I want to share my story about my hair. In the past I have been to other salons and I did not get what I wanted and my hair was so damaged. I was so scared to go to another salon but Crystal was always recommended when I asked around. I booked with Crystal and I was surprised and could not believe how amazing my hair turned out. It was beyond my expectations. It took my a couple of hours to believe that finally I got the result that I was dreaming about for years. Everybody was so happy with how my hair looked thank you so much Crystal to reach my hair goals and making me amazing and I am so grateful to finally get my results I was dreaming of. Omg I love this place have been going here for the past 7 years, my hair dresser CRYSTAL is literally the best stylist all over Windsor ON, the retail staff r very helpful and very nice, they would do their best to help you choose the products best for your hair. I’m a hijabi and they do their best to keep my privacy. I love this place and will never stop going. Better come here next time you guys want a change in your hair.

Highly recommend! Made an appointment for a perm which helps my hair hold a style longer and it also makes my fine hair look so much fuller. Thinning hair is a part of aging for many of us! I was a little hesitant to make my appt here because of its location in a large mall. I worried that customers would be walking by me while my hair was being done. Well, there was no need to worry. This Trade Secrets location has the Salon area at the rear of the store making it very private. My Stylist was Gabriella, a very competant and friendly professional. I had specific instructions (out of the norm) from an out-of-town stylist who used to perm my hair. Gabriella didn't give me any push-back. She did exactly as I wanted! She along with her co-workers made my entire experience a very pleasant one.
