Terrible service. Had a hair style done in September and the stylist who styled my hair was certainly not a senior stylist. The style was very outdated and sloppy. I ended up washing it out and styled by myself for my function that night. I complained to head office who is also pathetic as they never returned my calls or emails. Never again! Stay away!

I have a very good experience with Michelle. She did my hair cut today, I am so satisfied, she knows what she is doing.

This review is based on my services with Mariam, Lisa, and Rosa. I needed to get waxing done and I had an older card with pricing that does not reflect current prices. However, Mariam was more than willing to honour the card I have, which I appreciated. Lisa completed my waxing and she was very professional. She was friendly and she advised me of other services that are also available. Rosa is my go-to person for eyebrows! I have been coming to this specific location just for Rosa because she does such an amazing job on my eyebrows. Thank you ladies!

Terrible costumer service at Vaughn Mills. I brought back my Baybliss flat iron within the warranty period. It was pealing really bad. They basically made me feel like I did this to my iron. Even got some lady on the phone who is their " boss" and she was even more condescending. I have shopped here for years because of the warranty and that they promise to take care of you if something happens to your product. I will never shop at Trade Secrets again. Very unprofessional staff. If I could give 0 rating I would.

One of the best salon in Toronto. The service is amazing. The staff is very friendly, which is the best thing. Highly recommend it.

They are big cheaters and are there to make money. Every time I used to do my eyebrows and upper lips for $10 and when I went in this time, they charged me $14. And when I asked the reason, they said that it's always $14. They charged me $2 for my upper lips. Usually $20 is for underarms. This time I went in two months, and hence they charged me $25 for underarms saying that it was a lot. And they came to know that I am doing in 2 months because the lady asked me. I mean how would that matter? I would never recommend. Also they wanted me to show my transaction history as proof as if I was lying. Why couldn't they ask their staff what they charge me? They all were talking to me as if I was lying and cheating them. I would never suggest this place. But their service is good. But they cheated me in terms of money. Huh.

I always come here to do my eyebrows with Lisa she does such an amazing job every single time. She really takes her time to make sure you’re happy with the results

I got my eye brows done from here occasionally. The last time Nadia did it.she was friendly, accommodating and lovely. Hoping to get them done again by her.

Claims to do makeup services but had not even ONE makeup product for darker toned women. Only had makeup for white people and tried to put it on my sister’s face, it was a disgraceful mess.

I don’t understand how some of these ladies were hired. I went to go get my eyebrows waxed and she literally ripped my skin by waxing the same spot again and again. My eyelids are burning and blistered! I cried while leaving the store because I didn’t have the guts to say anything to the lady. I wish I had. She needs some training, she should not be trusted with anyones eyebrows because she does not know the basics about waxing.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Afi completely ripped off my eyelids getting an eyebrow wax. My eyes are scabbed over and swollen shut. If you like your eyelids do not come here. Terrible service. And then she had the audacity to give me her business card while my eyelids were burning. Horrendous establishment.

I Went to Trade secret for the second time, my experience is been amazing, Froozan did a beautiful color and highlights she's very knowledgeable about the products, and she's very sweet and very friendly and Maryam very professional and great customer service, she always greets you with a beautiful smile. I will highly recommend this salon to all my friends.

Very friendly and welcoming environment. Lisa did a wonderful job at doing my eyebrows. And Maryam was very nice welcoming me in.

Please do not go to this place, the lack of professionalism and the lack of experienced staff is absolutely insane, I don’t know how this place is still open for business. They ruined my hair and my daughters hair and still charged me an arm and a leg. I refused to go back and get my hair fixed but I took my daughter back to get her hair fixed and it came out worse than it was before. And they still charged me. The staff have no experience in color, cut or anything to be honest. I was horrified. Please be careful before going in and decide to do any services by the inexperienced staff.

Went there to get bangs I told her I want them to be long up to my jaw also showed her a picture. She cut them so short they are literally at my forehead I was so shook and told her I wanted them longer and lady said “your hair are greasy that’s why they look like that” it was a older lady I don’t know her name.

Great Service from Lisa and Mariam. Last week I came to get my brows done by Lisa and she did it perfect as always. I had Mariam do my makeup. She did a fantastic job and helped me decide on a suitable look. She also helped me purchase the right product for my hair. Overall very professional customer service and full of knowledge. She has a lot of patience and is very determined in serving you right.

The manager mariam is extremely rude, clearly doesn’t know any customer service. If your bitter with your job go find a new one:)

Very bad expprinced with hair colour.i asked front desk receptiin ab root touch up prices she called lady name seema.i asked her prices she sais 25 and i was very surprised like why its so cheap then i asked her again its 25 u mean and she said yes and i thought maybe its good deal to take it.she started colour on my hair then inbetween i asked her like this is promotiin some kind of why its so cheap and then she sais it was cheap before it was 65 now 75 and i was so shocked as she already started colouring my hair there was no point of augue and she didnt wash my hair properly even.comminicatiin can be wronge but i asked twice and she said yes 25 i felt like for getting business it was trick.i dont know i was not happy at all.very high prices.i will never ever visit tht place again.

Ruined my eyebrows just wanted them cleaned up but now they are completely uneven and thinned out super upsetting:/ and over priced for a service that made me really unhappy
