Trade Secrets Sherway Gardens

Trade secret has been my favourite store but recently one of the new front end employee middle aged woman named Sandy doesn’t know how to treat customers with smile and enthusiasm. I have been regular customer to store since so long and other girls have always been so pleasant. Very disappointed. Rude people like that should not be working in the store.

Anna always does an amazing job on my eyebrows. They look very natural and bold. Will continue to come back for her service.

Trade secrets sherway gardens is so good, I was there to get my eyebrows and the lady was so professional, I will come back.

I am shocked to see the bad reviews. Everyone here are amazing! Anna and Nancy are absolutely incredible! Highly recommend them both for eyebrows.

My daughter went to trade secrets to get her upper lip hair removal. They burnt her upper lip by using wax that was too hot. It has been two days and she still has a burn / scar. We called them and they didn't bother to assist us with the healing process. They said they will call us back and they haven't called back either. Save your life and just run away from this place. Shame on Trade Secrets!

Don’t waste your money here for manicure, one day they took almost 1 hour for shellac removal only. I am sorry to say this but they don’t seem to know what they are doing.

Even Jennifer Aniston doesn't wear her hair this way anymore. Why would you think a teenager would want to?
Very distracted, watching everyone else around. Didn't make any conversation, just kept cutting.

Just had a manicure and I am not pleased at all.it was rushed and now I'm home and can see the very poor job done, in the actual color aplication and the cuticles.don't waste your money here

Staff is acknowledge across the board, from your hair to styles to cuts to unclean environment. The worst salom by far! Do not go here! Go to the one at square one if you really need to because the woman at the back named sallie is my saving grace shes amazing and she actually went to school for hair and it shows.

Now for the pricing. WHAT IN THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS your pricing a 54.0p dollar Paul Mitchell TeaTree oil Litre Set for 95 effing dollars and then qith the "50% off" that i saw today why i wanted to compare prices was RIDICULOUS! The BSO sells its for 54.00 (not on sale) and cosmp prof as well! Many professional salons dont even price that ridoculously high. WENT to walmart salon and ended up buying the duo for 50.00 plus 50 percent of anpther product.

Website says they open at 9: 30. Sitting in front of the store waiting for it to open at 9: 40! Light off, door metal door is closed.

Giving a 4 because of how many times I have been and received such rude customer service from the girls at the cash. However, there is one that does stand out, I believe her name is Jordana. Never have I ever met someone so professional. She is a huge asset to your company. Anna is fabulous as well, my eyebrows never looked so good!
