Tranquility Spa & Salon

This photo came up in my memories from last year and I realized I had not posted a review. My husband and I both had our hair trimmed at Tranquility last December. It was our first time going there. The hairdresser was very nice, but we were both so dissatisfied with our cuts when we arrived home. My "layers" looked like a child had come through with craft scissors.
I had phoned several times throughout the next week to see about coming back for a fix and either the phone went unanswered, and the last time I was placed on hold an no one came back to the phone.
I just didn't bother to call again and I trimmed my own hair. My husbands cut was so so but left untouched in the front/top and he ended up going elsewhere for another cut about a week later.
Very disappointing in the service received and lack of response when trying to call to correct it.

So happy with the service at Tranquility! Kris did a fantastic job with my cut and perm, it looks fantastic!

Amanda Cail has been my hair stylist now for years. I followed her work on Facebook before I committed because I recognized the talent. She has quickly become part of our family, styling my hair, my husbands, and daughters. She is a 5 star hands down. I’ll never go to another stylist!

They were able to get me in with Chelsea for a 45 min massage due to some pain I have in my shoulder and neck. Well they just earned some new business I will be going back as a new client. Thank you to the team and Chelsea for the wonderful deep tissue massage! I feel much better now!

Amanda at Tranquility is amazing! So personable and full of knowledge! Amanda helped me through an extreme transformation, going from black dreads to bombshell brunette! I was so happy with how well she handled my cut and colour as I am SO particular! My teenage son also refuses anyone else, so I knew I was going to be in good hands!

Amanda is extremely personable, and it’s such a fun experience being in her chair. My son (4yrs old) and I went for cuts with Amanda. She has a great way of dealing with kids and making them feel comfortable. She takes the time to do a great job and was able to fix the cut he had received from a big box chop shop. As for me, she listened to my thoughts and offered suggestions on what to do to let my hair grow into another style in time.

I had a fantastic experience getting my hair done today with Nancy, I walked in with ashy brown roots and faded black/red ends and I walked out with beautiful blonde highlights no red in sight! She also treated my hair throughout the whole process with a bonding treatment which improved the entire texture and feel of hair and prevented breakage (which I had experienced before) Nancy also cut my hair, best haircut I have ever had, a gorgeous asymmetrical bob:) I highly recommend going to this Salon and highly recommend Nancy, she is super friendly and is a fantastic Stylist and colourist:)

I love the way Mandy does my hair! I like being able to book via email it makes it super convenient. There is an assortment of items for sale and they are super cute. I’ve had an excellent experience on multiple occasions and it is well priced!

Highly recommend, Have never had a poor experience and love my hair every time I walk out of the salon. Have got my hair coloured, cut and trimmed and love the results. Tammy and her staff are wonderful. I have experienced several services at Tranquility and have never been disappointed. From pedicures to haircuts to highlights, all staff are extremely helpful and courteous. I used to suffer from severe migraines, but since seeing Tammy regularly for massages, I no longer take daily migraine medicine and in fact I rarely get migraines anymore. I can't say enough great things about Tranquility!

Great place to get hair done, my hair was cut by Nancy. Nancy did a phenomenal job cutting my hair, I would definitely recommend going to tranquility.

I was talking to a former worker of tranquility spa and Solon there and she had to open her own Solon because people would steal her equipment And when they answered the phone and it was her client they would say she’s not here right now want to book with someone else stealing her clients unbelievably disrespectful

Amazing! Spa offers such a wide variety of spa services including massage. The staff is very professional and friendly. They have great stylists and get me in and out quickly! Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed.

My daughter and I went to have our noses pierced. They had to do mine twice because of faulty equipment. Then when my daughter went to have hers done they did it twice and it still didn't work. The earring only punctured the surface. When the lady took the stud out blood squirted everywhere. They should not be piercing if the equipment is in question! My daughter cried and was in a lot of pain. When the boss was called she came in and said "well the bleeding stopped! " Then I was charged FULL price. The staff member was very upset and felt horrible, the boss didn't really care and was more concerned with the money. I will never go back!
