Room nice.great bathroom. Hallways a bit shabby.sorry there was no coffee maker in the room.really need a coffee maker in a room when travelling!

Booked and paid for a room through Priceline. Was denied check in when I went to the hotel and then denied a refund. Called the hotel multiple times to speak to a manager and was told they would call me back, but they just ignored me. Worst experience at a hotel ever. Will never book a room at a travelodge again. Customer service literally could not have been worse.

My honest review is this hotel is good place to stay. Very clean rooms and washrooms. I visited recently. Place is affordable and clean. Everyone who looks affordable and nice hotel to stay then should visit here

Very traumatizing. Booked this hotel very last minute. Got to the hotel, and was checked in. Front desk attendant was very short spoken. Didn’t make much conversation and tone was a bit rude. Hallways were dirty and smelt of pot. Carpets were rolled in some areas causing possible tripping hazards. Got to my room, bed, couch and floor all had stains on them. The carpet was ripped in some areas and had holes in it. The couch had a huge wet stain and other dirty stains. Bed was covered in stains as well. Bathroom had some bugs in the shower. Patio door was unlocked. While I was getting ready to shower, the attendant tried to enter my room unannounced nor did they knock or call. Did not even stay. Left about 20 minutes after arriving. Do not stay in this hotel. It needs to be condemned and renovated. Please spend an extra $10 and go up the street to another hotel. Worst place ever.

Just try an call them. Fifteen times at least! You get a static old radio message and it just hangs up at the end

Decent hotel. I stayed one night. Only issue I had was that in the morning there was never anyone at the front desk. Tried calling to get my wake up call cancelled, no one answers.then my key wouldn't work so I went to front desk, no one there so I ended up asking the maid to unlock my room for me. Then I went for check out, and AGAIN NO ONE THERE! Luckily the maid was nearby so I just left the key. Also, the breakfast is not that great. It's better than nothing but it's just a bag with a granola bar, and a cup of yogurt. Although they did have coffee and apples available. Like I said better than nothing but not what I expected. It's my fault for not reading the reviews about the breakfast.

Good location.close to walmart and a bunch of fast food chains.
Cleaning lady was very kind and willing to help me with unlocking my door and the checkout since the man was never there in the morning.

I booked at this hotel last minute after having a cancelled flight at Waterloo airport and was quoted $109, however the total amount I was charged on my credit card was $179, this is a crazy amount for a terrible unclean hotel. When I arrived to the hotel, on first look I noticed the hallways have ripped wallpaper, old bunched carpet, and an odd smell. The next discovery was that the door was very hard to open, upon entering the room I noticed the bedsheets are old, brown, and stained. The couch in the room also had large stains on it. The furniture is old such as the dresser missing handles. My room had a patio door that when you pulled on it, it did not stay closed even when locked so I luckily was switched rooms because I did not feel safe. My first room had a door to a connecting room and the walls were so thin that I could hear the guy next door coughing. The wall heater was unplugged when I got into the room so it was very cold in the room and it took a good couple hours to warm up. DO NOT stay here, this hotel should cost maximum $50 a night for what you are getting.

Didn’t want to mention the stains all over end of bed, omg I was sick to my stomach…. Sick people. Should not run this kind of Place

Rooms need to be updated. Stains on carpet.our friends had to shower in our room because of hair clogging the drain in their room. Which the front desk politely gave them a plunger to fix themselves! The sheets and towels were clean and cleaning staff very nice! However the front desk was never there. The manager has no clue what he is doing. I was double charged on my credit card and he claimed he can't see the charge and I had to file a dispute through my credit card company to get my money back! Worst hotel i have ever been in! I will never stay at this hotel again!

Room's were okay @ best. Phone didn't work, so never got the wake up call. Reasonably priced for what you get.

If there was a 0 rating I would give it to this hotel! This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Our room was dirty, there were stains on the carpet, holes in the bedding, a hole in the wall, a chunk smashed out of the dresser, all the hardware on the dressers was falling off, there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. It smelled dirty. It felt like being in a prison cell! I have stayed at many Travelodges before and they have been clean and descent. Travelodge definetely needs to inspect this place and remove its name! We only booked this hotel as it is in close proximity to the airport.

This is by far the worst “hotel” I have ever stayed at. It took 55 minutes to check in, and I had to. Get ready for a wedding in the pathetic restaurant bathroom.
The place is absolutely filthy. Carpets are stained, in reeks like stale cigarettes, and there was old moldy food in the mini fridge. The water doesn’t even run clear.
I travel a LOT for work, and stay in budget hotel lines quite often.
The customer service is atrocious. The fact that this place is even still in business if shocking. Avoid it at all costs. The super 8 motel is better. The Cambridge inn and suites is 400m down the road, and absolutely beautiful (and way cheaper). Do. Not. Stay. Here.

Dirty, smelly, broken bed, no service, front desk Clark missing, no answer on phone. Don't waste your $130 on staying at this hotel.

Front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. Room carpet was frayed and stained.bathroom had mould, security latch was broken so we had to use our suitcases against the door. Breakfast was meager.
I will say that I did feel like the room was clean just needs to be desperately renovated.

Not worth your money! Dirty carpets, wall paper peeling off walls, mould, stains, broken toilet seat, stains on comforter.we could go on and on. So gross.

The only reason the service gets a three is due to the night shift front desk staff and the house keepers.

During the day don't expect anyone to be at the front desk or to answer phones. Don't even expect someone to come when you say loudly "hello? Hello? " Because nobody will come.

I went down the hall to speak to one of the house keepers about check out because after 25 to 30 mins nobody was at the front desk still with a sign on it that said "will be right back". The second time I stayed, nobody again so on the desk goes the keycard again.

The house keepers appear to be the only ones who work, aside from the one night shift staff who checked me in.

The rooms aren't terrible, they're decently clean. There aren't enough outlets for all their appliances. I found myself having to switch plugs to use what I needed. The "breakfast" included is a bag with two small food items and a juice box in it, paired with a coffee station with okay coffee.that's it.

If it wasn't for the two people I interacted with there then this would be a two star rating. I would never stay here if my work wasn't flipping the bill though truthfully.

Beds were NOT changed.there were hairs and crumbs in them. Totally disgusted. Front desk clerk gave me sheets and said to change the bed myself. Totally unacceptable.i have NEVER experienced this in the over 30 yrs of travelling. The Manager has not returned my call. My credit card was billed full amount.

I get it’s a motel but this was just bad. Everything dirty. Hallways, room carpet covered in stains along with the couch. Bathroom little hairs everywhere Big clump of long hair found on bed sheet. When we first got in our room when I open the fridge an earwig ran out at me from underneath. This was the worst I’ve seen.

The staff here has no passion. This is evidenced by the complete lack of care for the building and rooms. Everything was dirty…. Just dirty. Room, halls, lobby…. The breakfast is a to go bag (consisted of an apple juice, apple, cookies and granola bar). Not friends for someone with any dietary restrictions. The bed was not changed, there were hand prints all over the window. Didn’t have the highest hopes for a budget motel but this is just bad

Decent centrally located hotel. No elevator a big no being disabled but I managed. Couldn't eat the Grab and Go breakfast due to dietary restriction bit that's not their fault. Clean rooms, quiet.

Quiet and inexpensive. But a tad run down. Cleaning wasnt quite to standard.but not gross. No coffee pot in room. But has fridge and microwave. Bag breakfast. Would stay again but would consider something in a higher price point for better quality. See pics for reference.

Been coming here for years and it's getting worse and worse, I don't usually write reviews but the last straw was when I got in the room and there was used towels and my latest visit now they don't even have internet that can run Netflix, personally this place is worse then the super 8 across the road

I checked in late at night without a reservation. The front desk lady was very helpful and got me all set up in 5 minutes. Rooms are nice and clean, and the front-desk staff were responsive by phone.

Got some food from the attached restaurant, and it was prompt and easy.

I had to put in some work while there, and the wifi was great. I'll definitely come back to this place.

In a state of disrepair. The pricing is lower than surrounding hotels though. The hallway where I stayed smelled of 420. They also allow pets, which presents an advantage for those travelling with furry companions. I could feel the springs in the matress. If you're not fussy and you simply need a place to lay your head then this will suffice. If you have more reasonable standards I'd suggested you choose elsewhere.

Comfortable as always. One stop shopping on your travels! Walking distance to all amenities, and Beertown Public House (fantastic food'n crew working always!)

The carpets smelled old and dirty in my room which was unfortunate for $140 price. Will pay a extra $20 bucks for a cleaner hotel next time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely DISGUSTING. When we opened the door to our room this disgusting musty stench seeped out of the door. There was sticky stuff on the coffee table. Don’t even get me started on the bathroom it makes me want to puke. There was two wet cloths left in the shower and it looks as if the silverware in the shower has NEVER been cleaned mould and scum all over it. The beds are so worn in its as if they picked them out of a junk yard, you can feel the springs. I would rather sleep in my car than in this hotel. Once I leave I will need to do a deep sanitization of myself and all my belongings. Hopefully I don’t wake up in the morning with bed bug bites. Cheers.

My wife and I stayed there a few weeks ago. It was an unpleasant experience to say the least. The bedding appeared as though it was not laundered and when we had talked to the lady working at the front desk, she was not kind. I would not stay here if it was the last option on earth. I wish we had of read the reviews prior to booking. I hope this helps prevent someone else from having a bad experience.

Clean and comfortable beds, good water pressure but very slippery tubs, may want to invest in some mats.

Horrible experience! Stay away from here.they have zero customer service skills. Charged $25/day for the dog and refused to honour their own site prices because of whatever loophole they could grasp. After staying our original 3 nights I went to extend and paid for 3 additional days. We then left the hotel and returned at 9: 30om to find we were locked out of our room. They demanded that we pay more if we wanted to stay. At that point I asked for the return of all my money and I would take my belongings and they still refused. Go somewhere better, Give your money to someone deserving.

I had family come from the uk and I got them a room here for a week. The room was nice and clean, but the staff was amazing and friendly. They have really good prices as well. I would recommend staying here.

Clean and comfortable. Reasonable prices. Good location. Lots of restaurants in the area. No problems parking larger pickups. Need a better location for the breakfast buffet as it's right in the main lobby.

I’m not the one to write reviews for businesses but after reading some of the reviews on this hotel, I felt the urge to write a fair and honest review about my experience and stay at travelodge this past month.
I understand Sometimes people can be frustrated and angry and write mean and exaggerated reviews but I thought the price I paid for staying at this hotel and the quality and service I got, the hotel deserved a better ranking.
I travel a lot for work. I’m always on the go, especially with the work I do.and I recently Stayed at the Traveledoge hotel in Cambridge for a stop over for couple nights.
I just wanted to say, for the price you pay, it’s actually a pretty decent stay. It Looks like they recently renovated their place. I got a pretty nice room. Clean carpet. Clean Room. Super convenient location, with lots of shops near by. Not to mention, the restaurant within the hotel. My room was clean. Smell was decent. (Not sure what people were complaining about at the bottom) The staff at the hotel was super nice and accommodating. The staff was very welcoming (and to me that’s very important).
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was friendly and the room was nice, could use a spare blanket in the room.
We would definitely stay again.
