Their website claims they are open for manicures til 9pm. I got there at 7pm and the manicure people had already left for the day.

I came here just to exchange something and it took about 30 minutes, 4 calls to the manager, and scanning my new items 5 times bc they didn’t know what they were doing. Probably should have someone who knows what they are doing working at all times.

Tina did my threading and she did perfectly the way i asked because i love my eyebrows to have a precise shape and also she was helpful with my skin issues by giving tips and plus this place is really affordable

Tina is amazing! She took such incredible care with my nails and made them look incredible! I would recommend her to anyone!

I’ve never had my eyebrows waxing before but I tried here and Tina did fantastic work even I didn't feel the pain.

Eyebrows tinted are HORRIBLE, practically tinted my skin a different shape of eyebrow n not my eyebrow, it was suppose to be medium brown and turned out grey, NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN!

Tina who does threading and waxing was amazing! I had never had waxing done before so I was nervous but it went so well and she was very gentle and overall did a great job. I did legs, underarms, and neck and it was super easy with very minimal pain (coming from someone with low pain tolerance). She’s very sweet and makes great conversation while checking in to make sure you’re comfortable! I will definitely be coming back to see her later this summer and recommending her to friends and family! Thank you again Tina!

Extremely dissatisfied with their work. The staff don’t care for the customers. I went to do my nails for my pre wedding photoshoot. Firstly they hurt my cuticles and it started bleeding a lot and I am still suffering from pain. Secondly it didn’t lasted, the next day was my photoshoot and the time I reached home after doing nails it came out, so the purpose of doing nails was not fulfilled. Also when I went there they cut my original long nails and after cutting they charged me extra which they should have informed that before cutting my original nails. Will never recommend trade secrets.

I got my nails done (new set of Gel nails) by Lilly. I think they do a decent job and pricing is good as well. Next time I would like to try the pedicure as I have heard good things.

I got a wax with Tina and she was absolutely amazing- made sure I had no pain and did a very clean job. Will definitely come back!
