I recently had a fantastic experience here, the only place that handles warranty repairs for my pre-owned Herman Miller Aeron. My chair needed a repair, and I was honestly dreading the process, but to my surprise, it was quick and painless. Everyone was incredibly understanding and efficient, ensuring my chair was fixed in no time, I was also recommended a great headrest and I can't wait to try it out!

I had an amazing experience! Thank you so much to Kevin for all the help choosing a chair. I ended up getting Leap 2, which I'm very happy with, and it looks pretty much brand new as well.

If you are looking for quality chairs/tables/office furniture or the like - please try and check out this store. You will be more than happy to make this trip as this is just the right place to pick up such furniture items.

I should start this review with 'Once Upon a Time. ' as our first purchase goes back almost/more than a year in time.
My husband and I were in need of Herman Miller Aeron Chairs a year ago to set up for WFH, and this was the only store we could find that had them available, after a lot of search around the area that we lived in. We travelled in almost 3-4buses/trains, spending close to 4hrs one-way to get to this place and it was definitely worth the trip.
Edward is such a kind-hearted human being. He guided us to spend time browsing through the chairs at our own pace, gave a demo of the many functions of the chair we came for, answered our questions and we left happy and excited with two beautifully maintained Aeron Chairs.

And a year later, well, we had no other choice than to go back to get the headrest, because the Chairs though amazing in themselves, did feel incomplete without the headrest (even Edward knew we would come back for them for sure and we did too). And this time around we got a chance to meet Kevin, another delightful person to meet at this store!
We got the two headrests to go with the Aeron Chairs and just the right ottoman that we had been looking for a long time.
Edward and Kevin both exhibit excellent salesmanship (I sincerely hope I got the names correct and cheers to you both for being so amazing).

Bought a used Leap v2 a few months ago for my home office. Its an excellent chair. Started have some issues with the cylinder, I brought it in and he replaced the cylinder for free as I’m in the 3 year warranty period.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get what I wanted with a lot of help and would definitely recommend to anyone! The chair I bought was very clean and fully functional and I'm really excited to put it to use!

My experience with Track Office Furniture was fantastic. My partner spoke to Ian (the owner) over the phone and he was really nice. When I went in person, Ed, helped us select the perfect work chair for us. The office was inviting and we were able to try out each chair at our own pace. Ed patiently showed us how to configure each chair exactly how we wanted it. He's a cool dude who really knows how to set his clients up for success.

Purchased refurb leap v2 last week.
New herman miller and steelcase chair prices are quite high, so decided to give used/refurb a try.
Service was great, you can try different chairs, and guys there are very friendly and knowledgeable about chairs.
Chair looked pretty fresh just from the looks.

However, since the usage over last week, became a pro on the chair with trying to fix it.
After getting home, wiped it clean with lysol wipes, seat was clean, but wiped back cushion, the wipe turned brown. Assuming back cushion was not cleaned.

Issues. First noticed lot of squeaking on leaning back. Living a bit far away from store location and with store hours overlapping work hours, decided ill try to fix it before taking it in. Watched BTOD youtube on how to fix it, and followed the steps by taking seat off and putting lube on the areas and squeaking was resolved.

Then noticed chair is sinking slowly, 1cm a day. At first I thought it was just a coincidence as height adjustment is working fine, but has continued to sink roughly 1cm daily for the last week having to adjust height daily. Today watched BTOD youtube video on fixing sinking leap v2, took the seat off to adjust cylinder tightness. I'll have to wait and see for couple of days if this fixes the issue.

While trying to fix the issues, noticed few things. Lot of rust in covered areas. Pictures attached. Chair is from 2011, roughly 12 years old. There were spider web like residue behind plastic cover under the seat, I was panicking that it might be mold or spiderweb, but after trying to clean it, it seems like its either glue or melted plastic residue. This is all around under the seat, above where the foam and white plastic cover is in the picture. Touching it, it is sticky all around white plastic base, so assuming it is some type of glue used in the refurb process, but still unsure what this is. Refurb process doesn't seem to be that great other than new fabric cover.

I am not sure if I am expecting too much from refurb, but having paid 600+tax is not cheap. If things have to be fixed from the first day and have doubts that the chair is going to last few years, I don't think its worth it. 3 year warranty, but if it breaks after that mark, cost is 600/3=200/year+tax, cost on new one with 12 year warranty 1700/12=142/year+tax. Rather pay extra and just buy a new chair worry free.
NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS, too bad I am stuck. Make your decisions wisely.

We were in the Markham area looking to find a chair for wfh.
After visiting some other stores, we gave Track Office a call after hours and asked for a particular chair. Ed said, why don't we swing by a try some chairs.

Would highly recommend going in person and trying out some chairs. You don't really know how it feels until you physically test it out. Track Office has a lot of chairs in their inventory, which isn't the case with some other places we visited.

We spent a good 30 mins with Ed, who was so knowledgeable and patient with us. We ultimately decided on the Haworth Fern for $800 and couldn't be any happier.

Also had our eye on the Herman Miller Embody which we will be considering for a second office chair!

They have a good selection of well restored second hand chairs at a reasonable price. Much better to buy a high quality second-hand chair than a low quality new one. I had a problem with the steelcase leap chair (sinking height) I had bought there 3 years ago from them, and they were so kind to replace the cylinder for free! 5-star service

Edward is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and gave us a detailed explanation of all the features of the chairs. Also made sure we had all the time to properly sit and try out different chairs. No pressure, relaxed environment. We bought two Steelcase leaps. Their inventory is very impressive! I will definitely come back for future furniture and servicing needs.

I tried Steelcase Leap V2 for a few days now.
Coming from Ikea Markus, this was night and day difference.
I no longer have back and neck pain.
Very happy with my purchase.
Since they have all the chairs available for viewing, you can pick out the best one for yourself.
Even if you don't buy from here, investing in a nice chair is worth it if you WFH.

This is my first time writing comment. After the whole experience there, I told myself I have to let everybody knows how good was it! Staff were all very friendly, very knowledgeable, and they were not pushy at all. They were super patience in explaining all the different office chairs that best fits your body shape. They did such a fantastic job to help you find the right one. Customer service is top-notch to be honest.

I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a good deal on any office equipment even to educate yourself with some office chair fun facts.

I never would have thought that spending a Saturday shopping for an office chair could be so fun - me and my friend went in and spent like 3 hours there trying every chair and laughing the entire time because Eddie and the staff are so great to be around. They're all wildly knowledgeable about chairs and ergonomics and this is like the one place where you can try every top end chair you're considering in one sitting (pun absolutely intended). We drove an hour to try this place out and would legitimately go back just to hang out. Truthfully, I will never go anywhere else for furniture; the staff here are the best, it's a fun experience, they know everything there is to know and are trustworthy, and they have the best of the best in terms of items and quality.oh, and everything is like half price compared to buying new. 10/10. Walked in as a customer. I had to personally greet the staff and before I even continued I was we are sold. Peacefully I walked out of the store to my as I am approaching to my car the staff member asked me if I want to come in. This is very unprofessional and the behaviour was not acceptable.

Purchased an office chair about four years ago. It has held up extremely well and I continue to love it. It was a gdsend during the pandemic as I needed it daily from which to teach my students remotely from home. It is so easy on my back which I injured a few years ago. Congrats to the staff for doing such an amazing job and keep up the excellent work.

Bought a used Aeron (manufactured in 2006) here a year ago. Gas cylinder was worn out yesterday. I brought it back and had it replaced free of charge within 10 minutes under the 3 year warranty at Track office furniture. Good job guys

It's very difficult to find a single store in the GTA that offers the selection on used/refurbished office chairs that Track does. I was able to test out nearly all of my top choices here and I was given options on upholestry. The owner (can't remember his name) is upfront with you and allows you to spend as much time as you need testing each chair. They also have a massive selection of just about any type of office furniture you could imagine, I'll be back!

Got the Herman Miller Aeron today and couldn't be happier. I was able to select from several chairs in pristine condition and also got the new hard rubber casters for hardwood floor! Everything is properly oiled and functional. Price was unbelievable for what I got! Eddy knows his stuff! Highly recommended!

Picked up a refurbished Leap chair from here today and it's in like new condition for a reasonable price. Eddy is a solid and knowledgeable guy to deal with and his shop is brilliant. If you already know what you are looking for going in, then this is a good place to buy an office chair. They have a decent selection and fair pricing. Otherwise I would recommend going elsewhere.

Other than showing the basics of how the chair works, it is up to you to find the chair you want which can be intimidating without knowing much going in. When I bought my chair I felt rushed like they wanted me to make my purchase and leave. Because of this I didn’t really spend much time with the chair and purchased an Aeron size C, which after further research I realized was far too big for me. I did not know much about the sizes at the time, and they didn’t help nor tell me about the size guide provided by Herman Miller. It was only after I used it for a few days when I realized I was not sitting on it right. They don’t allow returns or exchanges, and because of this they don’t really offer any assistance or advice in the purchase decision. They tell you whatever feels most comfortable to you, but in my experience what is comfortable for a few minutes in the store is much different after a full working day. They refused to exchange my chair for a size B, even after I offered at a 50% restocking fee and told me to sell it on Kijiji. I understand it is their policy, but I do find it weird for a business that purchases used chairs to have a zero return/exchange policy even if there was a restocking fee.

I ended up going to a different store, where they gladly accepted my size C for credit towards a B. It was such a different experience, where one of the first things when I walked into this store they told me I was a size B. They were much more helpful in making me feel comfortable and happy with my purchase as well.

I had a great experience here. The staff were friendly and had a good variety of quality office chairs for discounted prices. I would shop here again if I need another office chair in future. Thanks!:)

Eddy is the man! My chair is still holding strong at 6 months after purchase. Had a great buying experience and never once felt like I was being upselled. Am telling everyone I know about this place.

As someone with severe anxiety, buying used products can be pretty scary. Luckily, Track’s chairs are backed by a 3-year warranty. This gives me the needed peace of mind since if anything goes wrong, I know they’ll be more than willing to make things right.

Eddy did not fail to surprise me with his consistent rudeness and disrespect. That was some really, really bad customer service.

But it seems like he HATES his job and HATES talking with customers and trying to help them, constantly responding in such rude ways, I was so shocked.so if you book an appointment, trust me on this, ask for whoever is NOT Eddy. I walked out with a great deal on an Aeron chair and was even given a tutorial on the features & adjustments among other customers.

They have multiple model and sizes to try out in the showroom, and their chairs are professionally refurbished to be visibly free of any cosmetic damage.

I bought steelcase leap V2. It looks and feels brand new and for the last 3 days i am using it. No issues. It is comfortable a lot more than other brand chairs of the same price. Its perfect highly recommended.

Anyway, I don’t understand what the rap is all about with the poor reviews.
Eddy has shown us on multiple occasions his customer service skills that puts most Starbucks baristas to shame. And let’s get real, people, the man is literally there to sell you a chair, so the bar shouldn’t be that high to begin with ‍️. But if you’re up for a conversation, he’s extremely personable and easy to get along with.

And could you ask for a better price on their Herman Millers? Most, if not, all the chairs look brand new. And this on top of their three year warranty. My girlfriend had an issue with the arm rest slipping under her arm’s weight and they told us to bring it in and fixed it — no questions asked.

The way they treated us as new and recurring customers, their confidence in their refurbished chairs and probably the most competitive prices convinced me to look nowhere else because I knew exactly what I wanted, and knew exactly where to go.

Unlike some other office furniture stores the prices of all their chairs are very clearly labelled both on their website and in person so you know what you're getting into. Prices are fair and selection is great.

Eddy sat down with us to guide us through the chair adjustments and I really appreciate how he chats with you about chairs/ergonomics in general to put you at ease while trying out the chair before moving to another customer or the back office. This completely removes the awkwardness that is usually felt when trying out office furniture and allows you to focus on how you feel in the chair.

Got myself a Steelcase Leap v2 chair from Track Office Furniture and the stall staff were super helpful, the prices were fantastic, all chairs come with a 3 year warranty (with the exception of arm rests) and I couldn't be any happier.

I used this same chair in my office job for years so I know what I was getting into, and I will send have happily recommend (ed) the place to many friends and family. Don't waste your money buying some cheap office chair or some gaming chair, invest in a proper task chair and you will not be disappointed.

I never do this but I just got off the phone with a sales rep from your team (maybe even the business owner) at 2: 20pm on Monday June 7th and I have to say he was very rude to me.

I have been in sales for over a decade as well as owning multiple businesses and I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such poor communication sales skills. Especially from the selling side when its a B2C transaction, I don't think I've ever seen a sales person push a potential buyer away like I witnessed today.

I called in and when the sales rep picked up he answered with a grunt and not even a “hello” or “how are you doing” back. Then I politely asked him if he has any Herman Miller chairs at the location and then he immediately went on a 3-4 mins rant about how you can’t call in and ask if a shop has any Herman Miller chairs, that’s like calling into a car dealership and asking if they have any Lexus cars available.

I am fine with that analogy but the way he responded it felt like he belittled me over the phone and it was quite concerning. The way he said it was very rude. Almost like he was angry at the fact I even asked the question in the first place, without more knowledge on the subject.

I explained to the sales rep, you are the one working at this office supplies shop. You’re the one with the knowledge base on these products, you can’t expect the average consumer to have the same knowledge on the products as you do.

He somewhat agreed but still fought back his point that my original question was a dumb one essentially.

After that I immediately told him politely I’ll do some more research and get back to you. Which I will not be doing. I was just so shocked at the sales skills displayed, that I could no longer hold a conversation with that individual.

I wouldn’t usually send an email or write a review about this but being a business owner myself I know how hard it is to monitor employees at all times. So if it wasn’t the business owner I was talking to on the phone then I’m just giving a fair warning to help get your business more sales in the future because you definitely lost a sale today.

Visited the showroom on May 4th, 2021 after setting up an appointment with Eddy. He appeared to have many different brands and styles in stock. I had already decided on a pair of Herman Miller Aerons. Both chairs show no visible wear despite being used. Eddy gave me a walkthrough of the functionality to ensure I understood what I was buying. While the chairs are expensive they are significantly less expensive than factory new. The prices offered in store were consistent with their advertising. I would recommend for anyone looking for high quality task chairs at reasonable prices.

Please be sure to call ahead a book an appointment during covid - while Eddy and crew were trying to accommodate walk-ins it was obviously causing a disturbance in their workflow.the showroom is packed with furniture and there is very little space for multiple patrons.

It was very easy to book an appointment to check out their showroom and I was able to schedule something outside of their regular business hours. Eddy was 100% transparent with me and answered any questions I had. He was very kind and even helped me fit the chair in my car.

Bought 2 steelcase leap v2 chairs from Track Office Furniture towards the end of 2020 and they were great to work with. They were the most reasonably priced Leap chairs we could find and in great condition with new fabric and padding.

We had an issue with one of the chair seats being loose and the team took it in and fixed it on the spot under their warranty with no questions asked. Would recommend!

Fast and easy meetup. Decided that I wanted an Aeron last year when covid just started, been a year since I had the chair, and it's still going on strong. Good and fast service. There are other chairs that are there for trying out too if you are not sure of which one you want. The prices are also good.

As a 5'1 petite female, it's been a struggle to find a reasonably priced ergonomic chair. I was eyeing Herman Miller chairs but couldn't justify the $1K+ price tag. Luckily, I found Track Office Furniture's website and gave them a call. They told me I had to come into the store to try and buy, so I booked an appointment for the next week at 6pm.

I got great customer service from Eddy who was not pushy and encouraged me to try different chairs until I found something I liked among the MANY options. There are no labels so do your research so you can tell the different chairs apart. Eddy was patient with my questions and even stayed past closing due to a few customers all checking out at 6: 30pm. He also carried and loaded it in my car, going the extra mile.

Be aware of the no-refund policy, 100% upfront payment by cash, debit, or Visa/Mastercard, and warranty included with purchase. My pre-owned black Sayl chair came out to $425+HST and 1-year warranty, and that is the best price on the market. I would definitely recommend Track to anyone looking for high-end chairs at low prices!

As a professional photographer I spend many, many hours at my computer in the “Photoshop Cave” and this chair is a game changer. I am so grateful for Eddy at Track Office Furniture. Walking into the showroom at my allotted appointment time, I thought I knew exactly what office chair I wanted to go home with. I'm so glad I was able to sit in the chair to figure out it actually didn't meet my needs. Hearing my concerns, Eddy offered 3-4 alternatives to correct for the problem I was experiencing. Appreciating my budget constraints, his suggestions were all appropriate. Eddy was patient, understanding and took the time to show me how to operate each chair and then gave me the time to think it through. At the end, I came home with a perfect-for-me chair in good condition that fits my small work space at home. To be able to buy a quality, high-end chair at a fraction of the cost is a lifesaver for me and my cranky back.

Really great service, was willing to answer any questions I had. Only downside is the chair I purchased is from 2007, but when I asked the salesman he said that it likely wasnt old because the style of the chair in question was released recently. Not sure which one is true, the manufacture date on the bottom of the chair, or the salesman - oh well. The chair has been flawless so far. Will update review in 6 months or so. So far the cushion feels great, all the mechanisms work flawlessly and the chair has no creaks. They also give a 3 year warranty on the chairs. Recommended.

I stopped by Track office furniture earlier this week (Monday) to check out their pre-owned standing desk. Eddy was extremely helpful, he took the time to help me with the measurements knowing that there are full of people waiting for him by the chair dept. I told Eddy that I need to take the measurement home and confirm that it will be a good fit in the room that I plan to put the desk in. Fast forward, I called the office on Tuesday to let them know I wanted the desk, and the individual on the phone requested I come in on Wednesday, as Eddy the sales rep was out of office. I went back Wednesday, and the original sales rep was not in but another individual helped me out. Let’s just say I was infuriated as Ian quoted me a completely different price, much higher than what was quoted on Monday by Eddy. I Mentioned to him that perhaps, he can confirm with the Eddy whom I dealt with on Monday and he was outright yelling and suggesting that I’m making up the price on the spot? I mean really? This guy was outright rude and insulting! Had he simply said nicely that there might have been mis-communication instead of being insulting and accusing me of making up the price, I would have been happy to pay whatever the price he quoted. But, it just didn’t feel right to support a business that does not treat people with respect and dignity! Anyways, it is what it is! I should’ve read the reviews before checking this place out.

Employees were knowledgeable and helpful in explaining how the chair adjustments worked. Good prices too, used office chairs in good condition that cost around half of what they cost brand new.

I purchased a chair a few years ago and was happy about my purchase. Recently the gas cylinder went out of order. My husband brought the chair to the store and the gas cylinder was replaced right away. Great after sale service. My opinion is that the chairs offered in the store are a very good deal and have good warranty.

I called the main line to confirm a chair I wanted was available and perhaps to put it on hold. It's difficult to lose such a high intent customer on an inbound phone call, but unfortunately you did it. I was 5 words in when the sales guy interrupted me, asking me to hurry up. He then interrupted me twice more when I tried again, and made a snide remark about how there are 4,000 chairs and I'd have to be more specific if I wanted to buy one of them (I had the make and model ready, if only he had let me finish my sentence). This is the first time I've had an interaction like this with a sales person. He could have asked me to hold, to leave a call back number, or if I could call back in a few minutes. Sorry Track Office Furniture – I have no time for rude businesses.

Simple: rude service by the guy on the phone. Judging by the other reviews, I'm not the only one who thinks so.

I just wanted simple information before dropping $750 on one of your products. There's no need to insult me.

Called to check about Aeron. The person answering the phone is very rude and not interested in explaining or giving any information. If this is the same guy we need to deal with in person while buying the chair and for future warranty, I would rather go somewhere else.

Eddy is incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. Track carries a great variety of new and used furniture. I'm sure I'll be back again at some point.

Purchased my first real office chair today - a HM Aeron due to working from home because of COVID. Wide selection of chairs to try out including Leap v2 and HM Embody which I was also considering. When the store quietened down, Eddy was very patient and provided a demo/tutorial of all the features of the Aeron. Happy with the purchase and service!

Person handling the phone calls has absolutelty 0 customer service etiquette and skills. His tone from the get go is that he doesnt want to talk to you.

I would 10/10 recommend. Eddy was fantastic, took the time to explain the different types of chairs, set them all up for me and explained some of the differences. He encouraged me to sit as long as I wanted in the chair to make sure it was the right one. When they didn't have what I wanted in stock (headrest) he ordered it for me and was fantastic at keeping we in the know about what was going on. Next time I need a chair (which hopefully wont be for a long time!) I will be going back for sure. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks Eddy!

Very unprofessional and not accommodating. Was told to come in to purchase a chair we spoke about on the phone. After driving an hour to get there I walk in and see the salesman selling my chair to someone else.

While they do have a good selection of chairs for reasonable prices, their customer service via phone was some of the worst I have ever received. The person on the phone was snappy and rude and seemed completely uninterested in actually making a sale. If you're looking to do business over the phone or get a chair delivered, I would look elsewhere.

I bought a refurbished Leap V2 chair a few months ago and I got excellent service from Eddy who was very knowledgeable and patient as I tried out the chair. I've been very happy with this ergonomic chair, as it cleared up the neck and shoulder issues I was having with a regular chair. Several of my co-workers have also had positive experiences with Track. It says a lot that they back up their chairs with 3 year warranty.

I was also interested in the less common Sayl chair for my son. Eddy believed he had one in his large warehouse and we walked around at least 10 minutes looking for it. This small gesture sums up their commitment to customer service.

If you go here for anything pre-owned, you should check the item for signs of wear & tear.

On their ad it states that "We first steam clean the seat and back with a professional grade steam cleaner" for refurbished models. I asked if they did the same with the other original models. The person I spoke with said they do.

Upon further inspection at home, the chair did not appear to be steam cleaned, and behind the seat and back cushions there was an inordinate amount of dirt and dust from the previous user (s).

While most of the casters were dirty, I also found one caster unable to spin because of a ball of hair wound around between the wheels.

The chair itself (Steelcase Leap) is a solid chair and there are no mechanical faults with the chair, only slight cosmetic faults (other than the caster which doesn't roll due to the hairball).

Due to their no return policy, I'm now stuck with a chair that needs to be reupholstered to remove the odd smell lingering in the cushions, completely and entirely disassembled to clean the crevices and remove rust, and requires new casters.

I appreciate the offer to clean and replace the casters, however I've already done so myself. Thank you though.

Excellent buying experience. Came in looking for a Aeron chair and Eddy was extremely helpful. He walked me through everything, showed me other options and answered all of my questions. Left with a much better chair thanks to Eddy.

Went over to buy a home office chair. Great service, they took the time to explain the entire function of the chair and how to adjust it. Great selection as well.

Awful, rude customer service. I talked to a guy on the phone asking about the Embody chair. This guy starts telling me that they don't change the uphostry, which is very easy to do on this chair, and that they dont change the casters. Okey fine. He tells me the chairs are two years old and there is no need to do that. I ask him what the exact manufacture date is, he tells me that he cant give out that kind of information. Just starts going off about how there is lots of demand for these chairs, starts giving me inflated inaccurate price estimates for competitors, and how he has lots of experience selling these, and if I don't want it I should try somewhere else.

If he is that rude to a person whose money he doesnt have, can you imagine what its like when you deal with them looking for warranty coverage? I would say stay away from these people. Also since they do absolutely nothing to these, and judging by the other reviews, they seldom even clean them - save yourself 200 - 300 dollars and just buy used on Kijiji. Stay away.

Edit: the guy replied saying that they don’t give out information about manufacturer date because some people think the chairs are under warranty. What a dishonest thing to say. I wanted to know how old the chair is because these chairs have a certain life expectancy, and a chair from 2004 is not the same as a chair from 2016. These people are just salesmen looking to withhold information from you and convince you to buy one of their old products so they can make a bigger profit. I am never coming here and I’m telling my friends to stay away.

Called to inquire about stock and had the displeasure of talking to the most cynical salesperson ever. Reading some of the reviews here now, I see this is not unusual.

From the very beginning, the guy I spoke to managed to wip up a nasty reply to every question I had, refused to tell me about the condition of any products by going on a long rant on how I would never trust him because he is a salesman (!). Finally (as another reviewer also experienced) he told me to NOT buy anything from him. When I proceeded to give him a piece of my mind he hanged up on my face. Pathetic.

Great products and friendly service. What more could you ask. Working from home I needed some comfy chairs. They have a great selection and prices are reasonable.

Would give a lower rating if possible. I visited the store a few times just to see what would suit me best for an ergonomic office chair. Was quoted $1,000 on Thursday, showed up on Friday cash in hand to be quoted $1,200 for the exact same chair.

How does a chair go up in price by $200 overnight? Their excuses were the Trump taxes and shipping costs.

To quote Trump "it's abzurd, " left with a horrible impression of the company and definitely would not visit again.

Edit: On Friday when I spoke to the original salesperson, I had been dealing with, he had stated that the price of the chair had gone up to $1125, but would not hold to that price. He would later consult his partner and told me he couldn't budge from 1200.

So I understand the reviews about bad customer service, one salesperson is a lot easier to deal with than the other.

I had bought a refurbished Steelcase chair and after a few months the fabric at the top back started coming apart. I brought it back to Track Office Furniture and no questions asked quickly replaced the chair back. Great service! Highly recommend working with Track Office Furniture.
