I am so happy I was referred to train yards dental. Everyone is so pleasant and kind and helpful. Jen is amazing and always replies quickly to any questions I may have. Dr Da Costa is the best dentist I have ever had. Always positive and happy. He has given me my smile back! Nick is also amazing they are a perfect team. I highly recommend anyone to train yard dental!

Going to the dental office is never a “ I can hardly wait moment “, but everyone here is very friendly and kind. My hygienist, Karin, is so informative, caring and funny. My new choice for dental care!

I recently visited Train Yards Dental Centre for a comprehensive dental examination, and it was by far the most thorough examination I've had in years. The dental team is not only honest but also hardworking, setting them apart from other places I've been to. Unlike some other providers, they don't overly focus on insurance details.

I appreciated their genuine evaluation of my dental needs, a refreshing change from previous experiences. Their treatment plan was also realistic and addressed my specific dental needs.

In contrast, another dental clinic I have recently visited provided what they called an 'exam, ' which was little more than a brief glance at my teeth, ultimately charging my insurance for a full dental examination before hastily suggesting treatments that seemed designed to maximize insurance claims.

In conclusion, I'm eagerly looking forward to receiving further treatments at Train Yards Dental Centre!

I was really nervous about getting my wisdom teeth out and Dr. De Costa and his assistant Nick went the extra mile to make sure I was at ease and that the procedure went as smoothly as possible. I appreciate their sense of humor and the quality of care. Friendly receptionists and hygienist as well. I'm healing well with a lot less pain than I expected. Thanks, folks.

So got an old silver filling replaced and although beyond stressful for me, under the expert and patient care of my Train Yard dentist I NEVER fainted! I am every dentist’s worst patient, and have fainted for all 5 of my old fillings. Extremely apprehensive going in my dentist talked me through the procedure, coached my breathing and took little breaks. I feel invincible and with her help, I kicked a HUGE hurdle in my life.

They are so informative, patient and kind. Great service as always. My dental hygienist is always gentle and helpful. She takes the time to explain what she will do and answer any questions I have along the way. Dr Costa is professional, personable and friendly in every encounter I’ve had. Highly recommend.

I've been with Trainyards for over 2 years and by far, the best team I've ever dealt with. The entire team is truely professional and attentive to your needs.
I've been attended to mostly by Jennifer at Reception (whose awesome playlist kept visits upbeat) and Karin (who's checks me on my flossing - some day, I promise!).

Dr.da Costa and his team make dental appointments easy and comfortable. All the modern dental technologies and the friendliest, knowledgeable staff are a bonus!

Professional, friendly and helpful!

When I moved away from home, I spent time searching for an alternative dental office that genuinely cared for me; I think I found it at Trainyards!

After my in-take appointment, I experienced an in-depth assessment where I could see photos and X-rays of my teeth, while deficiencies were pointed out. I also now have tailored tips for how to improve my dental care routine, to reduce gum inflammation; tips that were either not shared fully or at all, in the past. Lastly, I now have defined dental care goals that I can work at in the next two years.

In short, the entire team at Train Yards Dental Care is friendly, welcoming and seems genuinely interested in the care of their patients!

P.s. The only change I would love to see, is if the office took care of submitting my dental claims to my spouses insurance. But this is not a dealbreaker; the office is awesome!:)
