. If I needed a receipt I would be charged $15. I am appalled that this business can do things like this and get away with it. As a consumer I have the right to ask for a receipt as proof of purchase but then to be told that I was have to pay for that receipt is rediculous and should be against the law. I will be reporting this business to the BBB.

The worst service ever! I did a research on their website and I didn't understand, went there then asked 2 questions and I got these answers "whatever is on the website is that" so rude and unprofessional, so I shouldn't have a question because they don't wanna work, If you don't wanna work stay home, you are not working for free, you guys should respect costumers.

I will definitely be back again. This is the best printing shop in the city. Frank went above and beyond to make sure that everything I asked for was prepared as stated. Timely, professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend this specific location.

I just wanna print one copy and the service charge is like crazy. It’s 5 dollars for a single page. Anyway, would never come back to this place anymore.

I had custom die-cut vinyl stickers made here. Frank at the branch was very kind as to give a fast quote on the phone, as well as quickly turning around the prints. Very happy with them and will be getting more custom work done here!
