After our COVID scare, my husband and I are delighted to have found this wonderful dental clinic. Located in a renovated farmhouse, the clinic has the newest in dental equipment. All the staff are friendly, caring, and professional. The place is exceptionally clean and fresh. I highly recommend it.

The lady at the front was great with my kids and throughout the process, her name was Mia.she made sure my kids were entertained while I was getting my cleaning done. The hygienist is very good. She has smooth hands, was efficient and polite. I highly recommend this dental clinic if you looking to join. You won’t regret it.

I rarely leave bad reviews but this time I felt like I had to get this off my chest. I feel they have Little to no people skills with respect to making people feel comfortable. If you have a fear of dentist DO NOT go there they will have zero sympathy. I really really did not like my visit there. Really considering finding a new dental office.

I joined this clinic almost a year ago now as it’s extremely close to home and I have nothing but good things to say! The staff are attentive and friendly Cassandra at the front is very kind. In reception they have AMAZING massage chairs you can sit in before and after your appointment. I’m very happy with this clinic and always look forward to visiting.

This is the best dental clinic! The staff are friendly, happy and helpful and efficient. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. I was very impressed with the dentist who took the time to do my first cleaning here. And you just can’t beat the chairs! I came in early so I could “wait” and get a massage, but they were ready to take me in before I could even sit down! I have spent a lot of time on a dentist chair and seen my share of dentists and I have to say that this is the best practice, the best dentist the friendliest, most professional dentist office I have ever been to. They will make you like going to the dentist.

Had a fantastic experience at this clinic! After my son (19 months) had a bad fall, my husband and I were concerned about the possible trauma his mouth had taken. Since this clinic is so close to home I called looking for an emergency appointment. The receptionist was very kind and efficient. She promptly made us an appointment for the following week but said she would speak with the dentist to see if there was a possibility of a sooner appointment. Usually when places say this… it’s never sooner. Sure enough, I received a call back within a few hours and they had squeezed us in for the next day!

The moment we entered the clinic the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Taking all Covid measures and bringing us to our room right away. There we were soon greeted by the dental assistant? I’m not sure of her name but she was fantastic! My son being as young as he is, I was ready to start pulling out all my tricks to keep him calm and occupied. Straight away she asked me if he had a favourite show or movie etc.sure enough she was able to put something on for him and this was so exciting for him. Which led to a great experience. The dentist was able to get a good look quickly and give us a game plan to move forward with. He was great with my son as well!

This being my son's second time ever at the dentist (our first at a pediatric dentist), this visit was exceedingly more enjoyable and positive for both of us. We have definitely found our new spot and will be moving the whole family over. If you’re contemplating trying this place, I highly highly recommend you do. Especially with your kids!

I cannot say enough about this dental practice. For those of you who have high anxiety about going to the dentist … this is the place for you. The staff are kind, supportive and professional. I used to drive 6 hours to receive dental care from my old dentist because I just didn’t trust anyone else. Well no more. I have found the perfect family dental office. Highly skilled and understanding.

This was my first time visiting this clinic which is literally 5 minutes from my residence. I really loved the experience. The dentist was very professional, friendly and took the time to review and discuss the X-rays with me. The dental hygienist, receptionist and dentist were all very nice, professional and friendly. I really felt welcome at the clinic. Would definitely recommend.

Went to Trailsedge Family Dental as an emergency patient when I cracked a tooth and my regular dentist was closed. The experience was AMAZING. From the well appointed and clean office environment where Covid protocols were in place (and exceeded), to the friendly welcoming staff, it was a very pleasant experience. When it comes to going to the dentist, I'm a Nervous Nelly and Dr. Ali Awada and staff put me at ease right away. They were very patient, explaining every step along the way and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The service I received was exemplary. So good in fact, I am actually looking forward to my next appointment! As another reviewer said, wish I could give more than five stars.

Honestly super 5 stars very nice office and very professional and courteous. They took the time to help me out and explain when I had questions. I strongly recommend visiting the team at Trasiledge family dental. I was not sure how my first visit during the pandemic would be but I appreciate all the precautions in place and felt very safe. Dr. Awada and his team are very friendly and welcoming, I am happy to have made the switch. On a side note I love that there are TVs mounted on the ceilings and that they offer direct billing.

Dr Chadi and Dr Awada are extremely professional, and the clinic is in immaculate shape (both clean and comfortable). I always hated going to the dentist, but they have changed my mind. The dental chairs are extremely comfortable and they have a television on the roof that you’re able to watch Netflix on while they work on your teeth. Both Dr Chadi and Dr Awada are very knowledgeable and have given me extremely good advice and taken amazing care of my teeth.

Dr. Chadi Awada and his team are wonderful. Even with COVID, they made me feel very safe with all of their protocols.

His patience, kindness and technique to explain stuff to me was really appreciated, and he took time to answer all of my questions.

Dr. Ali Awada's calm demeanor and thoroughness made both my children feel at ease. This office exudes professionalism and optimal care for their patients. GREAT EXPERIENCE! Such a friendly & welcoming clinic. I had two appointments on the same day so I spent a few hours here and I felt very comfortable. There’s a nice massage chair to use while you wait and also there’s TVs on the ceiling to watch so it made it even more enjoyable. The staff were also super informative and the dentist was especially very social and funny. I usually hate dental clinics but they’ve encouraged me to come back again!:)

The whole team here are friendly, professional and welcoming from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. Dr Awada takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and continually makes sure you are comfortable throughout whatever procedure is taking place, no matter how big or small. He is more than happy to answer any questions you may have whether related to your procedure or just general dental care and you never feel like you are being rushed through an appointment.
