Trafalgar Physiotherapy - pt Health

If I could put 0 stars I would. My mother was referred by her family doctor to this place, we did the appointment and they assured me they had her referral on the system. Today on her appointment day (after 3 months of waiting for this day with pain) someone that said was the manager said she needed a physical referral. Now she has to wait again for a month for an appointment. She also said she didn’t have communication with the call center. There is no consideration for the elder in this place.

I am very satisfied with the results of my physiotherapy with Siddharth Parab. In just few sessions and after following the exercises he gave me along with the medication prescribed by my doctor, the extreme pain I was feeling on my left leg, which almost prevented me from walking, has almost disappeared and I am now able to do my regular activities.

Very unorganized place, they have no massage therapist or other services, only physio therapy.

Siddharth Parab was my practitioner. I felt that he was very specific and focused when treating me, and always explained the reasoning and benefit of each exercise.

Sidd Parab gave me an 8 week course of physio, which helps my mobility, and helpful home exercises too. Good arrangements for changing appointments

I have been seeing Mariam for a few weeks now. After the initial assessment we came up with a plan and I began seeing results almost immediately. Very happy with my progress!

Update: Changing my rating from 1star to 4. I was impressed that the clinic director met me and my mom in person and apologized for the matter. Mariam, the physiotherapist also did a great job for the remaining treatments.
Older review: It’s my first one star rating for a medical clinic in Oakville. I’ve always received decent services at any medical provider in Oakville but Trafalgar Physio! Read below for reasons:
1. My mom had to wait almost 3 months for her first physio session to be booked, which I understand OHIP covered appointments usually takes long (not to blame the clinic and this is a different topic to discuss with government) the morning of the appointment we got a call that the appointment is canceled as the physiotherapist is not available! And we had to reschedule the appointment! It was very difficult for me with having a 7 months old and working around my husband’s schedule! (My mom is not able to go on her own and I have to take her)
2. When we got there for the first appointment, no one was at the front and we had to wait 10-15 minutes for the receptionist. Then we realized that the name was incorrectly spelled even though we had filled out the forms online and a few days before the appointment.
3. The physiotherapist was nice but we received a shorter session because of delays in the admission
4. For the 2nd appointment, I got a call the same day and was told that we have to make to the appointment 1.5 hour earlier and the lady was literally lying that they left me a message a day before! No messages from the clinic at all! Again we had to reschedule the appointment which messed up my little one’s nap and feed time.
To management: please consider when an elderly is not able to drive or even walk, they need the family’s help or a caregiver. When the appointments are booked days in advance, the caregivers are working around their life commitments to make to the appointment, it’s absolutely unprofessional and uncaring to cancel or reschedule the appointments, not even once!

Mariam has been incredible in helping me get rid of my back pain! She goes above and beyond and I cannot recommend her enough!

I've seen amazing results with Mariam G. In a few short weeks, my shoulder mobility has increased and the pain I have experienced has lessened considerably. Mariam is tremendously knowledgeable and has provided a tailored physio program that is making a considerable difference to my injury. The staff at Trafalgar Physiotherapy are also very welcoming and helpful. I'm so pleased with my results to date!

My experience at Trafalgar PT has been outstanding. I have seen Alex many times for treatment of vestibular and associated issues on my post-concussion road to recovery. He is tremendous and extremely intelligent. A great listener, efficient, and prone to thinking outside the box. I have been lucky to be in Alex’s care.

I recommend this centre for physio. I had an ACL tear and after only a few sessions I saw amazing results. Now I can extend and bend my knee. Mr Parab is really good. He’s patient, kind and encouraging and he gives a variety of exercises and encourages the patient to do them. I’m very satisfied. Thanks!

Have been attending this clinic for several years now but recently had to receive additional therapy from Alex Singh because of a car accident… He has definitely put me on the path to recovery not only physically but mentally as well…His expertise in back injuries has helped me get better and better as the weeks go by and I am confidant that our therapy will give me back the quality of function that I need…Thank you Alex for not only being an awesome therapist but a great listener for all my other mental issues

I was struggling with shoulder pain for months. It was affecting my sleep and ability to be effective at work. Sid was able to diagnose the issue and come with an effective rehabilitation plan. After a couple of weeks I was able to sleep and work normally. And now I am pain free.

This clinic is a game changer. I had a pinced nerve from a work injury and was not confident that I would ever feel better. Alex and his team tried a variety of different treatments and healed me perfectly.

Great personalized assistance. The team followed up on my doctor's diagnosis and targeted exactly what I needed. The issue with my lower back muscle cleared up after ~4 visits and I returned for a several more to continue learning how to improve my exercise habits so as to hopefully not repeat what led to my injury in the first place. Thanks to all there that helped me out.

I recently had a very bad bout of vertigo that I have never experienced before. I was fortunate to get the name of a physiotherapist at PT Health in Oakville named Alex Singh. He was very kind and understanding. He did what is called an Epley maneuver and in one session he solved my problem. I couldn’t believe it. I am so grateful to him. I found his staff to be very friendly. I highly recommend Alex and PT health for therapy.

Trafalgar Physiotherapy - pt Health's treatment staff, Alex and Erica, are excellent! The physiotherapy treatment I received from Mitalee Dalvi helped me so much with my recovery from a fractured foot injury. The injury took place in August, and Mitalee's assistance and guidance was instrumental to my recovery. The exercises and stretches she provided me with were essential to my recovery and rehab following the injury, as I was able to get back to regular activity within a couple of months. Mitalee is extremely knowledgeable and always explained every aspect of my injury, treatment, and recovery process so I always understood where my progress was at. I was referred to Jolanta by my chiropractor. She and Alex are very knowledgeable. I have a difficult to treat disorder which has improved exponentially by working with Jolanta regularly and checking in with Alex. Jolanta knows everything about the human body and what we need to work on to compensate for my disorder. I have never felt stronger!

Alex Singh and his team are not only professional and extremely knowledgeable, but they ensure you feel comfortable and a part of the PT Health family. Even as I'm sitting in my little partitioned room, I can hear the giggles of other patients as they converse with other employees while doing their stretches and exercises. As I'm wrapping up my sessions at PT Health, I know it's a place I will definitely return to if I have further issues down the road.

I was referred to this clinic for diagnosis and treatment of BPPV. They were extremely thorough, professional and explained the details related to my case in terms that I could relate to.

I have had severe back pain for months that seemed permanent at one time. I began physio therapy with Lorenzo and have been so pleased that I don’t have the words to fully express my gratitude. Lorenzo is the definition of a medical professional as he performed a thorough evaluation using a variety of methods and he customized his care to best suit my needs. Through a combination of stretches, exercises and therapy I am at least 90% better and could not be more pleased with the results! The combination of his knowledge, professionalism and personality makes him the best in his field and me utterly thankful to have worked with him.

The staff at Trafalgar Physiotherapy - pt health are very accommodating and go out of their way to make sure you are getting the best treatment for your needs. The facility is very nice and clean. I don't have to wait long for my appointment when I arrive and Alex and his team are very friendly and knowledgeable. Alex juggles multiple patients and still remains attentive and patient with each one! Great place and would recommend this facility.

I have had a vestibular disturbance causing dizziness and tripping for years. My Doctor recommended physiotherapy for this problem. Trafalgar Physiotherapy - pt health offers an excellent treatment for this issue. Alex Singh was very though and professional in his original assessment. He gave me all the time needed to understand and participate in the very helpful exercises. I continued to do the them numerous times every day. I would not have believed that my long term problem could be cured. I am cured and it happened with only two appointments and learning these exercises! Thank you Alex Singh. I would recommend Alex to anyone having balance problems without any doubt!

This clinic, with Alex as the team manager, is simply the best. Alex is knowledgeable and takes every opportunity to fully explain the physiology behind all of his sessions.
