I am disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent visit. My intention was to purchase lunch and drinks for my children.
Unfortunately, I encountered an issue regarding the policy on outside coffee. While I respect your policies, I found the communication regarding this matter to be rather abrupt. When I expressed my concern to the manager, I was disappointed by the lack of expected customer service.

I believe constructive feedback is valuable for improvement. Regrettably, due to the manager's attitude, I chose not to proceed with my intended purchase. A more customer-centric response could have resulted in a positive experience.

I am genuinely surprised and concerned by the accusation of being verbally abusive. As a customer, I believe in the importance of a positive customer service experience. To address this matter thoroughly, I kindly request a more in-depth investigation, including a review of the store's surveillance footage.

I am confident that a careful examination of the footage will confirm my respectful and calm demeanor during the interaction. Accusations of being verbally abusive are serious, and I believe it is crucial to uphold accuracy in such matters.

I look forward to a resolution that ensures fair representation and acknowledges the importance of a positive customer experience.

Is the terrifying IT clown RIGHT NEXT TO the toddler area really necessary? ! My son was absolutely terrified and he is 5. This is place for young children. So inappropriate. They really need more seating for parents as well.

My daughter had her birthday here and she said it was the best one so far! From the decorations to the food - everything was perfect. She also had a visit from Pikachu and Super Mario, which she loved. There are a lot of party package options to suit your needs.

The playground is very large, and it's also modular, so it was different from the last time my kids played here! My kids can stay for hours. Amazing indoor playground to have a birthday, or just visit with the kids.

This place is falling apart. The owners/operators are neglecting the repairs and cleaning of this place. I used to love bringing the kids here, but, over time, this place has been falling apart:
the floor is buckling;
the netting of the climbing frame and track are torn in several places;
The toys are dirty and/or inoperable;
The slide is full of hair and dirt; and there is an odd odor about the place.

I no longer recommend this place.

I would hate to see kids get hurt due to the negligence of the owner/operators.

Nice clean place for kids from age 1 - 12 (in my opinion). Clean washroom. Loved that they provide shoes for the washroom. Tiny shop inside had good selection of snacks. There were plenty of clean highchairs for little kids and stool/chair to place baby car seat on, so they are at the same level on the table like rest of the family. My kids can happily spend 4+ hours there.

Been here a few times for birthday parties. Very nice and clean place to bring kids, highly recommend it. Call in advance to ensure it is open to the public. It is closed at times due to private parties.

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! This place is a Gem. My kids had an absolute blast. Price was reasonable for entry. Prices for drinks, snacks and pizza were very fair. The climbers, slides and equipment were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive on EVERY SINGLE VISIT. Restrooms were clean. There were 4 parties happening at the same. All nicely decorated with name of the child on each room. I love this place and will definitely be back time after time. Kudos to the management!

The indoor park was very spacious and clean. There were lots to do for the kids and probably one of the best indoor parks we've been to. Even if it was so far from our home, we would probably come here on a daily basis. We came here for a birthday party and had a blast! We would definitely highly recommend it especially for families with kids between the ages 2-10.

Usually very crowded, but great place to let your kids run loose while you sit and socialize with other parents

A very nice place to go but too short of time for your kids to play so unfortunately I won't be coming back here anytime soon when I can go else where the time is unlimited.

My son loved the place, it was clean with great colourful equipment, lots of seating. So why one star? The young ladies at the front desk are or appear clueless! Wow! They are in desperate need of customers service training. I am going to help them with one advice, when a customer walks in your establishment! Rule one! Great them! How are you? Can I help you! Some one please help all 4 of them as they gaze at the ceiling trying to look busy.

Not sure how people with toddlers can give 5 stars. There's a ball pit but 10 year olds were jumping in. Several of the little cars weren't working. The little parts for the pegboard had parts snapped off. All the slides were for over 4 year olds. Not much for an almost two year old to do.

Yesterday afternoon we celebrated my daughter’s birthday and I wanted to take a moment to write a note of gratitude to all of you here.

Your staff, mannerism when interacting with my guests, professionalism, timely communication, friendly smiles and just overall amazing people here made our party the best with our 100+ guests.

The small gestures of offering us pops and water, decorating the cupcakes and cake so beautiful to go with our theme, the pops of color on the plates and napkins and the food was delicious! These are details that did not go unnoticed.

The staff, especially Ashley always checked in on us every so often. She made herself really available (along with the other girls who were working yesterday, I’m sorry their names slipped my mind but all of them were so great, too!) she even wanted to meet the birthday girl herself and was curious to see her!

Annie was so instrumental in making this whole party come together- thank you so much for your expertise!

I am so thrilled with how everything went yesterday and witnessed firsthand how hard the staff work here to keep thier guests feeling welcomed and safe but also maintaining high standards of cleanliness and following protcol.

This was the worst experience of my life. I had a birthday party for my grandaughter, and there was a power outage. Suddenly they were letting no one in. Even guests that had travelled an hour for my daughter‘s birthday could not enter, not even to wish her a happy birthday. I am greatly disappointed with management who talked down to us the entire time while we were trying to be as understanding as possible. Because we question them, they ended up banning us. Avoid this business at all costs.

Great little place, very secure for the kids to run around freely. Enough fun for a wide range of ages. Ideal for around 2 and above.

We make the drive out from Brampton and come sveral times. This is our daughter's favorite play place. They keep the place clean. The cafe is so much better than any other place we've been with more selection of drinks and food. We have also hosted a birthday party here and the staff nice and courteous.

Excellent variety in activities to do. My 2 year old daughter absolutely loved this place! Definitely going to be coming here regularly.

Awesome size playground and very clean. My kids don’t want to leave after the allotted time though I wish it was longer.

Great for kids to burn their energy. Very clean facility. Love the fact that parents are free + can go in with the kids in the playground:) been there 6 times already.

Was told about this place from a friend and brought my nieces and nephews with their respective parents, my mother in law and my husband. Total cost for 13 of us with tax was $113 for 1 hour and 45 minutes. You will have to book it online and you will receive an email confirmation with a link for a waiver that you have fill out and send it though the website. The timing will look short but by the time is up, the kids and adults are exhausted. My nieces and nephews will definitely fall a sleep quickly tonight.

My son loves this place. Friendly staff, very clean and the play area is awesome. Lots if place to run and hide. Great slides and all sorts of entertainment to keep the kids busy. They offer snacks and beverages too. Great place for birthday parties and get togethers for kids. I recommend.

It would be nice if their website stated that a reservation is required. The website says “drop ins available” but this is misleading.
The waiver section of their site also isn’t functional. Pretty unimpressive.

Treehouse clubhouse is the largest indoor playground in Pickering. Kids always have a blast at treehouse clubhouse. My daughter just had her birthday there, and had a blast. There are three party rooms and a main sitting area for parents with snacks and refreshments available.

This place was absolutely terrible. Many people brought their own food (snacks, understandable for a place intended for kids), and when my group brought ours out, we were spoken to very rudely. Honestly, super unprofessional place, and would not recommend the experience to anyone.

I have hard time understanding the negative reviews for this place. We have been going here since it opened. It is one of the best playgrounds my children have been to. There are not many choices when it comes to playgrounds that are large, unique features and clean and keep my children occupied for hours. I would highly recommend anyone to give a try and see it for yourself.

Amazing indoor park for the kids. Reasonable price and worth every penny. They even have a discount for children with disabilities if you bring your access2 card. This will be our new go-to place.

Went there with my 2 kids. There was a dried up stain with a foul stench near right side of the playground. I immediately took my kids and left to disinfect them.

This place had so much kids you could barely hear yourself think. A lot smaller on inside than it looks outside. Staff was cleaning regularly which was a bonus but barely could keep up with the mess the kids were making in facility. Little pricey for food as mini cupcakes are $1.79 plus tax and you could get a 10 pack for like $3.00 at grocery store. Kids had fun running ragged for 2 hours but not sure if I would come back based in how crazy it was. I would have to think hard on this one. Lol

The kids maze can easily accommodate adults with height. I followed my toddler around all over the structure. The slides are fun. Such a perfect place for your little ones let some steam out while you burn some calories while you are at it:)

Kindly invest in an Smart ** Thermostat?
I think it will make a huge difference "healthwise" for us parents and kids and we as customers won't feel like you guys (Treehouse Management) want us to leave as soon as us taking one or two slides

The rating would be higher if they didn’t force you to buy what they’re selling. The facility is nice, but if you want to bring your own coffee (reasonably speaking), they won’t let you in; you have to buy theirs.

Never again rude unprofessional staff kicked my guest out of the place for staying 10 minutes extra after the party. They said if you want to stay has to pay 15 dollars, we never had such a worst experience any other place.

I was refused entry into the treehouse because of a broken leg. My "cast" needed to be removed because of "sanitary" reasons. This place is not accessible and does not respect individual needs.

Excellent place for kids. Great environment and staff. Everyone seem to be happy and helpful.
We came from Newcastle and will come again.

I had my son's 3rd birthday party here and it was fantastic! Not only is it super clean, the play structure is suitable for all ages, including adults. We had a blast but here is a pro tip- wear workout clothes, cuz if you want to you will have a great workout.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, even though I was the party host, i barely had to lift a finger. Thank you Treehouse Playhouse, we will be back!

Its clean, amazing playhouse for kids all age. My kids loved it. Just make sure everyone got socks even adults. Would definitely go back again.

We hosted a birthday party for our 7 year old at the Treehouse Clubhouse (TC) in Pickering and everyone had a great time! The facilities are bright, clean and tons of fun for all ages (party attendees ranged from 6 yrs old - 12 yrs old).
TC arranges all of the food, decorations and assigns a party host to attend to every detail. Though it's not required, we dropped off some themed decorations a few nights before and they did a great job of matching the theme, right down to tricoloured icing on the cupcakes.
Highly recommend!

I am editing my original review of 5 stars to 2 after our 2nd visit.

We recently attended a birthday party here and were told that it is a nut free facility and they do not allow any outside food.

They provide dessert however were unable to to guarentee that it was nut free which didnt make any sense since they provide the dessert and say they are nut free. Why not use a nut free bakery then?

Anyways thanks for making my child feel secluded. Had I know that he was not able yo have dessert with all his friends I would have brought him his own dessert which is what we normally do. To the owners you should allow people to bring their own desserts unless you are able to say they yours are nut free

Great place for the kids to play. Lots of room for running, climbing, and sliding. Good for kids 4 and up. Adults can go in with kids admission fee. No outside food but they have a snack bar. Private rooms for birthday parties. Go before noon and it's less busy on weekends. Remember to bring socks, none slip for kids are a plus.

We brought our 5 year old granddaughter and we were amazed at how confident and safe she felt there. She didn’t stop for two hours just loved everything.
The minute we walked in its so impressive to see such a bright clean airy place to let the children play in. All of the staff were polite and friendly and a special shout out for the one guy tirelessly whipping down the shinny tables and chairs great job thanks. We came back the next day with our 9 year old grandson as well and it was a repeat and he said it was the best of all the play areas we’ve ever taken him too.nothing like it back home in London. Thanks we’ll be back next time they visit

TERRIBLE POLICIES. My husband decided to join myself and my 3 year old after he finished work. You're allowed 2 adults free per child. Because we did not inform them (when we paid for my 3 year old) that my husband would be joining us in 30 minutes, he had to pay $5 for entry. They would not allow him entry regardless of the fact that it was empty and we showed our receipt. I even spoke with the store manager, who would not allow him entry without the $5 fee. I would suggest going to another play place as there are many in the area.

I highly recommend not to book this place for an event. Very unprofessional staff. They only told us about “extra charges” after we paid our deposit which is non-refundable.

We were told if we didn’t like what service we were getting we can get a refund and leave. I found that very rude and unprofessional.

The prices are also very high for that place.

I will never book a party here for my kids again nor will recommend anyone to book this place for any child event.

My daughter had a really good time, but there really isnt much to do fo toddlers. The main structure is great, but only appropriate for 4+. I did allownmy daughter to use the wave slides, but that was it as far as the main structure

We celebrated my daughter's birthday party last Saturday and she had a blast. My guests were so happy, the kids love this place, it is very clean, the cake and food provided were delicious and the staff is just amazing. Thank you Treehouse Clubhouse for this great experience, everything went beyond expectation!

My boys had the best time! I enjoyed playing with them up in the play place too, as it is so easy for adults to maneuver. Way better than any play place we have ever been too! We drove 20 mins to get there and it was well worth it. We will definitely be back again.

My kids had a blast, soo much to do, food at reasonable prices. Everything well worth it. Going to do a birthday party here for sure.

There's too many rules for the regular Joe family with no allergies. No healthy food provided because outside food is not allowed. I don't want pizza or processed hotdogs for my kids. The staff is rude. Not much for big kids only toddler stuff. Fun Factory is better. I won't bring my kids here again.
