Great at sales but don't use their on line chat. Bought a pontoon boat 2022 close to $70k delivered 2023 had a question on their on line chat x3 about winter maintenance.no response. If you can't handle technology on your own website, don't advertise it. Dealing with Proctor Marine now.

I ordered a new Legend based on what other people said to get when I got it was not for me then Ryan said get it back in to him he then ordered me another Legend I have it is perfect. Thank-You Trailerworld.

This place makes a solid product, I ordered a 6x10 utility trailer a few years back. I love how the coupler can be removed making it virtually impossible to steal. Fenders bolt on so if they get damaged I’m sure you could swap them out too. There were a few hiccups with what was ordered but everything was made right and I received my spare tire for free. These guys were also 1000$ cheaper than miska at the time and didn’t up the price on it.

Fixed the trailer while I waited.

Great People. Great products! Got my 2019 American Hauler from here and they helped me install my hitch and setup. Ben, Jim, Ryan, Calvin and Hunter are absolutely fantastic.

Needed a receiver, running late, called ahead to let them know I would be there at closing, politely asked if someone could stick around for a few minutes, employee told me if I don’t get there before 4: 30, they wouldn’t wait. Got there at 4: 30 exactly, gate was closed. Will take my trailer business elsewhere, your employees desire to leave exactly on time wasted me an entire trip into town. That attitude is only going to lead to bad customer experiences.

That's not true based on our phone conversation. I specifically mentioned I was on the way, specifically mentioned how many kilometers I was away and how long it would take for me to get there, specifically asked for someone to just hang on for a few minutes. If you were the individual on the phone, you specifically said you would not hang on after 4: 30. Trying to make yourself look good after the fact still will not work, it was just bad customer service you're trying to hide now. I probably would have taken an honest apology, this is not it.
