Staff is always good to us and very nice we been going to this location for 2 and a half years now and never many issues and if there is its resolved quickly and in a timely matter

TLDR: If you want an wheelchair accessible and clean room go elsewhere.
Stayed here for two nights, I am a manual wheelchair user and booked the "Wheelchair Accessible" room. To start, the front entrance has a narrow sidewalk that the ramp to get onto is impeded by the swing of the door. There is a 4" lip into the main door that has a 12" long ramp, this meets absolutely no standard of accessible. The Bathroom in the room has a roll in shower which is good but the toilet is about 12" tall and the sink is so low I could not get my knees under to get close enough to brush my teeth. I have no problem if they don't have accessible rooms, just don't advertise it as such.
Second problem, My friend staying with me woke up with bites all over their arm and the second morning on their face. We brought this up at the front desk and the staff could do nothing for us and told us to call in the next day to the manager. I spoke with the manager the next day and she claimed that they had a "professional" come in and there was no evidence of insects. I asked for the report and she said she would email it to me but they don't receive reports if there was no evidence of anything so she would have to ask for the report. Currently waiting on the report. The manager also said she cannot compensate anything because it was booked through Expedia. Will update if this if I get the report.

The room has bugs. I woke up with bites on my arm, back, and eye lid. The front desk person said that they would look into it and that I should call back the next day to speak with a manager. We did and the manager did nothing. We were told that they had someone look at the room and didn't find anything but they will not provide the report they apparently got. Well there is definitely bugs! I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel is disgusting. Our beds were full of hair that wasn’t ours, pillows are stained, the bathroom has mould, the ceiling paint is peeling. I wish I’d read the reviews before staying here.

We had two rooms. The 1st of one room there was pizza on the floor, the second had meat balls and candy finally the 3rd was OK. The second room had 2 rolls of toilet paper with 1/4 inch of paper left on the roll. We were also given 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 washclothes.

Best place to stay. Eye catching interior and wallpaper. Very neat and clean bed, washroom, stove. Overall great experience.

This hotel has quite low cleanliness standards. The first room we checked into the bedding on one of the two beds was dirty, stained with dark spots and crumbs behind the pillow. The popcorn style walls were stained yellow even though we were in a non-smoking room. We were shown to a second room after we brought the attention of the issues to the front desk employee, but in the second room the walls were still stained yellow and there was black mold on the ceiling of the shower. The front desk employee tried to show us a third room but I declined because from the state of the other two rooms we saw it was unlikely another would be clean. I hope in the future they bring their standards of cleanliness up and that they provide true images of the current state of the property so that guests are aware when booking. We did not stay and we had to pay the full amount for the one night, it’s unfortunate the hotel was unclean and I had to book a room at another hotel so it was even more money out of pocket. Not impressed at all.

Stayed here for a week when we where looking to buy a home in North Bay Khan and her staff treated us like family. Breakfast was great with awesome portions. We bought our home here and stop in all the time to say hi and thank them for a great stay. Come one come all and feel at home.

We received good value for our money here. We could have easily paid double at a similar hotel. Do note that the hotel is dated but clean. Our room had a bathtub which was a bonus, and we found the hotel to be quiet with helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was common hotel breakfast)

Stayed here over last 20 years and never been so insulted in my life.

Room wasnt very nice. They do the bare minimum, no bed skirts, old bedding, mold in shower, broken toilet handle, cracked plug in. Heat was very hard to control. Husband sneezed all night. Wont be coming back here

Walked into room 124 (a pet friendly room.) Immediately noticed there were spills all over the floor, it had not been mopped or cleaned adequately. I had to walk down to the front desk and ask for a mop, as the front desk clerk stated there was no housekeeping until the next day. I had to wash the floors myself, so our dogs would stop licking whatever was left.
Moved the bedside table to find two plastic bags with God knows what inside them, along with a dirty piece of toilet paper that was caked onto the floor.
The bed skirt was sprayed with what I'm hoping was spilled coffee, but who knows it could have been vomit.
To top it off with black mold on the tiles infront of the shower, the shower fan needs an update and the could be more generous with the towels left in the room. I would not recommend.

Booked for 2 nights to do Christmas shopping we but the maid went in and cleaned out everything thing in our room all the gifts we had just bought. When we went to front desk they said it was a mix up. A mix up you remove all Belongings of a guest and it's a mix up. We never got everything back and we refused to stay the second night. Would not recommend this place to any one.

My son and I were travelling to Alberta with 2 dogs. It wasn’t a problem or an issue. The front desk clerk was really pleasant and had no issue lining us up with a pet friendly room. The beds were amazingly comfortable and we all slept like bricks.

Room was clean but next time I'll ask not to be next to the laundry room - a bit noisy in the morning. Staff are friendly and accommodating, overall a nice visit.
