I had the pleasure of Jim doing my business cards and he was fantastic. He even took the time to alter my logo and made it that much more better.

The staff was very nice but the print I got was very dull and the colours weren't as nice as expected. I probably would avoid this place in the future.

If you're in need of a reliable and efficient printing service in Nepean, look no further than The Printing House. I had an early morning meeting and needed some slide decks printed ASAP, and Charles, the manager, was there to assist me as soon as they opened.
Charles greeted me warmly and immediately asked if I needed any help. He was able to print eight colour copies of each slide deck in just 15 minutes, which was incredibly impressive. The price was reasonable, and the quality of the work was excellent.
As someone who was visiting from out of town, I was having a hard time finding a good printing service in the neighborhood, but The Printing House exceeded my expectations. Their level of professionalism and customer service was exceptional.
I wouldn't hesitate to come back to The Printing House in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs printing services in Nepean. They truly provide a level of service that is hard to find these days.

I recently had the pleasure of working with The Printing House as we prepared for our annual conference for our organization, and I have to say, they exceeded all of my expectations! From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to work with.
The quality of their products, from our annual reports to our menus, stickers and signage, was exceptional. Each item was professionally printed, with attention to detail, making our materials stand out.
But what really impressed me was their customer service. The team at The Printing House was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction. They printed a lot of materials for us, and there was just one mistake made on a set of business cards. As soon as I notified Charles of the error, he immediately fixed it, without any hassle. The replacement product was ready for pickup in less than an hour! I always know I have found a good business when I see how they handle their mistakes. TPH is a good business!
Our event was taking place in Vancouver, and they worked with us to have some materials printed at their Vancouver location, to make shipping and delivery to our venue easier for us. They printed a prototype of our Annual Report for us in Ottawa, so that we could flip through it and see it and make sure it was what we wanted, and then had the rest printed in Vancouver. The finished product was waiting for us when we arrived at the hotel!
I would highly recommend The Printing House to anyone looking for high-quality printing services with excellent customer support. Thank you, TPH, for helping to make our AGM a huge success! We look forward to continuing to work with you!
