Not a pleasant experience. I went to purchase eyelashes as I have never done that before. I ask what would be best and how to apply. I was just handed a set and then I asked how you applied them. I wad told you need glueband was handed a tube of glueband the left and walked over to the cash. No explanation.just cashed me out for 25$. When I got home I found out I was upsold and the glue I was given was not right for me or the lashes. Won't go back.

Today, I drove to here to get my eyebrows threaded. Store hours on the window and on Google say they open at 10 a.m. I showed up early, (9: 55 a.m.), and waited. At 10: 05 a.m, the employee opening shows up and goes in. So I wait another 10 minutes for her to turn the lights on.at 10: 20, I walked up and tried to open the door. It was still locked. I looked in, and saw nobody. I am not impressed. Such a waste of time. If your store hours say you open at 10: 00 a.m. You should be opening at 10: 00 a.m. Otherwise, change your hours. Will not be returning.
