I have been doing my threading and facial since 2020. It is the best place. Mary did my facial for last month and this month. She is the best and I felt so relaxed. I did facial with Husna few times and she is also amazing.

Mary is amazing. My brows are forever on point at all times because of her. If you want your brows on point ask for Mary!

I was over charged for the service. It said 55 for wash cut style any length. But they charged me 20 dollars more for blow drying which is a part of styling. They said any length means shoulder length which is ridiculous and should have been mentioned before.

They stole money from us. Horrible customer service. Maila gave us a nose drop and she said it’s not the same as the ear. We went home and saw that it’s ear drops. Then we called the store to ask for a refund they said we can’t because it’s their policy. What the hell? You gave us wrong information and sold the product by lying then you it’s the policy?

I went here to get a facial for my graduation and husna did an amazing job for facial! Very relaxing and soothing and i think everybody needs to see husna! Thank you again! Skin never felt so fresh before!

I went there couple if times. Some of the staffs were very nice and all but there are others whos customer service is really bad. They dont want to listen to ehat the customer has to say. They just keep lecturing the justifications. The hair stylist lady was not very good at her behaviour. I had to call there for an enquiry and the staff who picked the call kept talking without even listening to what i had to say and what my queries were. A customer would never want such a behaviour from any service provider.

The lady working today was extremely unprofessional. She was on her phone texting the whole time I was in the store. She did not offer any assistance and appeared unapproachable. When I approached the counter, she insinuated I had shop lifted. She said I had two items in my hand and I should bring the second item to the front? I only had one product in my hand and my phone in the other to look up reviews of the product. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Best haircut facility. Palveer is just amazing and she is honest to her work. I am so happy with my haircut.
