Always very helpful and friendly when calling the store. They were able to provide a solution for a print that I could not get anywhere else. And once I approved the work, it was done within 1 working day. I would highly recommend.

On the one hand, only giving four stars because there was a bit of a screw up (quite minor) with my business cards.
However, also giving four stars because of how they handled it. Had them reprinted within hours, were apologetic, didn't make excuses and couldn't have been nicer or more professional.
I believe it was Mark I dealt with there and loved his attitude and interest in me, my company and the job at hand. This is how you get repeat customers.

TPH staff members were welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful in preparing my order for production. Proofs were sent within a few hours followed by the surprise completion of an excellent job well before what was promised. A great team producing a great product!

I got roughly 30 hats from lululemon embroidered here. The experience was spectacular. Every place downtown quoted at least 2 weeks for the job and were generally apathetic. TPH greeted me and showed me around everything, and worked closely with me to ensure the best result possible, offering samples and revisions.would absolutely recommend.

Mark & Tome are fantastic. We made an appointment with them to get all the details laid out on some apparel & team uniforms that they are making. They took their time with us & made sure that every little detail down to the smallest measurement was what we wanted. I had a custom poster order that I submitted online at noon. I received my posters the following day. They were absolutely fantastic.

Great help with the design of some custom baseball cards. The quality of the print after was fantastic. The support and response was top notch, answering all my questions and even accommodating any last minute requests.

TPH in Leaside is awesome! The process is so seamless, it's fast, and always correct. MUCH BETTER than Staples where I used to go. It's quite a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for, and I'm happy to pay more for better quality and service. I don't have to go there physically to explain how to print it, they get it right away. Thank you TPH in Leaside!

Today, I went out of my way to this print shop because of their good online reviews. When I entered, there is a receptionist desk and I asked her for their rates. She said that there is a minimum charge of $20 + tax + $5 service fees per order. On her desk there was a large sign that read minimum charge per order is $15 + tax. I pointed to the sign (right between me and her) and asked why the discrepancy? She replied “This price was from 3 years ago; it has raised since then”. I said “so you kept the wrong sign for 3 years on your desk? ”. She rolled her eyes and said “Ok. I can give you $5 discount if you want”. That’s when I just left that place. How can I trust them after this conversation? I do not appreciate being lied to so blatantly. They should realize that highly likely those people who go there for printing needs, they can read signs. So don’t try to inflate your prices as if people are dumb and blind.

This location turned around brand guides for my team ahead of schedule and under budget. I look forward to working with them again soon!

I stopped looking for a reliable printer once I found The Printing House. The quality of print, the speed of even small jobs, their help in cleaning up files, and reasonable costs, will keep me as a loyal client!

This TPH location has just been a life saver. Extremely quick turnaround, saved me many times when I needed brochures, post cards or other materials printed days before an event. Everything always comes professional and they're willing to discuss ideas and solutions. I can always rely on the Printing House for print needs, which is one less thing I have to worry about! Plus, the option to login to a portal and pay invoices is very convenient!

My personal background is in print production, business development and administration with FedEx Kinko's/Grand and Toy (St. Joseph's) among other commercial/personal print entities in Toronto over 15 years.

It is truly refreshing to once again have confidence in a print shop as I have with Anita Li and the staff at TPH 100 Vanderhoof Av. I look forward to working with them for all my personal and professional print needs in the future.
