Took my car in a few days ago to get me alternator checked, as I suspected there could be an issue with it due to the car not starting and the battery being brand new. The mechanic on site took the car in immediately, checked the battery, and confirmed with me that the battery was a dud and recommended I get a replacement. They also pumped my tire up which was helpful as well. No charge for the assessment. Great, quick service, would recommend.

Great service, I dropped in early Saturday morning and he took me right away to assess the problem. It was the long weekend so very few part stores were open. He told me what I needed, so I’ll pick up the part and go back. Highly recommend, he’s honest and fair.

Hands-down the best auto repair shop in Ottawa. No time-wasting and no crazy charges. I drove my car there for servicing and to fix a few things in the car. I spent less than 20mins and everything was fixed. My bill was ridiculously cheap, compared to the first mechanic I used a few months before. I highly recommend!
