We have used Tranquilty Home Comfort in oshawa for our HVAC, bbq & our pool heater needs for the past ten+ years. They just installed a new AC unit that is saving us 52% on our electric bill over our old unit. Thank you.

Not to mention any names but we had the Triple J team install our air con and my furnace. They were professional, courteous and very skilled at installing our trane furnace and air conditioner. When the job was completed they took us through and explained everything they had done, what to expect out of both units and how they operated. They were patient while we asked questions and they were very polite in answering them. From Peter who sold us our new Trane units to the triple J team, I would highly recommend not only this company but these four gentlemen as their customer service and their efficient installation was most appreciated. Thank you very much. We will certainly recommend this company to friends and family. We are both very impressed with our new units and this company.

Highly recommend Tranquility. After purchasing a home last year, the current AC was in an inconvenient spot to build a deck. Also, the AC unit was massive and dated 2008. My spouse and I decided we needed to move the AC to another location in the home. The AC and all the piping needed to be moved that was in the basement going to the furnace.

A very pleasent tech came to the house and provided us with options, such as the cost of moving the current unit and installing a new unit to another location. We felt very confident with Tranquility after looking over our other quotes and went with a new Trane unit.

Also, the tech took his time to explain the process, services that would be included, and took measurements. None of the other vendors we considered provided as good of service. Everything has turned out great and my house is nice and cool on super hot days.

Very knowledgeable with expert advice; I was encouraged to only get the services I really needed. Time was taken to explain all my options. Pilot light mechanism was replaced in my fireplace quickly and it has been working great! My other fireplace was given regular maintenance and cleaning. I have used this company before and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

This is my second time using this company to install ACs. My first installation was roughly around 7 yrs ago and I couldnt be happier with their service. Hence, I use their service again on the second time around. Besides using them for installation, I also annually use them for regular maintenance of HVAC and AC. I have never had any issues with their system, and that says a lot, in terms of their quality! My neighbour's AC for instance, makes a lot of noise during really hot temperature. While, on the other hand, their AC runs without any noise at all times.
The installation was done professionally and the AC keeps a cool temperature even in the most humid weather.
I definitely recommend this company compared to others. Not only they offer exceptional services, it is also comparably much more affordable than others.
