Travelodge by Wyndham London, Ontario

All Good. No complaints other than very noisy tenant above all night long, but I didn't complain.

Sense of an old building but worth the money staying with super cooperative staffs and a perfect location to move here and there. Loved the breakfast.

It's a safer hotel nowadays than in the past, with friendly staff giving you all the hospitality you need for a comfortable stay. The room is well renovated, with comfortable bedding. The restaurant on the premises gives you the privilege of having quality Indian food within your reach.

We booked this room last minute and stayed for a total of 5 minutes we walked in the room was absolutely disgusting with hair on the bed and towel and what looked like a certain body fluid from a male in the toilet. They wouldn’t give us our money back, and end up making the long drive home. The front desk was not helpful at all and neither was the manger. DO NOT STAY HERE!

OMG THIS WAS UNDER THE NIGHT STAND! Thankfully The Manager gave me a refund! Thank you but I will not come back.

I had to leave at midnight - buds in my bed - a huge coch roach - and when I arrived the people outside did not give me a good vibe - u get what you pay for I guess.

My friend has extended stay here, her room seems quite clean she is ocd, but how bad could it be really. Seems like alot of activity everywhere.but it's been holidays so who knows really.parkinglot bit dirty but it's winter and they been renovating. So understandable.

Not a safe, comfortable place to stay, people are running around, stinks, dirty and queen size bed is eay small its like a double bed, not as described, way different as advertised/pictured, stay away from this dump, what a nightmare

The hotel lobby smelt like cat litter that hadn’t been changed in 6 months. Then when we got to the room the bathroom shower had hair all in it and the mat for the shower was supposed to be white but had some sort of black stains on it. Not to mention the bed, my fiancé sat on the bed (mind you my fiancé isn’t a very big person) and the whole bed flipped up. I wouldn’t recommend this place ever to anyone it was a. 0 rating. Also not to mention the fire risks that were in that room Room 328

This was actually a decent spot to stay despite what i have herd about the place.the room was very clean and neat the staff are a little judgemental but with how things are in the city right now i guess uts to be expected definatly not a family setting for hotel stay but definatly is not just a trap house either overall 3/5 i would say

This place is in serious need of renovation, and someone needs to deep clean it from top to bottom. Honestly one of the dirtiest places I've been to. Do better!

Absolutely worst hotel even i’ve stayed in. As soon as you enter the hotel it starts dirty smells and stinky. Will definitely not recommend to anyother as a last source. If you have a car then sleep in car rather than spending money here

Disgusting and unsafe. Fridge and ladder in front of the room. Hair strands on the wall. Could be pubic. Tiles were dirty and they left windows open as they stated they sprayed pesticide. Dirty floor. Then the manager was sort of arguing with me on how new the room is. Urgh I left.didn't even have second thoughts about staying there.

You could tell that my room hand been broken into a few times! The window still had cardboard and tape on it. Also stank of smoke, even though it was supposed to be smoke free. Smoke gives me migraines

The rooms are dirty with dirty sheets. Water damage throughout. Smells of mould and smoke (cigarettes and pot). Very noisy from the street, unsafe electrical with extension cords running to appliances…
After checking in I dropped my bags and thought the room looked pretty rough but went to grab a bite to eat next door. On my return to the room I inspected more closely and saw how filthy things were.
I went to the front desk and they offered another room where the bed was equally as dirty. I decided I couldn’t stay and left.
Was told to contact the manager the next afternoon about a refund. When I called I was told that the manager was not in but had said I had spent “too much time in the room”, for reference I had left 45 minutes after checking in including time spent eating a burger at Wendy’s. I left my phone number for the “general manager” to call me back and have received no call back.
I have lodged a complaint with parent company Wyndham.
I am glad that underprivileged people are receiving accommodations but this hotel shouldn’t be booking rooms in their current state.

COCKROACH in my room. Do not go. Hair in the shower and in the bed. Doors look like they’ve been broken into. Burn marks on the bed. Water leaking on the floors in the hallway. Checked out an hour after checking in. Couldn’t stay.

Still resembles and smells like the old nasty strip club that is not open but still underneath. Don't stay here if you value your health.

Well first thing is cheap, secondly its clean and third good people who will accommodate you safely. I see people posting their bad experience is mostly how you get and what you pay for. If you want all those standards please go book holiday inn or Hilton where you could pay 150 or 400 respectively. If you want the hotel to be like Hilton when you pay 75 dollars I don know what to say.

Always my first choice when looking for a motel!

You definitely get what you pay for! We needed a room for a night, were willing to take what was available, and.thats what we got! If you need an affordable room that is relatively clean, and in London, then this is the place for you

I just tried to book the hotel in london, first of all when i asked how many start i got an attitude then when i asked why if i check in on sunday it's 59$ but on saturday it's 1500.00 that is a little much of an increase due to it being a weekend.when i asked about the fee i was told if i dont like it not to bother booking.this was from the lovely Julie

Wyndham has a very good reputation, I think you are compromising your name in having this hotel because it needs renovation pretty much. I might have gotten what I paid for it.

I had the worst nightmare the other day but I woke up and I was in this hotel, a.real nightmare. Toilet bowl was clogged, phone was not working, no remote for the TV and bedsheets looks like they were not washed for so many days.

This hotel was filthy. I checked in and checked out immediately, I didnt care that I lost my money. I cant believe this was a travelodge or a wyndham property

Really bad, really sketchy "hotel". It's more like a motel that has semi-permanent tenants. Pillowcases, sheets and shower curtain were not cleaned, a/c was leaking, could hear neighbors walking around and yelling at all hours, I didn't even want to walk around the room without shoes on, broken windows, parking lot was filthy, just overall dingy and not what you'd expect from a reputable hotel chain, or to be featured on Expedia and the like. Do Not Recommend!

Run down, very dirty. Bed sheets weren't changed and they didn't care. Didn't offer me a new room or gave me new bed sheets. Walls are thin, very stechy part of town. Booked 3 nights I didn't even last a night. I would not recommend this to anyone

I don’t usually write reviews, but my goodness this was AWFUL, the hallways smell disgusting, can barely sleep in the smelly disgusting beds, my nose was also allergic to something in the room. The only decent things is the fridge and microwave. Tried saving money and ended with a terrible experience.

When we went to check in, there were broken columns outside and lots of marginalized people hanging around the entrance. When we got in, our room we were given had no carpet on the floor, just bare cement. When we went in to the bathroom, there was feces all over the toilet and it hadn't been cleaned! The bedspreads looked dirty and there were holes in them. Changed rooms, the toilet was plugged, same situation in the room with no flooring. There were mattresses set up in the hallways where homeless people were sleeping. This was clearly a homeless shelter funded by the government and they still took bookings without disclosing that! We felt very unsafe (not to mention unclean) and ended up checking out asap and booking somewhere else. Unfortunately, we booked through expedia and when me, expedia and then my credit card company tried to call them to get a refund, no one would answer the phone. Disgusting. I'm more disgusted with Expedia for advertising that property and not giving me back my original payment! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY! UNSAFE

The room looked like it wasn't cleaned before we used it sheets and blankets full of burn holes, dirt and stains on curtains walls floor bed. The shower curtain had mold on it the tub was rusted and old bar of soap left in the drain hole all the towels were dirty and stained. The ac was leaking huge puddles on the floor and the only outlet that had a TV plugged in had no power to it. When we told the staff about the leaked ac and TV he new about it. Only stayed as there were no rooms left at other hotels never staying again wouldn't recommend to anyone
