It was a typical and uneventful day that I was having today. I had reached out to a few printing places and they spent more time telling me why they could not take care of my small task, than trying to accommodate me. One firm went as far as giving me two other competitors that would be more than happy to look after me. As I purchased my lunch at a familiar spot, I took a moment and called The Printing House on the west side, just north of Eglington. I just needed two 11"x17" colour notices printed. An amazing lady by the name of Joyce looked after my small task and sent me on my way in less than five minutes. To my pleasure, not only did she give me what I needed, she refused payment. Many thanks on so many different levels. Amazing that there are still individuals out there that go that extra step and leave you feeling quite special.

Went in to replace the spine on my textbook to a coil. Added 16 dividers at the chapters. Wasn't the same size as the text book. But they lined everything up beautifully. Didnt take too much off the spine, and all in all did a wonderful job. I left with a huge smile on my face very happy with the work they did!
