The company was able to correct the issue and I was able to get my items promptly. The couriers that they hire are not the greatest at delivering or attempting to enter buildings to deliver items.

They lost my package and don't want to take ownership for it. I called and spoke to 4 reps before one actually helped me. The first 3 were rude and didn't seem to know what they were saying or doing.

Worst delivery service.called customer service for help, The customer service impatiently connected and hung up within 5 seconds. Extremely uneducated, unethical and unprofessional. It was supposed to arrive on the 17th and it didn't even arrive...

Absolutely zero stars. Let's start by stating that I am physically challenged and I have informed the customer service rep everytime I call in to find out why the drivers didn't show up every day for 3 days. THE WORST AND MOST UNRELIABLE...

I had great staff on the train. The conductor helped me off the train with my baggage and was very friendly.

If I could give 0 star I would. They received my package 3 days ago from DHL and I still have not received my delivery. Do not use this company. They lie and lie and lie.

Drivers apparently now take pictures of your items to prove delivery then take the package and leave. Don’t use this business if you value your items and time.

Lots of construction currently. Only way to passenger pick up is if you ar going south on Yonge, or turn on a side street.

Pros: Nice staff, lots of parking, connects to other transit, a few small shops, and 3 Tim hortons.
Cons: Frequent subway shut-downs for track work, no convenient entry to bus area, lots of displaced individuals, and not very clean.

Nice ferry, got to be outdoors, and watch the water, and little islands while on it. Not too crazy price, at $80, I believe for a minivan, and 2 people.

We got a water taxi back from Ward's Island. We had a good old chat with Mick on the crossing.

On-time service (with a text notification before arrival, too!), courteous drivers, impeccably clean cars, and a hassle-free experience. I genuinely appreciated the high level of service!

Note the costs before taking this road. It cost me $51.78 for one car trip along the highway. "Highway robbery" indeed. Fees should be posted for people to see before entering the highway.
