Incredible! Absolutely customer experience, I called up asking if they could make 200 flyers for me same day service and within 3 hours we had them in our hands, they look great too!

This is location is fantastic! Andrew and his team saved the day for our small business and helped us get last-minute posters and card prints. We had a lot of places turn us away but TPH went above and beyond to help us get what we needed and we're super grateful. Can't recommend this location enough. Superb customer service and friendly staff to help meet you needs.

Super happy with some prints I had made here for Christmas time. It was pretty last minute leading up to Christmas but they got them done in 2 days! I was very impressed and the prints were fantastic quality as well.

Quick turnaround! I placed the order on Thursday and received my personalized product by Monday morning, shipping to a different province too. Scott and Steve were responsive.

I had a fairly last minute client request that needed to be fulfilled and Francisco and his team went above and beyond to make it happen. They were quick to respond, create a sample piece, and fulfill the full order all within the same week. I have been using TPH for my business for a few months now, and I'm SO happy with their service. Steve is always very helpful in ensuring my orders get done as quick as possible (often same day!) and the quality is great! I highly recommend using TPH for your personal and small business needs!

Not sure how I can even give 1 star when I called in about a single 11x17 print out to ask for turnaround time and pricing and was directed to submit my printout via email. Having waited all day with no response, I called in to only be told to go to another TPH for my printout. The slap in the face was I got a response a day later and was told my single colour 11x17 printout would be $15 and was given some excuse that their 'printers' are special quality and require 'more' whatever to provide a single print out. Here is their response "$15 is our minimum charge for any order. Our printers here are different than other branches and incur much more material waste in set up to print anything. " Obviously not customer or price friendly and totally wasted my day in trying to get a single printout. I would Only recommend the Evan locations (Sebastian is a star) as I guess a consumer type business is not for this TPH.
