Good experience overall, very tiring, but good set up, helpful staff, I've been here twice now. It was a little busy

A beautiful place we visited each fall, the leaves turned into red, orange, brown and golden. There is low level discovery for little kids and advance levels for junior and adults.

I visited them today and had a sour experience with the ‘course guides’. The admin is managed by a sane team of adults and they were very hospitable people, but the moment you have paid up, you will see the rest of the staffing is managed by a bunch of teens and it greatly lacks any diversity. While Jasmine provided exceptional assistance and saved the day, I encountered some issues with Julia and Kirsten, who displayed terrible rudeness and unprofessional behavior. It was quite disheartening to witness their avoidance when customers needed help through the course. They’d literally joke about it and turn their faces away when asked for help. Furthermore, I was surprised to observe Julia and Kirsten engaging in gossip while customers were desperately seeking assistance and shouting from treetops. They were rather more busy in laying bets and doing stunts themselves. The same stunts that they suggest the guests to avoid.

Thankfully, Jasmine's support made the overall experience salvageable and at least bearable to get through the day. I hope the administration addresses these concerns to ensure a more satisfactory customer service experience in the future.

My son had an absolute blast, and I would highly recommend taking your kids here.

Unfortunately they also feel it's appropriate to enroll your email in a newsletter without your permission. If my son hadn't had such a great time, I would consider that grounds to never return.

Also, theres no warning about how long the walk is from the parking lot. Normally that isn't a problem, but a 5 year old with Autism needs a heads up on that sort of thing. Especially in 30 degree heat with very little shade.

If they correct these problems, I'd give them 5 stars.

Staff were good and the courses we could do were in good condition, but am greatly disappointed that the zip line course was not open and this was not disclosed on the website or anytime at booking. Customers should not be expected to pay full price if you don’t have all the courses open.

We had a blast, it's our third time and it was a lot of fun. We were disappointed the purple trail was closed as we were both looking forward to it in particular. It would have been great if it was mentioned when purchasing tickets. It was a hot day, so bring water, use bug spray and suntan lotion. A small locker is available for a loonie if you want to lock up car keys and a wallet.

We went with our Homeschool group, and not only were all the staff friendly and helpful, they were knowledgeable with a keen eye for everyone's safety. I was feeling so confident, that I ended up joining the kids! And I used to think I'm not agile and nimble at all. I managed to finish 2 out of the 5, fairly easy. I felt my muscles the next day! Haha! Thank you for a great adventure! We will definitely be back!

My daughter loved, so I love it. Well run and totally worth it. My 10 year old was tall enough to do 3 courses, which was plenty fun and builds confidence.

This is one of our preferred parks within an hour's drive of Markham. The courses are more challenging and longer than the other Treetops we've been to. Also the last purple course is quite fun. You'll have to go and see for yourself.

As fun as it promises. This is the second location I've been to and the obstacles are similarly challenging. You definitely need confidence and gloves are a must unless you want to end up like me with raw fingers from the wire. Make sure to bring water and a snack as you will definitely need it.

My best friend and I went here for the very first time and I'll be perfectly honest, it was much more challenging then we expected. One of the guides, Jacob, made our experience absolutely wonderful and we can't thank him enough for all of his help. He was willing to take time to assist you through the trek whenever you needed support and it made for a great experience. He's our hero! A big thank you for his kindness and understanding. I would definitely recommend going here if you want an extreme challenge and your not afraid of heights! We certainly underestimated the level of mental and physical demand that this would have, but again, thanks to this amazing guide we got through it!

I took my partner to this for her birthday, and it was a great time for both of us! The black course was a little challenging for us both and quite tiring, but it was really fun! Kent was a great guide and made us feel very confident using the different equipment and guiding us through the courses, if you feel stuck he's a pro and always knows a good strategy or two to help you make it through the games! 10/10 would recommend (also recommend advil for the day after, we were both a little stiff)
