I took almost two weeks to get business cards back from another well-known printer and I was not happy for them. I decided to have TPH print them. I took in the design for the card on a USB key, The young lady that served me was very polite and helpful. She later phoned me because she had detected a problem with the back of the card. She then corrected it and when I phone back to find out if the change would move the logo off center on the back of the card, she told me that she had already corrected for that. Got the cards back in one business day and they look great. Very happy with the service and friendliness of the staff.

I have been working with The Printing House at Kennedy Commons over the past 2+ years, and they are nothing short of amazing. Lisette, Brent and the production team are quick to answer phone calls and emails, accommodating last minute orders, and producing the best quality cards, art prints, welcome signs and more. My client tried asking a quote and whoever manages their email was extremely unprofessional and rude, John or something, didn't know asking simple questions weren't allowed, people already know there're extra setup fees which is why they are asking for what is required for files, overpriced and overrated, you're better off with a smaller print shop, I'd give negative stars if possible.

Had a fantastic experience at TPH printing all of the stationary I needed for my wedding, including invites, menus, table numbers and the welcome sign/seating chart. John was a pleasure to work with, even when I had last minute printing jobs that came up. He was professional, efficient, and responded right away with our proofs and quotes. Most of the time, the printing was done the same day! The foamcore welcome sign had a small dent when we received it. When we brought it up to John, they reprinted it again without hesitation.
