I am getting my eyebrow threading done from DIKSHA since last two months. She does it perfectly giving proper shape to my eyebrows and greeting politely whenever I visit. She does her job very well.

I took my daughter (age 9) to get her lobes pierced as a walk in last night and I have to say the two ladies that greeted us were so lovely. Put our nerves at ease and were so kind and patient. In and out quick with no issues.

This is extremely frustrating trying to get a refund for a service a did not receive from THIS location. I've sent an email, I've called numerous times repeating my information. The manager Nadia told me the owner would contact me. That hasn't happened yet. I've called other locations explained I didn't receive the service because I was unable to make the appointment and I was informed issuing the refund shouldn't be difficult they just need the owner's okay. SMH

I went here for my hair color. I did it for the first time and the result is sooo good. I am so satisfied with my new hair. Chnoor is very talented hair stylist. She helped me choose color as well and she guided me properly as i was doing it for the first time.

I got a nose piercing done yesterday at trade secret, I really did like it. Narges was so friendly and she makes feel relax and comfortable. She is the only reason that I gave 5 star to trade secret.

I have been going here for threading lately, and even though I am scared to experiment with my brows, I must say the experience was unexpectedly good. I have never been disappointed with my threading till now and the service has always catered to my needs. Definitely recommend going there.

Got my third lobe piercings done today at Trade secrets and I am in love. The lady who’s worked there since 2011 (I believe her name is Narges) was so friendly, easy going, precise, and efficient. Very cost friendly as well. The piercings are perfectly placed. 10/10 experience I definitely recommend! Thank you so much.

Went in for Christmas shipping found the exact item I bought at another store went back 1 hour later to do a refund and they refuse do not go back worst store ever

Very unprofessional. Non qualified staff. When I say, non qualified, completely non qualified ppl touch your hair. So do not ever let anyone touch your hair in that store. Or eye brows. Bad experience. Charge so much and turns out non qualified people run this store.
Again unprofessional and will never go back again.
Basically a fraud centre. Charged money and kept my money. If u ever let rehana touch ur hair check her license she doesn't have it. Yet, no money back, ruined the length snd hair health. Alka for eyebrows even worse she will keep saying yes to everything.

Worst place to get your piercings done, especially nose piercing, they put a needle like stud in your nose which is not secure at all.

I usually go there for threading from last four years. I always wanted to say one thing that employees need to be bit polite with customers. I dont wanna mention name of anyone but one of the employee was so rude. She attended me 2 or 3 times. Everytime she was so rude. She dont even clean the face after threading and dont even put lotion. The way she attend seems like she is not getting paid for it. I think People should need to learn how to do customer service before serving the customers. Please note my point.

My daughter had her ears pierced here. They were super nice and professional despite her being extremely nervous.

I went in to get my eyebrows done last night. I had to wait, which was fine, but the lady I got, I had never had before. I told her I wanted waxing and she asked me if I wanted threading instead. I said no, I prefer waxing, and she once again suggested threading, and I replied again, explaining I prefer waxing. (Guess this may have been a sign that she can't do it.) She then started and instantly I felt my skin stinging. She had ripped the skin under my eyebrow in multiple places. She said nothing and continued even though I said ouch. The other eye she didn't, but she also ended up ripping the skin between my eyebrows as well. When she was done I looked in the mirror and you could instantly see it. I told her and she apparently couldn't understand what I meant, even though when doing lotion at the end I felt her avoid the areas. She said sit, I'll fix it, and I explained you can't fix it you ripped the skin. She told me to sit again and I explained twice what she did and she didn't get it apparently. Clearly getting nowhere with this, or even just an apology, I asked for my slip and left. To top it off, there was another staff member right beside us and she didn't step in to explain to the staff member who did it what I was saying, if she actually didn't understand because of language barriers, or help the situation at all. Definitely not going back, nor should others, since she clearly does not know what she is doing if she's injuring people.

I went in to get a haircut and the lady was fantastic! She had an appointment at noon, but when I showed up at 1130 she still took me. I never felt rushed or felt she was rushing to get the job done. I will definitely be back! The 2 ladies at the front desk were amazing too! So friendly and welcoming! Great customer service!

I went for wash& style! Worst experience I ever had, lady who was doing my hair has no clue about washing or styling. She put on my hair so much hair spray that I ended up with dandruff! Towels they are using are awful. I think inspection needs to check that place- not clean at all.

I always had problems fixing my eyebrows but since I found the Trade Secret Fairview park My concern and worries regarding my services disappeared and happiness replaced my worries.thanks trade secret and it management and its beauty technicians they are so good.

I got my eyebrows done at this place, and the lady did an amazing job! She didnt make them too thin nor too thick, just how I like them. I also have an extremely sensitive skin and I barely even see any red Mark's after a couple hours (usually take a day or two).
Highly recommend!

This was my worst experience ever in a salon. The people who work here are too rude and arrogant. They probably never heard of customer experience or they don't care. I would rather not visit a salon for months than to visit this place again.

I been to this store for the last 5 years and I have gotten the best services and cheapest price for eyebrows and upper lip in town and they actually do an amazing job everytime. I absolutely love the girls and the music in the store and it's new look makes it so much more relaxing:)

Do not get your child’s ears pierced here. My 5 year old got her ears pierced here. The first earring fell out after two days, the second earring fell out 3 weeks later. When I went back to tell them, I was expected to pay again for the re-piercing. After two phone calls to management, they finally agreed to pierce again at no charge. And when they did, the back didn’t snap on and they had to finish it manually. Not impressed.

This is the worst location to go to possible. I've come a handful of times and usually they do an alright job for upper lip/eyebrows, many times it's too thin. My recent experience was the worst. I had never had anything done by this lady and she put on so much wax, over lined the wax which you aren't supposed to do. As soon as she waxed one area I knew she had ripped my skin. I've waxed probably 30 times here before but this is the first time my skin has ripped so badly all over. I have an event coming up and my face looks horrible! When I called to complain she claimed it was MY skin, well that would be correct if this was my first time getting waxed. She has NO idea what she is doing and should be fired and not let near a single person, she is insane. On the phone she proceeded to tell me next time someone else can do my waxing. The sheer indifference is enough to put me off, at least apologize for what you did. Hope head office sees this and is able to realize that they need to hire better people. This job had to do with people's faces with sensitive tools and should not be put into the hands of someone who can damage them this badly. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN and WARNING OFF EVERY PERSON I KNOW.

Staff is very friendly and they do a good job doing eyebrow waxing. It looks like they also do eyebrow threading there as well but haven't tried it there yet.
