Tracey and Sammi were so helpful in the design, costing, and printing stages of our t-shirts. As part of an in-class activity for a Leadership class at Laurier, students designed t-shirts and gathered quotes, all within a very small time frame. We were so grateful to have Tracey and Sammi's support live over the phone as students asked questions and tried different design options to stay within our set budget. Printing was fast, and most importantly, our t-shirts were beautiful! Highly recommend!

Constant rotation of staff over the 2 years we regrettably worked with Traces which lead to a constant broken telephone of communication from the owner to the staff, leading to insurmountable mistakes and fix-ups on their end, which easily could have been avoided had the owner been trained & trained her staff properly. Their printing work got progressively worse and worse with little to no care of outcome. We were arguably Traces largest customer. Her hot-headedness response will most likely debate this- but the two years we dropped off parcels bi-weekly, there were never any other customer work being printed. In fact, on nearly every occasion we were told our stuff would go to print ASAP because there was no other work. Unbelievably unprofessional owner who cannot take responsibility for her mistakes, as she blames it on her staff, the fabrics, the garment makeup, ink providers, etc.

Our last batch had over 300+ units destroyed simply because they did not pay attention. We easily had over 1,000 ruined garments in the span we worked with Traces. When they did replace them, they ordered the wrong garments and refused to correct this mistake. Cracked ink, pooling, stucco-like thickness, fibers in the ink (fibrillation & static issues that we tried to tell her about, falling on stubborn deaf ears). We have lost far too much time and money working with this company that should not have been in business for 36 minutes, let alone 36 years. Truly a travesty.

You may be asking why do they have so many 5 star reviews then? It's because if you give the company a 5 star review then you're entered into a draw for free printing. Do you think she'll pick us after this? Shady business practices here, absolutely awful owner to deal with. Truly the wicked witch of the West.

The staff on the other hand, are helpful and a pleasure to work with, but even the staff have difficulty dealing with the owner. Their words, not ours.

The main print they couldn't get right was a 1 colour/2 location, the very absolute basic print of screen printing. We printed this exact same design with them for years. The quality and the attitude just got worse. Covid truly exposed how much Traces cares about their clientele. As one of the small ones that fortunately made it through this pandemic, we take our work very seriously and the quality of our prints have to reflect that.

Don't confuse anger with passion, as this is our main source of income to put food on our plate at the end of the day. All we asked for was consistent quality and as you can see by the attached photos, there was never any consistency whatsoever. Keep this in mind if you decide to print multiple batches with this company. Compare your old prints to your new prints and if you're not satisfied, RETURN IT.

There are dozens of actual good quality printers out there, as we have many loyal relationships with them. This was our mistake for focusing on proximity instead of quality. Yes, their prices are the lowest in the market. But so is the outcome.

If you have a small business you want to succeed, avoid at all costs. Cheers!

Traces is my go-to company for years for my screen printing of my take home bags for my puppy people. Excellent quality and service and quick turnaround. They are professional and easy to work with and always provide suggestions that hit the mark. I recommend this company to anyone who needs screen printing done.

Great service and great people! Was looking to get some merch for our team and Traces was really quick to reply and walk us through the whole process. Turnaround time was 10 days, but they had it all done way before that. Loved working with them, we're definitely going back, highly recommended!

My wife and I reached out to Traces because have two boys (4 & 7) that will be wearing masks in school this year so we wanted to see if we could get names printed on the masks. We weren't sure if it was even possible to print on them as we have a very long last name and the masks are tiny. Tracy was great at giving us recommendations for font and colour options that will stand out and be legible on all of the different masks. The turnaround time was only a few days and the masks turned out perfect! The boys think they look super cool and the print is nice and soft on their faces. Overall we are very happy with Traces and recommend for any screen printing needs:)

This place knows customer service! Even if you're not getting a product from them, they'll still treat you with kindness and explain everything as best as they can.

I reached out for a single t-shirt order to be completed on the same day, and although they could not complete it for me (more because of the style of print they do), they actually helped me find other printing companies in the area that could, as well as provided a ton of advice.

By service alone, I know I'll try my best to run any business I have through Traces. Quality service is hard to find, but not here.

This is my fifth year at Wilfrid Laurier University and I have probably done about a dozen orders at Traces within that period for various promotional purposes, most recently this week. The staff is great at communicating with clients in a timely manner, making it a quick and relatively painless process. It seems that they have a new system for billing and estimates, which fixed the only complaint I had about them a few years ago (I found that there used to be some "surprise costs", but haven't had that happen since 2017 and it's almost 2020!). I have designed all of these myself, so I can't speak to how the design process is there. However, sending the designs and describing where I want them has always turned out exactly what I wanted.

Despite what some other reviews say, I find the value for the amount paid quite reasonable. I've gotten personalized jackets for about $65 per person and crewnecks for about $30 per person this year, both of which is less than what I would typically pay at the mall for something without personalization. The quality of their embroidery is superb and they take extra time to communicate with me if they have questions about my order, which I really appreciate! What really sets them apart, in my opinion, is the service. They really want to get it right and I have always found that they really care about students and what we're doing in the community. There's a reason I keep coming back, and I will again if I do another order in the future!

Maja was incredibly kind and even sent me little reminders during the process of picking shirts, sending artwork etc. I'm a small business and had limited knowledge about what goes into buying and screening and they helped me every step of the way. A bonus is that they are the cheapest in the area and the shirts were ready in two days? ! When I have to place another order, I'll definitely go back to Traces. I have never ordered spirit wear for a group before and Traces guided me through the entire process and made it easy! The staff are all friendly, helpful and accommodating.
