I have dealt with TPH Spadina/Adelaide many times to help my company execute several client campaigns and events, and they have always done a fantastic job! The customer service and quality of product is always top notch, and they have been super flexible and responsive, helping us even on tight turnarounds and short deadlines (special shoutout to Vito and Mikaela). I had a great experience at The Printing House. I wanted to print a few pictures as posters. I got very good advice on sizing (as the files were not great quality) and the team was very patient in guiding me through and intent on giving me good value. I believe the order was ready within a day. I highly recommend their services.

I've used this TPH location for the past 2+ years for professional and personal print jobs. I can count on them for amazing quality, and meeting before or on deadlines. Always happy to provide their expertise if I need templates or a paper recommendations for a print job. I love that they can do some unique print options like gold foil, but if they don't have something at their TPH branch they can seamlessly still get it done for me.

Conveniently located in the Path, this is my go to spot for quality prints for a lot of our campaigns. They have earned my Trust & Respect.

You'd be hard-pressed to find another business or branch that offers exceptional service from Mikaela as well as other staff here. Been coming here for a few years for my personalized business cards and I can say the level of consistency is appreciated & hard to find these days

Minimum 15 dollar charge and seemed to be missing some of the documents I asked to be printed. Not a good result.

We regularly use this branch at our office - the service is always outstanding and at lightening speed! I can have a quote and delivery within 48hours, sometimes less. Truly awesome.

I've sent lots of orders here, and even though they're small, they usually turn them around as fast as I need them.

The only gripe I've ever had is that they try to charge to PDF services like combining files (this is about the chain as a whole, not this particular branch). You think I don't know that you just have to click a couple times in Bluebeam or Acrobat? And the bill mentions "scanning for viruses" in the file handling fee for a PDF, as if the public is technologically illiterate. It's not 1995.

Great service. Turned my soft cover textbook to a wire bind with transparent covers in less than 30 min. Total cost $5 plus tax. That’s amazing service and price. I’ve also used their printing services in the past. Always great.

Fantastic service and quality of products at this location. I had a project that I needed printed. I initially brought it to another company to do for me, but the quality was so horrible and the product was terrible I almost abandoned the project completely. I brought it to Vito at TPH and he immediately quelled my fears and worked with me to get the initial file up to snuff before the project would be completed. The end result was fantastic; the quality of the paper and printing was top notch, and you would be hard pressed to find better quality at any other location. This was the best outcome I could have hoped for, and Vito was fantastic in helping me. Highly recommended!

They did a good job with the printing itself, but the staff are remarkably unfriendly and unhelpful.

I went there to a get a thin fabric cut that can be done with scissors, He wanted to charge me $20 He looked at the material he said to me it's at you own risk the cutter could damage the material.
Not even sorry. I went to s fabric store on Queen street West. This place did it for $ 15 with scissors only and did a great job. Don't bother going to that place for fabric there are totally useless.

I never rated with 1 star, but this is the worst printing experience I ever had, besides the 5$ min charge, the worst part is the staff, they do not make ID or drive license photocopies and when I asked for any advice the short hair blonde woman literally said: just print it yourself. If I had a printer at my home why I would be here.
I won’t come back.
